5.1 Installazione1 - Come da figura 1, connettere il controller

con la strip, collegare V+ CON V+ ,collegare con con con

nell'interfaccia DC sinistra del controller e la massima corrente in entrata è di 5A, se la corrente supera i 5A, collegarsi ai morsetti

+ - sul lato destro del connettore verde.

5.2 Istruzioni1 - Pulsante ON/OFF: il pulsante è attivo in modalità lavoro o in modalità attesa, in caso di modalità attesa solo

questo pulsante è attivo.2 - In modalità lavoro, premere il pulsante CHOOSE, si entrerà nella modalità statica, si potrà variare il colore tra

rosso, verde, blu, arancio, giallo, viola, porpora e bianco, ogni volta che si premerà sul pulsante CHOOSE.3 - In modalità statica, premendo i pulsanti R-G-B, potrete regolare la proporzione di rosso, verde e blu. Se premete il pulsante di regolazione della luminosità, potrete regolare l'intensità dell'intera striscia.

Premere il pulsante FADE per passare alla modalità dinamica.4 - Nella modalità dinamica, il pulsante FADE è attivo ed è possibile passare dalla modalità dinamica continua alla modalità dinamica intermittente premendolo. Anche i pulsanti FLASH sono attivi e permettono di selezionare 8

diversi programmi in modalità dinamica continua ed 8 diversi programmi in modalità dinamica intermittente. I pulsanti SPEED sono attivi e si possono regolare 16 livelli di velocità per ogni programma.

5 - In modalità dinamica continua con i pulsanti SPEED si varia la velocità di 1 sec. in più o in meno nell’intervallo tra 1 e 16 sec., in modalità dinamica intermittente si varia la velocità di 2 sec. in più o in meno nell’intervallo tra

2 e 32 sec.6 - Funzione memoria: in caso di nuova accensione, si ripartirà automaticamente dall'ultima modalità selezionata.

Se si vuole variare dalla modalità statica alla modalità dinamica sarà necessario partire dal vostro ultimo settaggio.

5.2 Instruction1 - ON/OFF button: the button is effective under the working mode or waiting mode. In the waiting mode, only this

button is valid.2 - Under the working mode, press the CHOOSE button, it will enter into static display mode. And it can change to

red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white each time when you pressed the button.3 - Under the static mode, press the R-G-B button, you can adjust the proportion of red, green and blue. That is the

colour of the ribbon. If you press the button of adjusting brightness, you can adjust the whole brightness. Press the FADE button, changing to dynamic mode.

4 - Under the dynamic mode, the FADE button is effective, and you can change them between leaping mode and gradation mode. The FLASH button is effective, and there are eight leaping modes or gradation modes.

The SPEED button is effective, and there are 16 class speeds for you adjusting. The choose button is effective, if you press it, you will change into static display mode.

5 - FLASH change period: in the leaping dynamic display mode, every state lasts for 1 to 16 seconds, if you press SPEED button, reducing 1 class and will extend 1 second. In the transitional dynamic display mode, every state

lasts for 2 to 32 seconds, if you press SPEED button, reducing 1 class and will extend 2 seconds.6 - Memory function: when you restant, you will be in your last mode automatically. If you want to change the static

mode to dynamic mode, you should start from your last set-mode.

AUTOMATICO (Dip-SW 10 su on)Se viene selezionata questa funzione deve essere sconnesso il segnale DMX512 in entrata, e il DGT364 attiva sulle

uscite RGB uno dei 4 programmi scelti mediante i Dip-SW da 1 a 4.

MASTERCon Dip-SW 1 o 2 o 3 o 4 su on, il DGT364 attiva sulle uscite RGB il segnale DMX512 che riceve in entrata.

Se non giungono ricezioni DMX512, per prevenire conflitti, il DGT364 trasmette sul canale 1 il programma selezionato.se non ci sono dispositivi connessi, il DGT364 visualizza i 4 programmi sull’uscita senza trasmetterli.

I programmi trasmessi in modalità master vengono ricevuti all’indirizzo 1 dagli altri dispositivi con modalità AUTO off.

TEST (Dip-SW 11 on)Questa funzione permette il test di ogni singolo canale del DGT364 senza la necessità di avere un mixer collegato.

E’ possibile scegliere il canale e l’intensità impostando I Dip-SW secondo la seguente tabella.

Applicazioni:• Gestione della luce-accensione regolazione spegnimento tramite 2 pulsanti• Dimmer impianti ad alta potenza

Caratteristiche:• L’alimentazione della scheda è a 12/24Vdc e va connessa al morsetto indicato con +12/24Vdc e -12/24Vdc.• Il morsetto etichettato con C è il comune dei due pulsanti, mentre ai morsetti etichettati con 1 e 2 vanno connessi rispettivamente il pulsante 1 e 2. Sono disponibili due modalità di funzionamento: 1) solo bianco: se durante l’accensione si tiene premuto il pulsante 1, la scheda fornisce in uscita solamente il colore bianco. 2) tutti i colori: se durante l’accensione si tengono premuti il pulsante 1 e 2 insieme, la scheda permette di scegliere tra più colori. • Nella modalità solo bianco il pulsante 1 ha la funzione ON/OFF se premuto velocemente, e di dimmer se tenuto premuto. COMPONENTS allo scopo di sviluppare prodotti basati sullatecnologia LED.

Attraverso l’esperienza maturata è nata una nuova divisione per la produzione, totalmente “Made in Italy”, di pannelli luminosi.Per la realizzazione si utilizzano tecnologie innovative che permettono di ottenere una emissione estremamente luminosa e omogenea, su superfici particolarmente sottili.

Si tratta quindi di sistemi professionali da utilizzare nell’illuminazione di interni, nei light box per annunci o immagini pubblicitarie, nelle mensole luminose, ecc...

Lo spessore dei pannelli arriva fino a 6mm per la parte luminosa e 12mm per la cornice perimetrale. L’alimentazione è a 24 o 48Vdc e l’utilizzo dei LED come sorgente luminosa consente assorbimenti di corrente contenuti.

Le dimensioni massime dei pannelli vanno fino a 3000x2000mm.Se servono dimensioni maggiori è possibile accostare tra loro più pannelli, senza particolari problemi, poiché l’intensità luminosa degli stessi è identica e la superficie risulterà uniformemente illuminata.

Per la realizzazione dei pannelli LED, Elcom mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti i seguenti reparti:- progettazione e realizzazione di circuiti LED custom.- progettazione e realizzazione di elettroniche dedicate per il pilotaggio di sistemi monocromatici o RGB.

Since 1999 Elcom s.r.l. has established ELCOM LED COMPONENTS branch with the intent of developing items based on LED technology.

Throughout the ripened experience we have recently created a new branch for the production of LED light panels, which is totally “made in Italy”. For their realization innovative technologies are used, that permit to obtain an extremely luminous and homogeneous emission on surfaces especially thin.

Therefore it deals with professional systems, which can be used for indoor lighting, light boxes, advertising, light shelves, etc…

The thickness of panels can come up to 6mm for the luminous part and up to 12mm for the perimeter’s frame. The feeding/the electricity is 24 or 48Vdc and the use of LED as a luminous fount permits a low absorptions of electric current.

Top dimensions of LED panels come up to 3000x2000mm. If bigger dimensions are required, it is possible to draw panels near them without any particular problem, considering that luminous intensity of them is the same and the surface will turn out to be equally lighted up.

For the realization of LED panels, ELCOM offers to its customers the following departments:- design and realization of LED circuits.- planning and realization of electronics for monochromatic or RGB systems.

of the moment, which guarantee a long life without maintenance. For installation of high voltage LED bulb read the following instructions:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND INSTALLATION OF POWER LEDThe constant current power supplies should only be used to power LEDs

that have the same current indicated on the power.The maximum number of LEDs to be connected to the power supply

depends on the type of LEDs used. Connect the red, green and yellow LED in the maximum number indicated

on the power supply, connect the white LEDs and blue always a number less than that stated on.

Always connect all the LEDs in series. The constant voltage power supplies must be connected to groups of LED

current regulators or embedded resistors in series. Observe the maximum load and the voltages indicated.

Always make sure the polarity of the secondary. Install the driver away from heat and place in well ventilated.

Minimum distance of LED 10cm. Thermal protection: if the temperature exceeds the limits, the power turns

off and after a few seconds, resetting. Avoid short circuit on the secondary side and remove the power supply of

all LEDs in the system. Fasten the terminal screws without tightening too hard, or use a screw

gun "a couple" adjustable. For the connection of the LEDs, always use a cable of 0.5 to 1.5mm ² for

distances up to 10m. Use larger diameters for lengths exceeding 10 m in any case not

exceed 30m. For the incoming cable using a cable or a suitable cable 2x0.75 H03VVH2F.

HEAVY DUTY:reduce the load from 10% to 20% compared to the maximum

recommended for all types of equipment. Check the maximum working temperature on tc point.

INSTALLAZIONE DEI PRODOTTI A LEDNon collegare mai i sistemi a LED con l’alimentatore in funzione.Non collegare mai sistemi a 1 LED con alimentatori realizzati per pilotare serie maggiori di 1 LED. Per una maggiore resa di alcuni

prodotti consigliamo una sufficiente areazione nella parte posteriore del prodotto o in corrispondenza del dissipatore.

La resa luminosa e la durata dei prodotti con tecnologia LED variano a seconda della temperatura e dell’ambiente in cui vengono installati.

Possono migliorare in condizioni di temperature standard 25°C, mentre possono essere penalizzate dalle temperature elevate.

I prodotti realizzati con parti in alluminio anodizzato possono essere soggetti ad usure in presenza di sostanze acide o basiche.

Per un utilizzo corretto dei prodotti ideati per uso esterno consigliamo di consultare il nostro ufficio tecnico.

ISTRUZIONI PER LAMPADINE A LED Il prodotto è costruito con i migliori materiali e secondo le miglioritecniche del momento, che garantiscono una lunga durata senza

alcuna manutenzione. Per l’installazione della lampadina Led ad alta tensione leggere attentamente le seguenti istruzioni:

1) Maneggiare con cura e serrare delicatamente nel portalampada 2) Non utilizzare il prodotto se danneggiato o in caso di protezione

trasparente difettosa3) Non manomettere: pericolo di scossa

4) Non installare in luoghi umidi o bagnati o in faretti con infiltrazioni d’acqua

5) Verificare l’apparecchio prima della sostituzione 6) Tenere lontano da fonti di calore

7) La durata di vita e le prestazioni del prodotto possono variare in relazione alle condizioni dell’ambiente circostante

8) Non guardare direttamente la lampadina 9) Non fissare la lampadina a distanza ravvicinata

10) In caso di dubbi o malfunzionamenti consultare il personale specializzato

11) Non regolare con dimmer 12) Smaltire in appositi contenitori, non disperdere nell’ambiente

13) Conservare queste istruzioni per usi futuri

ISTRUZIONI DI UTILIZZO E DI INSTALLAZIONE ALIMENTATORI LEDGli alimentatori a corrente costante devono essere utilizzati

unicamente per LED di potenza che hanno la stessa corrente indicata sugli alimentatori. Il numero massimo di LED da collegare

all’alimentatore dipende dal tipo di LED utilizzato. Collegare i LED rossi, verdi e gialli nel numero massimo indicato sull’alimentatore, collegare i LED bianchi e blu sempre un numero in meno rispetto a quello indicato

sull’alimentatore. Collegare sempre tutti i LED in serie. Gli alimentatori a tensione costante devono essere collegati a gruppi di LED con regolatori di corrente incorporati o con resistenze in serie.

Rispettate la potenza massima del carico e le tensioni indicate. Fare sempre attenzione alla polarità del secondario. Installare il

sistema lontano da fonti di calore e in luoghi ben areati. Minima distanza dai LED 10cm. Protezione termica: se la temperatura supera i valori limite,

l’alimentatore si disinserisce e dopo pochi secondi si autoripristina. Evitare cortocircuiti sul lato secondario e togliere tensione prima di

collegare tutti i LED al sistema. Serrare correttamente la vite dei morsetti senza stringere con troppa forza, oppure utilizzare un avvitatore elettrico

“ a coppia” regolabile. Per il collegamento dei LED utilizzare sempre un cavo di sezione da 0.5 a 1.5mm² per lunghezze fino a 10m. Utilizzare

sezioni maggiori per lunghezze superiori a 10m in ogni caso non superarei 30m. Per il cablaggio in entrata utilizzare un cavo H03VVH2F 2x0.75 o

un cavo adatto all’apparecchio.USO GRAVOSO: ridurre il carico dal 10% al 20% rispetto a quello

massimo indicato per tutti i tipi di apparecchi. Controllare la temperatura massima di lavoro sul punto tc.
