Prove diagnostiche e sviluppo materiali Modena. Alcuni professionisti già conoscitori della nostra ditta quali Ingegneri, Architetti e Geometri, nonché altri utilizzatori dei nostri prodotti, operanti nei luoghi colpiti del sisma, hanno richiesto alla azienda MGN INTONACI di Schio (VI) di produrre e testare malte ed intonaci specifica per i futuri interventi di restauro e ripristino strutturale negli edifici colpiti dal terremoto.

Rimane importate far comprendere che, le componentistiche degli impasti e i loro comportamenti prestazionali sono chiaramente correlati; (un impasto più morbido ma di conseguenza più elastico, avrà maggior capacità di assecondare certi movimenti strutturali rispetto ad un impasto più duro ma di conseguenza più rigido). Abbiamo prodotto e testato miscele del tutto similari alle esistenti (ove hanno dimostrato ottime caratteristiche comportamentali) o per gli interventi in cui saranno prescritti impasti a ricopia estetica e componentistica che ne garantiscono un inserimento totale compatibile con gli originali storici in essere.


[It remains important to make understanding that the components of the mixtures and the relevant performances are strictly related (a softer and more elastic mixture will have greater ability to satisfy certain structural movements compared to a harder mixture that is consequently more rigid). We have produced and tested blends quite similar to the existing ones (where they have shown excellent behaviour) or for those interventions where it will be required mixes for aesthetic recopying and components that ensure a total inclusion compatible with the original historical materials.]




Nella foto è ben visibile la stesura di un intonaco con eccellenti caratteristiche meccaniche e di adesività Ottimo per le opere di intonacatura consolidanti, Raggiunto l’obiettivo primario di garantire le prestazioni ed i comportamenti richiesti per tali impasti, gli stessi sono soggetti ad una ricerca estetica e cromatica che si rifaccia agli impasti della zona e che permetta nel massimo delle nostre aspirazioni, di poter lasciare i cosiddetti betoncini a vista ( senza ulteriori intonaci di finitura o opere di tinteggiatura), perché già colorati nell’intero spessore con polveri di marmo e terre naturali o sabbie di campo, riducendo così sostanzialmente il costo degli interventi.

Il nostro obiettivo, una volta acquisiti i dati di analisi delle malte e degli intonaci presenti, è stato quello di poter formulare miscele diversificate inerentemente gli specifici usi futuri. I valori prestazionali degli impasti a ricostruzione storica o compatibili con gli esistenti saranno poi monitorati ogni 30 giorni in quanto, tali impasti essendo a base componente prevalentemente di calce aerea, continueranno ad acquisire ed aumentare le loro caratteristiche meccaniche e comportamentali nel tempo a differenza degli impasti prettamente o eminentemente idraulici ove la massima espressione avviene già a 28 giorni.

Abbiamo studiato, sviluppato e testato poi, impasti che possano garantire la possibilità di utilizzarli come malte da rinforzo strutturale o per interventi di scuci e cuci senza però esasperarne le caratteristiche meccaniche rischiando di creare porzioni di muratura troppo rigide quindi fragili. Infine, abbiamo sviluppato e testato anche veri e propri impasti di tipologia definibile “Betoncino” utilizzabili negli interventi di rinforzo strutturale ove siano richieste alte prestazioni meccaniche tipo “consolidamenti a piastra” abbinati ad idonee reti e sistemi di ancoraggio a muratura secondo la tipologia di intervento o le esigenze del progettista.

Finally, we have also developed and tested real mixtures of the type described as "grout" used in the interventions of structural reinforcement where are required high mechanical performances of the type "consolidations plate" combined with suitable networks and masonry anchoring systems according to the type of intervention or the needs of the designer.]

Fornitura: malta preconfezionata in polvere. Rapporto acqua: 4,5/5,5 lt /sacco in betoniera (indicativo). Consumi: 16 kg / mq / per cm di spessore. Temperatura di applicazione: tra + 5ºC e + 30ºC. Confezione: sacchi in carta da 25 Kg. Descrizione prodotto: malta per intonaco e opere di consolidamento. Composizione: calce aerea, calce idraulica naturale bianca desalinizzata, polvere di marmo, cotto macinato in curva granulometrica controllata, pozzolana naturale, sabbie silicee in curva granuolmetrica controllata.

Caratteristiche tecniche:Resistenza a compressione: Categoria M5 (5,5 N/mm²). Resistenza a flessione: 2,0 N/mm². Adesione: 0,5 N/mm². Reazione al fuoco: Classe A1. Fattore di resistenza a diffusione del vapore: µ 10. Ph: 10.5.
