JANUS: LA CAPACITÀ’ DI FARE DA PONTE TRA ESPERIENZA ED INNOVAZIONEJANUS, attinge dall’esperienza maturata dalle linee oleodinamica e “full electric” per innovare il concetto di stampaggio ad iniezione, abbinando prestazioni elevatissime con la facilità di gestione e manutenzione delle macchine più semplici.

JANUS: MODULARE IBRIDAAttuatori elettrici per il movimento di chiusura stampi e per la rotazione della vite, oleodinamici in-vece per la fase d’iniezione. Così facendo tutti i movimenti sono sovrapponibili, consentendo tempi ciclo ridotti. Il movimento oleodinamico dell’iniezione garantisce ripetibilità ed affidabilità ai mas-simi livelli. La macchina è configurabile in differenti modi utilizzando ad esempio pompe a portata variabile o accumulatori, realizzando così macchine aventi caratteristiche differenti che possono essere utilizzate in campi applicativi diversificati con il massimo della soddisfazione del cliente.

JANUS: FILOSOFIA BIFRONTE La serie ibrida ha consumi energetici comparabili con la serie elettrica, ma grazie alla sua mo-dularità può essere configurata in differenti versioni per garantire al cliente di avere la macchina perfetta per l’applicazione specifica.JANUS può essere fornita con pompe a cilindrata variabile, quando il campo applicativo è quello dell’articolo tecnico oppure con accumulatori quando il campo applicativo è quello dell’articolo a parete sottile o quando il tempo ciclo è estremamente ridotto.La soluzione con accumulatori nella rivoluzionaria versione “SMART ENERGY” consente una gestio-ne ottimale dell’energia utilizzata raggiungendo valori di consumo prossimi a quelli delle soluzioni “full electric”.

PRECISE QUIET AND PRODUCTIVEThe hybrid solution allows us to use the most suitable actuator, either electric or hydraulic, for the specific function, thereby obtaining the most productive machine with the highest energy savings. JANUS: WE CAN BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION JANUS draws from Negri Bossi’s experience in the production of hydraulic and electric machines to innovate the concept of injection moulding. We have combined extremely high performance with easy management and maintenance of these uncomplicated machines. JANUS: HYBRID MODULAR Electric actuators for opening and closing the mould and for screw rotation; hydraulic actuators for the injection phase. With this configuration all movements can be overlapping with the conse-quential reduction in cycle times. The hydraulic movement of the injection assembly guarantees the highest levels of repeatability and reliability. The machine can be configured in different ways by using variable flow rate pumps or accumulators, thereby producing machines with different characteristics that can be used in a wide range of fields, thus ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. JANUS: MODULAIRE HYBRIDEElle est équipée d’actionneurs électriques pour le mouvement de fermeture des moules et pour la rotation de la vis, oléodynamiques en revanche pour la phase d’injection. De cette façon, tous les mouvements sont superposables, ce qui permet ainsi des temps de cycle réduits.
