Let me tell you…[ lasciatemividire ]
Siamo per il business! E talvolta (accade che) ...
... the fact is that too many organizations are making their decisions,
their policies about talent and people,
based on assumptions that are outdated, unexamined, and rooted
more in folklore than in science !
(Daniel Pink, TED Conference, Luglio 2009)

Siamo per il business! Ecco i “dati” ufficiali - 1
Human resource costs will be scrutinized
Recruitment buying and activity will stagnate. Employee performance is under the executive microscope. Workforce demographic trends won’t go away — maybe just stall.
(Zach Thomas, ‘HR’s Critical Role In Today’s Economy’ Teleconference,
Forrester Research, May 5, 2009)

Siamo per il business! Ecco i “dati” ufficiali - 2
How the market will react Web 2.0 will become more institutionalized. Core HR strategies will focus on master data. Talent management initiatives will become more integrated but start with a
specific pain. Analytics will help HR become more strategic. HR outsourcing will be more selective and targeted. HRM will continue to lead SaaS adoption.

Management 2.0. Quasi sempre la suite funziona bene...
Management did not emanate from nature.
Management – it’s not a tree, it’s a television set.
Somebody invented it. And it doesn’t mean it works forever.
Management is great.Traditional notions of management are great if you want compliance...

Management 2.0. La suite funziona SEMPRE bene...
... but if you want engagement, self-direction works better.
Getting the issue of money off the table.
And then living people lots of autonomy.

Cosa è utile ancora per noi stamattina…
Those motivators we think are a natural part of business, do work,
but only in a surprisingly narrow band of circumstances.
Those if-then rewards often destroy creativity
The secret to high performance isn’t rewards and punishments but that unseen intrinsic drive.

Quindi… scegliere e sperimentare!

Un’esperienza, una soluzione

Un’esperienza, una soluzione
Entriamo in un tool della suite:
HR-Performance
(ora Aldo)

Un’esperienza, una soluzione
Conferme dopo questa esperienza - 1
Non basta “ordinare” l’applicativo - consegna chiavi in mano?
22
Un’esperienza, una soluzione
Conferme dopo questa esperienza - 2:
Ogni scarrafone è bello 'a mamma soja !

Sperimentare
Comunque...
