Corradi sono state progettate per poter sfruttare al meglio la tecnica del Fuoco Continuo, attraverso la quale possibile regolare la quantit di calore e la durata del fuoco durante lutilizzo, secondo necessit: calore intenso durante la fase di cottura alla piastra e al forno, oppure calore moderato e mantenimento delle braci durante la fase del solo riscaldamento ambiente (ad esempio pomeriggio e notte). Lutilizzo di legna ad essenza forte garantisce una durata di fuoco moderato e braci vive fino ed oltre 6 ore dallultima carica.
