CAPITOLO 1: DESCRIZIONE GENERALE

SEZIONE 1: INTRODUZIONE ALL’INSERIMENTO

DEL KIT FRENATURA IDRAULICAL’inserimento della frenatura idraulica rimorchio sulla trattrice RS52 permette di utilizzare rimorchi provvisti di tale sistema. Con questa soluzione viene aumenta la sicurezza di utilizzo della macchina durante il traino nei trasporti su strada e nelle fasi di lavoro su campo.

TRAILER BRAKE KIT

Installation of the hydraulic trailer brake kit in RS52 tractors allows trailers equipped with this system to be used. This solution adds to the safety of the machine during towing jobs, both for road transport and when working in the fields.

CAPITOLO 2: PREDISPOSIZIONE

Attenzione: sollevare e maneggiare tutti i particolari pesanti con un mezzo di sollevamento di capacità adatta. Assicurarsi che i gruppi ed i particolari siano sostenuti da imbragature e ganci appropriati.Accertarsi che non ci siano persone in prossimità del carico da sollevare.

Attenzione: posizionare supporti adeguati ed a norma sotto gli organi dove il trattore andrà ad appoggiarsi.

Attenzione: evitare di attorcigliare catene o funi metalliche di sollevamento. Indossare sempre guanti antinfortunistici per maneggiare cavi o catene.

Attenzione: accertarsi che ogni persona si mantenga a debita distanza dalla zona di pericolo.

Attenzione: prima di operare sulla trattrice occorre distaccare l’impianto elettrico, scollegando la batteria.

CHAPTER 2: PREPARATION

Warning: lift and handle all heavy parts with lifting equipment of an adequate capacity. Make sure that the assemblies and parts are supported by appropriately sized harness and hooks.Make sure that there are no bystanders near the load being lifted.

Warning: place adequate supports that comply with the laws in force under the components on which the tractor will rest.

Warning: avoid twisting the chains or metal ropes used for lifting purposes. Always wear safety gloves when handling cables or chains.

Warning: make sure that all persons keep a due distance away from the danger zone.

Warning: disconnect the electrical system by disconnecting the battery before working on the tractor.

Montare, nel foro del supporto (40) che sostiene i distributori, l’attacco rapido (2), stringendolo con il dado (5).

Applicare il tappo (25), all’attacco rapi-do (2).

CHAPTER 3: INSTALLATION

Assemble the quick coupling (2) in the hole of the support (40) that bears the valves and tighten it with the nut (5).

The nuts are not shown in the photo.

Fit the plug (25) on the quick coupling (2).

12Allestire, a banco il distributore (1), nel modo seguente:

A) Inserire nella porta “P”, il raccordo (12)B) Inserire nella porta “N”, la rondella (4), la colonnetta (20) e il raccordo (12).C) Inserire nella porta “RIM”, la rondella (4) e il raccordo (19).

Lasciare i raccordi laschi.

Rimuovere il tubo (41), che collega i distributori supplementari (42), al tubo (43), svitando la vite (44) e rimuovendo la staffa (45).Lasciare il raccordo a 90° (46), sulla piastra dei distributori supplementari.

Pre-assemble the valve system (1) on the work bench in the following way:

A) Fit union (12) into port “P”B) Fit the washer (4), the stud bolt (20) and union (12) into port “N”.C) Fit washer (4) and union (19) into port “RIM”.

Leave the unions loose.

Remove the tube (41) that connects the auxiliary control valves (42) to tube (43) by unscrewing the screw (44) and removing the bracket (45).Leave the 90° union (46) on the plate of the auxiliary control valves.

Fissare il distributore (1) allestito, sulla staffa (47), per mezzo delle viti (8),delle rondelle (3) e (6).

Nel caso si debba montare il KIT frenatura rimorchio tipo Italia, allestire il distributore (1) nel seguente modo:

A) Inserire nella porta “P”, il raccordo (12)B) Inserire nella porta “N”, la rondella (4), la colonnetta (20) e il raccordo (12).C) Inserire nella porta “RIM”, la rondella (4) e il raccordo (19).D) Montare il pressostato 7 atm (28), e la rondella (6), alla porta PS posta lateralmente al distributore.

CHAPTER 4: INSTALLATION

Fix the pre-assembled valve system (1) onto the bracket (47) with the screws (8) and washers, (3) and (6).

If the trailer brake kit - type for Italy must be installed, prepare the valve unit (1) in the following way:

A) Fit union (12) into port “P”B) Fit washer (4), stud bolt (20) and union (12) into port “N”.C) Fit washer (4) and union (19) into port “RIM”.D) Assemble the 7 atm pressure switch (28) and washer (6) onto port PS at the side of the valve system.

Collegare la linea cavi (39) nel seguente modo:I) collegare la presa “W” alla presa “XS16” che si trova sotto la cabinaII) collegare la presa “YV27” al freno di stazionamentoIII) collegare la presa “SP5” al pressostato (28) sulla porta “SP”La linea cavi deve essere fissata ai tubi adiacenti, con fascette non fornite nel kit, in modo tale da non muoversi durante le fasi di lavoro.

Il montaggio dei collegamenti all’impianto idraulico viene eseguito come descritto nel capitolo 3, quindi nel medesimo modo del kit frenatura idraulica export.

Connect the cable line (39) in the following way:I) connect socket “W” to socket “XS16” under the cab.II) connect socket “YV27” to the parking brakeIII) connect socket “SP5” to the pressure switch (28) on port “SP”The cable line must be fastened to the adjacent tubes with clamps (not supplied in the kit) so that it is unable to move when the machine is operating.

The connections to the hydraulic system must be made as described in chapter 3, thus in the same way as the export trailer brake kit.

CAPITOLO 5: CONTROLLI E PROVEA fine montaggio kit frenatura rimorchio eseguire i seguenti controlli ed operazioni di ripristino: 1) spurgare la linea freno rimorchio attraverso l’apposita vite posta nella parte superiore della valvola 2) spurgare la linea freni anteriori e posteriori 3) ripristinare il livello olio freni 4) controllare che il livello olio trasmissione sia corretto 5) avviare la macchina e controllare che non vi siano trafilaggi di olio dall’impianto frenante e dalla trasmissione 6) controllare che sul cruscotto non vi siano spie di mal funzionamento accese dovute al montaggio dei cablaggi elettrici dell’impianto di frenatura rimorchio 7) prima di utilizzare la trattrice in operazioni di lavoro o in trasporto su strada controllare che sia l’impianto frenante della trattrice che quello del rimorchio siano funzionanti

Se tutte le operazioni di controllo e le varie prove non denunciano problemi la trattrice è pronta per essere utilizzata in lavoro.

Nel caso che nel montaggio del kit troviate particolari difficoltà, materiale difettoso o mancante siete pregati di rivolgervi al concessionario di zona.Nel montaggio del kit non intervenite su parti non espressamente indicate nel libretto.Per qualsiasi necessità rivolgetevi al concessionario di zona.

CHAPTER 5: INSPECTIONS AND TESTSAfter the trailer brake kit has been installed, proceed with the following tests and operations: 1) bleed the trailer brake line by means of the relative screw in the upper part of the valve 2) bleed the front and rear brake line 3) top up the brake fluid level 4) make sure that the transmission oil is at the correct level 5) start the engine and make sure that there are no oil leaks from the brake system or transmission 6) make sure that none of the warning lights on the dashboard is on as this could denote that the electric cables of the trailer's braking system have been wired incorrectly. 7) test both the tractor's brake system and that of the trailer before using the tractor for work or road transport

If the tests and inspections show that nothing is faulty, the tractor can be considered ready for use.

Please contact your area dealer if you experience particular difficulties in installing the kit, if the material is defective or if parts are missing.Do not work on parts that are not explicitly indicated in the instruction manual when assembling the kit.Contact your area dealer for any further explanations required.
