COSA CAMBIA NEL MAGAZZINO PIPEX DI BAGNATICA

Il mercato siderurgico è in continua evoluzione ed è necessario sapersi adattare a condizioni sempre mutevoli per continuare ad avere un ruolo di primo piano. Cercare direzioni e sbocchi diversi risulta pertanto l’unica soluzione possibile. Il magazzino di Pipex Italia, situato a Bagnatica (Bergamo), conta su uno stock di tubi caratteristici del comparto Power & Energy, Meccanica e Commerciale . In particolare, la specializzazione nel primo di essi, permette a Pipex di essere un punto di riferimento nel mercato italiano da anni. Ora si è deciso di ampliare l’offerta con altri prodotti: da quest’anno infatti, la gamma dei tubi boiler Podbrezova in stock, viene accresciuta con alcune delle dimensioni più richieste, già con controllo ad ultrasuoni per le esigenze più particolari. Inoltre, sempre nello stesso comparto, si affiancano al classico grado d’acciaio in P235GH, P265GH etc anche una serie di altre qualità come ST 35.8, 15MO3, 16MO3, P11, T11 e P1.

In aggiunta all’ampliamento della gamma dimensionale, il nuovo stock in acciaio inox di uno dei principali produttori indiani nel mondo per tubi senza saldatura in TP304/304L e TP316/316L è a disposizione per le richieste “just in time”. Infine, l’aumento delle quantità disponibili dei tubi API Zincati già presenti a stock permetterà di soddisfare sempre più richieste. Attraverso tali adeguamenti e con la costante presenza dei prodotti standard disponibili in singola e doppia lunghezza, grezzi o con vernice protettiva antiruggine, Pipex Italia rimane sempre attenta alle richieste dei clienti, che sono sempre più svariate e prevedono tempi di fornitura sempre più ridotti. In quest’ottica, anche la consultazione del sito di Pipex Italia (www.pipex.it) è stata migliorata e semplificata, in quanto è ora possibile visualizzare la disponibilità di materiale in magazzino, che viene aggiornata quotidianamente. Tali miglioramenti dell’offerta costituiscono un modo per essere un punto di riferimento in Italia e per poterlo diventare anche all’estero.

PIPEX ITALIA AMPLIA LA PROPRIA OFFERTA DI MATERIALE DISPONIBILE DAL PRONTO CON L’AGGIUNTA DI TUBI IN ACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE PER STRUMENTAZIONE

PIPEX Italia, nel rispetto della propria tradizione innovatrice, ha ulteriormente ampliato la propria gamma di materiale disponibile dal pronto con l’inserimento di tubi in acciaio inossidabile per strumentazione. I tubi sono disponibili dal pronto, nei due acciai più comuni, TP304L e TP316L e con un ampio assortimento dimensionale fino al diametro 42 mm . Questo prodotto, caratterizzato da livelli particolarmente accurati di finitura e di qualità delle superfici, è destinato ad un’ampia gamma di impieghi e si aggiunge alla già ampia scelta di tubi senza saldatura disponibili dal pronto in acciai al carbonio ed inossidabili, destinati ai settori power & energy, petrolchimico, meccanico e per uso industriale / civile.

CURRENT CHANGES IN PIPEX ITALIA STOCK IN BAGNATICA

The steel industry is currently undergoing major changes and it is necessary to adjust to ever-changing market conditions to continue playing a leading role. The only possible solution is therefore looking for different directions and possibilities. Pipex Italia stock, located in Bagnatica (Bergamo, Italy), consists of tubes and pipes suitable for oil & gas, mechanical and general uses. In particular, thanks to the specialization in oil & gas pipes, Pipex Italia has become a benchmark in the Italian market during the last years. Therefore, Pipex has recently decided to extend its supply with new products: from this year, the range of Podbrezova boiler tubes in stock has been extended with some of the most required dimensions, with ultrasonic testing for the most demanding requests. Furthermore, within the oil & gas section, there are now new grades such as ST 35.8, 15MO3, 16MO3, P11, T11 and P1, beside the usual steel grades P235GH, P265GH etc.

In addition to the dimensional range being extended, the new stock with stainless steel seamless tubes TP304/304L and TP316/316L, supplied by one of the main Indian manufacturers in the world, is available for just-in-time requests. Finally, the increased available quantity of galvanized line pipes already in stock allows us to better fulfil our customers’ needs. Thanks to these adjustments and the usual availability of black and bare, galvanized or outside varnished pipes in single and double random lengths, Pipex Italia is able to be even more attentive to its customers’ requirements, which have become more challenging and are characterized by shorter lead times. For this purpose, Pipex Italia website (www.pipex.it) has been improved and simplified: customers can now find information about available materials in stock, updated on a daily basis. All the above mentioned enhancements represent a way for Pipex Italia to establish itself as a benchmark in Italy and to become a relevant player in foreign markets as well.

PIPEX ITALIA EXTENDS THE AVAILABILITY OF MATERIAL IN STOCK WITH STAINLESS STEEL INSTRUMENTATION TUBES

In order to stick to its tradition of innovation, Pipex Italia has further extended its range of material ready in stock with bright annealed stainless steel instrumentation tubes. These tubes are available from stock in the most common steel grades TP304L and TP316L, with a large assortment of sizes up to outside diameter of 42 mm. This product is characterised by accurate finish and surface quality. It is meant for a wide range of applications and it completes the broad choice of carbon steel and stainless steel seamless tubes already in stock, which can be used for oil & gas, petrochemical, mechanical and industrial/civil applications.

TUBO ZINCATO

Pipex Italia specialista del line pipe zincato, con oltre 500 tons di line pipe senza saldatura zincato, vite e manicotto dal 1/2” a 6” disponibile nel nostro magazzino, rappresenta oggi uno dei punti di riferimento europei per questo prodotto di nicchia destinato ai settori petrolchimico impiantistico. Il materiale commercializzato è completamente di origine europea, con tubo nero fino al 4” di produzione Železiarne Podbrezová (Repubblica Slovacca), diametro 6” di produzione ArcelorMittal (Romania), con ciclo produttivo di zincatura filettatura e applicazione manicotti serie 3000 Lbs (Del Corte) completamente effettuato in Italia da Zinchitalia. Il materiale, su richiesta e con tempi di consegna brevi, puo' essere fornito anche con estremità lisce e, sempre su richiesta con certificazioni e collaudi specifici. Questo importante prodotto ben completa la gamma di line pipe disponibile nel nostro magazzino, che include line pipe senza saldatura, sia in acciaio al carbonio che in acciaio inossidabile.

ŽELEZIARNE PODBREZOVÁ INCREMENTA IL PROPRIO RANGE PRODUTTIVO

Železiarne Podbrezová, da sempre attenta alle richieste dei clienti e alle esigenze del mercato, é da tempo impegnata in una serie di importanti test sui propri impianti con lo scopo di incrementare la qualità e la gamma dimensionale della sua produzione di tubi senza saldatura. Grazie a significativi miglioramenti ed ottimizzazioni del design delle gabbie del laminatoio ed alla possibilità di utilizzare barre di maggior spessore, è stato possibile ridisegnare i clicli di laminazione, al fine di ottenere tubi di un maggior spessore e lunghezza, nonché prevenire la presenza di poligonalità sul diametro interno. Tali cambiamenti hanno inoltre permesso di ridurre il numero delle gabbie del laminatoio, semplificandone sia la preparazione che la messa a punto (set-up) con il conseguente aumento della produttività dell’impianto. La nuova gamma dimensionale di tubi laminati a caldo è oggi composta da 74 dimensioni, con spessori fino ad un massimo di 16 mm. Le nuove dimensioni della gamma produttiva di Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. risultano di particolare interesse sia per le applicazioni meccaniche, dove la gamma produttiva va dal diametro 26,9 al 139,7 mm con spessori da 2,6 mm. a 16 mm., che per l’industria petrolchimica, dove l’offerta comprende tubi con diametro da 26,7 a 139,7 mm., con spessori fino alla schedula XXS. Anche la gamma di tubi trafilati a freddo è stata implementata, con la possibilità di offrire ora tubi con diametro esterno fino a 125 mm. e spessore fino a 13 mm.

GALVANIZED LINE PIPES

With more than 500 tons of seamless threaded and coupled galvanized line pipes from 1/2” to 6” available in stock, Pipex Italia is today one of the European benchmarks for this niche product, intended for the petrochemical industry. The products have EU origin and they consist of black pipes up to 4” produced by Železiarne Podbrezová (Slovakia), 6” outside diameter produced by AcelorMittal (Romania). Production cycle of galvanization, threading and application of 3000 Lbs couples (Del Corte) is completely carried out in Italy by Zinchitalia. Pipes with plain ends can be supplied on request and with short lead times. Certificates and specific testing can be provided on request. Such an important product completes the range of line pipes available in stock, which include seamless carbon steel and stainless steel line pipes.

ŽELEZIARNE PODBREZOVÁ IS EXPANDING DIMENSION RANGE IN ITS PORTFOLIO

Železiarne Podbrezová is always attentive to the needs of its customers and responds to the market demand. Long-term experimental activities of employees at the Tube Rolling Mill has led to expansion of the dimension assortment of the division. Increase of the circularity of dies and draws used at the stretch reducing mill served as the basic starting point for extension of the product portfolio. The increase of draws at the stretch reducing mill made it possible to increase the wall thickness of the entry rod and, as a result of the measures, it makes it possible to increase the length of rolled tubes and, at the same time, to increase the volume of rolled material. It has contributed to a shift in the production line towards thicker walls, prevention of occurrence of polygon of the inner diameter and also to expansion of the product range from the viewpoint of offered tube lengths. The adopted modifications made it possible to reduce the number of calibration series, reduce the number of stands at the stretch reduction mill, and simplify work in setting up the series and as a result of the increase of the line performance. Thus, in total, the portfolio of rolled tubes has been expanded by 74 dimensions, including thick wall tubes with wall thickness of 14.2 mm and 16.0 mm. New dimensions in the product portfolio of Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. will be primarily supplied to customers using tubes intended for mechanical processing and also tubes intended for petrochemical industry. For engineering industry, there are tubes with outside diameter ranging from 26.9 mm to 139.7 mm with wall thickness from 2.6 mm to 16.0 mm; for petrochemical industry, there are tubes with outside diameter ranging from 26.7 mm to 139,7 mm with wall thickness up to XXS. Along to the aforementioned expansion of the dimension assortment of rolled tubes portfolio, the company is also broadening its offer of cold-formed tubes with diameters of up to 125 mm and wall thickness of up to 13 mm.

COLD DRAWN SEAMLESS MULTI LEAD RIFLED (MLR) BOILER TUBES IN ALLOY & CARBON STEEL

Železiarne Podbrezová ha recentemente sviluppato nuovi tubi caldaia trafilati a freddo senza saldatura, in acciaio al carbonio e legato, con rigatura interna multipla (MRL - Multi rifled lead tubes), che permettono una miglior prestazione nel trasferimento di calore. Paragonati ai tubi con superficie interna liscia, presentano diversi vantaggi:

a. il grado di trasferimento di calore è migliore anche ad alte temperature di vapore. b. il grado di trasferimento di calore è molto buono e viene preservato anche con un basso scorrimento. c. la temperatura nelle pareti del tubo viene abbassata e pertanto anche il rischio di rottura della parete viene ridotto. d. allo stesso tempo si crea spazio per un migliore trasferimento di calore tramite l’ottimizzazione della rigatura geometrica.

Ha ottenuto certificazioni da alcune delle principali organizzazioni internazionali indipendenti ed è stata approvata da alcuni tra i maggiori utilizzatori finali, come KNPC, Aramco, Total, Basf e altri.

Železiarne Podbrezová has recently developed cold drawn seamless carbon steel & alloy boiler tubes with internal multi-rifling, that allow superior performance in the heat transfer. Compared with tubes with smooth internal surface, they offer several advantages to customers:

a. the degree of the heat transfer is improved even at the higher share of steam b. the degree of heat transfer is very good and preserved even at a lower flow of the medium c. temperature in the tube walls is being lowered therefore the risk of the wall failure is lowered too d. at the same time the space is created for an improved heat transfer by a suitable optimization of the rifle geometry.

Železiarne Podbrezová is today one of the most important and qualified producers of carbon seamless tubes for tubes for heat exchanger & boilers. It has been certified by some of the most important International independent organizations, as well as approved by some of the most important industrial end users, like KNPC, Aramco, Total, Basf and others.

PIPEX E IL SETTORE AUTOMOTIVE: POSSIBILITÀ IN VIA DI SVILUPPO

L’esperienza acquisita negli ultimi anni con il nostro partner Changshu Walsin, (uno dei principali produttori di tubi in acciaio inossidabile, facente parte del gruppo Walsin Lihwa) nella fornitura di tubi in acciaio inossidabile per il settore automotive per il mercato statunitense, ha offerto nuove opportunità e prospettive, oltre ad aver rafforzato la nostra competenza. La relazione commerciale positiva tra Pipex, Walsin e un importante produttore Americano di Fuel Rail ed altri particolari per il settore auto, apre ora nuove possibilità nel mercato dell’automotive. Grazie all’esperienza presente e passata, Pipex sarà infatti in grado di fornire a nuovi mercati nel campo dell’automotive nuovi prodotti semi-lavorati, come ad esempio tubi tagliati a misura e forati per passaggio di fluidi.

NUOVO IMPIANTO LSAW

A partire dalla produzione di luglio 2015, grazie al nuovo impianto LSAW (Saldatura Longitudinale ad Arco Sommerso), Corinth Pipeworks S.A. è pronta a confermare ordini di tubi con diametro esterno da 18’’ a 56’’, spessore fino a 40mm e lunghezza fino a 18.3m in gradi d’acciaio ad alta resistenza fino a X100. Grazie alla tecnologia JCOE di SMS Meer presente in questo nuovo stabilimento e a una capacità di 400.000 tonnellate all’anno, Corinth Pipeworks sta espandendo la sua gamma produttiva per soddisfare la crescente domanda mondiale di tubi ad alta resistenza e tubi per applicazione “onshore”.

PIPEX AND AUTOMOTIVE: OPPORTUNITIES UNDER DEVELOPMENT

The experience done in the last years with our partner Changshu Walsin (one of the main producers of stainless steel tubes and member of the Walsin Lihwa Group) in the automotive stainless tubing supply to the US market has opened new opportunities and strengthened our knowledge. The positive business cooperation between Pipex, Walsin and an important American manufacturer of Fuel Rail and other automotive parts is now suggesting new possibilities in the Automotive market. Thanks to the past and present experience, Pipex will soon be able to supply new markets dealing with Automotive with new semi-finished products, like cut and drilled parts.

NEW LSAW PLANT

Corinth Pipeworks S.A. is ready to confirm orders for pipes to produce starting from July 2015 on new LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged-arc Welded) plant with outside diameter from 18” to 56” , wall thickness up to 40 mm. and pipe lengths up to 18.3 m. in high –strength steel grade up to X100. Corinth Pipeworks S.A., with the JCOE technology from SMS Meer of this new mill and 400.000 tons/years, is expanding its product range in order to meet the growing global demand of high-strength and onshore energy pipes.

COMPLETETA A STOMANA L’INSTALLAZIONE DEL DEGASAGGIO SOTTO VUOTO

Stomana Industry A.S, lo stabilimento sito in Bulgaria produttore di diversi tipi di prodotti siderurgici (dal tondo laminato e pelato , al tondino , ai laminati mercatili , alle lamiere da treno ed altri ancora), al 100% di proprietà di SIDENOR S.A, società facente parte del Gruppo VIOHALCO, il più grosso gruppo industriale greco, ha recentemente completato l’istallazione dell’impianto di degasaggio sotto vuoto. Questo non è che uno dei più recenti investimenti fatti da Stomana e intesi a migliorare ulteriormente la qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi offerti. Grazie al degasaggio sotto vuoto sono ora disponibili nuovi gradi di acciaio e nuove esecuzioni che renderanno possibile rivolgere l’offerta a nuovi segmenti di mercato ed in particolare al settore dello stampaggio a caldo.

TUBI IN RAME E LEGHE DI RAME

Pipex Italia, grazie alla collaborazione con un importante produttore indiano è in grado di proporre ai propri clienti tubi in rame e leghe di rame. Più precisamente i tubi che possiamo offrire sono:- Tubi Admiralty Brass C44300- Tubi Aluminium Brass C68700- Tubi Copper-Nickel 90/10 C70600 - Tubi Copper-Nickel 70/30 C71500

I tubi possono essere forniti con curvatura ad “U” e alettati. I prodotti sono destinati a molteplici applicazioni, dai tubi per scambiatori di calore e condensatori, a tubi per le raffinerie, per le costruzioni navali, per il settore automobilistico, tubi per condizionamento e refrigerazione e tubi per centrali termiche. L'azienda che noi rappresentiamo è certificata ISO 9001: 2008 e possiede le qualificazioni dei più importanti enti di collaudo tra cui la certificazione PED per tubazioni e apparecchiature a pressione rilasciata da TUV Germany, la AD 2000-Merkblatt W 6/2 rilasciata anch’essa da TUV Germany.

STOMANA COMPLETES VACUUM DEGASSING INSTALLATION

STOMANA INDUSTRY A.S, the Bulgarian based mill producing various steel products (from hot rolled and peeled bars to re-bars, merchant bars, hot rolled plates and others) and 100% owned by SIDENOR S.A, member of the biggest Greek industrial group VIOHALCO, has recently completed installation of vacuum degassing. This is just one of the recent investments concerning Stomana and aimed at the further improvement of the quality of their products and services. Thanks to vacuum degassing, NEW GRADES and NEW EXECUTIONS are now available and this will make it possible for Stomana to extend their offer to new market segments and particularly to hot forging.

COPPER ALLOYS TUBES

Pipex Italia in cooperation with a major Indian producer is able to offer copper alloys tubes to its customers. We can offer the following tubes:- Admiralty brass C44300- Aluminium brass C68700- 90/10 Copper Nickel C70600- 70/30 Copper Nickel C71500

The above mentioned tubes can be supplied as U-Bent and/or finned with low fins. The main applications of this kind of copper alloy tubes are heat exchangers, condensers, refineries, ship building, automobiles, refrigeration plants, thermal power plants, and many other applications. The company has a range of certifications including “TUV ISO 9001:2008”, “PED certification for Pressure Vessels Directive from TUV, Germany” and the “AD 2000-Merkblatt W 6/2 from TUV, Germany”.

Dal 15 al 19 giugno 2015 Francoforte sul Meno diventerà la capitale dell’innovazione e della tecnologia in Europa, in quanto ospiterà Achema, la fiera internazionale dedicata all'ingegneria chimica, ai processi industriali ed alle innovazioni.

L’industria di processo è un settore trainante per l’attuale economia mondiale, ma allo stesso tempo è anche quello sottoposto ai maggiori rivolgimenti (cambiamenti delle risorse, svolte nell’ambito dell’energia, globalizzazione, bio-ecomomy). Achema è pertanto un evento eccezionale sia per i visitatori che per gli espositori, che mostreranno i loro prodotti più innovativi e i risultati della ricerca scientifica in risposta a tali cambiamenti. EXPO 2015: “SLOVACCHIA. IL MONDO IN TASCA”

Expo Milano 2015 è l’Esposizione Universale che l’Italia ospiterà dal primo maggio al 31 ottobre 2015 e sarà il più grande evento mai realizzato sull’alimentazione e la nutrizione. Per sei mesi Milano diventerà una vetrina mondiale per oltre 140 paesi, che potranno mostrare il meglio delle proprie tecnologie, per dare una risposta concreta a un’esigenza vitale: riuscire a garantire cibo sano, sicuro e sufficiente per tutti i popoli, nel rispetto del Pianeta e dei suoi equilibri.

La Slovacchia si presenterà all’esposizione mondiale EXPO 2015 Milano con il concetto “La Slovacchia è un paese pieno di Energia. Venite da noi a ricaricare le batterie”.

La partecipazione della Slovacchia a Expo Milano 2015 si fonda su due pilastri: la varietà storica, culturale, naturale, e la sinergia simbiotica dei diversi ambienti sociali, naturali e culturali.

La sua posizione strategica al centro dell’Europa e la compresenza di così tante regioni biogeografiche a ridosso una dell’altra fanno della Slovacchia uno scrigno di varietà di culture, tradizioni, esperienze e paesaggi.

Il padiglione slovacco, che si estende su una superficie di 1.000 metri quadri, progettato dall’architetto Karol Kallay, esprimerà questa idea arricchente e stimolante attraverso il creative concept “Slovacchia. Ricaricati”. Entrando nel padiglione, i visitatori saranno infatti ispirati dalla sinergia simbiotica tra modernità e patrimonio culturale in Slovacchia e dall’idea di un’energia rivitalizzante, in un paese dove non solo si può entrare in contatto con una vivace mescolanza di culture, ma anche rilassarsi e ricaricare le batterie.

Il simbolo stilizzato del cuore è stato pensato come logo della Slovacchia per l’Expo e sarà il filo rosso che accomunerà ogni parte del padiglione: frutto della rivisitazione in chiave moderna delle antiche decorazioni tradizionali del villaggio di Cicmany, racchiude in sé i concetti di amore, vita ed energia, e risulta pertanto il simbolo più adatto a rappresentare il paese durante l’esposizione universale.

Per trasmettere l’idea della Slovacchia come scrigno di energia e vitalità, il padiglione è stato suddiviso in due zone. All’esterno, nella Recharging Zone, i visitatori avranno la possibilità di prendersi una pausa, rilassarsi e ricaricare i loro smartphone, tablet o laptop. All’interno del padiglione, l’energia e la varietà della Slovacchia sono declinate in sei aree tematiche: tradizioni, alimentazione, innovazioni, sport, cultura ed esperienze. Infine, presso il ristorante del padiglione, i visitatori potranno gustare specialità gastronomiche slovacche, piatti tradizionali reinterpretati in chiave moderna.

EXPO 2015: “SLOVAKIA - WORLD INTO THE POCKET”

Expo Milano 2015 is the universal exhibition that Milan, Italy, will host from May 1st to October 31st 2015. Over this six-month period Milan will become a global showcase where more than 140 participating countries will show the best of their technologies to offer a concrete answer to a vital need: being able to guarantee healthy, safe and sufficient food for everyone, while respecting the Planet and its equilibrium.

Slovakia will present itself as a young, dynamic and spirited country, full of smart, talented people, which can offer a variety of experiences, traditions, landscapes and cultures. To convey this positive diversification, the theme statement that has been chosen for Expo 2015 is “Slovakia. World into the pocket”, representing its cultural richness and its unique mixture between modernity and past traditions.

The participation of Slovakia in Expo 2015 is based on two fundamental features: the historical, cultural and natural variety and the symbiotic synergy of the diverse social, cultural and natural environments. Its strategic position at the centre of Europe and the presence of so many biogeographic regions close to each other form a treasure trove of variety that is Slovakia.

The pavilion, covering an area of more than 1,000 square metres, was designed by architect Karol Kallay. It will express this enriching and stimulating diversity through the creative concept “Slovakia. Recharge yourself”. Visitors will be inspired by the idea of symbiotic synergy between modernity and traditional heritage in Slovakia and by the idea of revitalizing energy, in a country where you can not only experience a lively blend of cultures but also have the possibility to relax and recharge your batteries.

The stylized symbol of the heart, based on the traditional Cicmany folk ornaments and enclosing the concepts of life, love and energy, has become the Slovak logo during Expo and will be the common thread in every part of the pavilion.

To represent Slovakia and its link with energy and vitality, the pavilion has been divided in two sections. Outside the pavilion, in the Recharging Zone, visitors will enjoy the possibility to take a break, relax and recharge their electronic devices. Inside the pavilion, energy and diversity in Slovakia are the main focus of six different thematic sections: energy in traditions, energy in innovations, energy in sports, energy in culture, energy in experiences and energy in nutrition. Finally, at the pavilion restaurant visitors will enjoy Slovak specialties, traditional dishes with a modern reinterpretation.
