Fondata nel 1926 Picco & Martini rappresenta la storia del vetro e ancora oggi con due siti produttivi, per un totale di 6000m² coperti, propone una gam-ma di prodotti che coprono interamente il prodotto vetro diventando simbolo e riferimento a livello per gli operatori del settore mantenendo alte le aspetta-tive del Cliente. Picco & Martini si specializza in par-ticolare nel settore dei prodotti vetrari di sicurezza per applicazioni industriali quali antinfortunio, anti-vandalismo, antieffrazione, antiproiettile ed antifuo-co. A tal proposito indirizza l’ attenzione soprattutto ai prodotti tagliafuoco ed antifi amma, non solo con prodotti vetrari ma con sistemi completi.Fino ad arrivare, nel 2009, alla prima, a livello non solo nazionale, ma europeo, della porta tagliafuoco in inox omologata EI/EW60, di notevoli dimensioni, con accessori a totale scomparsa. Inoltre, sempre all’ avanguardia del vetro tagliafuoco, per coniu-gare le richieste architettoniche più esigenti nasce Vision Line.Una soluzione che permette di ottenere superfi ci ve-trate tagliafuoco di ampie metrature senza interpo-sizione di montanti verticali. Il sistema utilizza mo-duli accostati, lasciando la massima libertà creativa nella progettazione di compartimentazione.Vision Line è testato con classifi cazione EI30, EI60, EI90 ed EI120 ed inoltre risponde alle nor-me EN12600 per la sicurezza delle persone ed un abbattimento acustico elevato secondo la EN12758. Per offrire un sevizio integrale Picco & Martini si occupa di tutte le necessità e problematiche del cantiere, con diverse soluzioni che coniugano prestazioni ed estetica. Tale supporto viene intera-mente gestito al proprio interno, dallo sviluppo del progetto, al rilievo misure, fi no alla posa.Inoltre tale supporto non vuol dire solo vetro, ma tutto il manufatto completo e certifi cato, sia in soluzione fi ssa che apribile. Ce qui fait de cette société un symbole et une référence dans le secteur verrier de par la réponse donnée aux exigences élevées de ses clients, tant industriels que particuliers. Picco & Martini se spécialise plus spécifi quement dans le secteur des produits vitrés de sécurité pour des applications industrielles telles que des ap-plications antivol, antivandalisme, anti-effraction, antiballe et antifeu.De fait, une attention particulière est donnée aux produits coupe-feu et pare-fl ammes, non seulement au niveau des vitrages mais également des ensembles complets (cloisons fi xes ou châssis ouvrants). A cet effet, en 2009, P&M a proposé en première nationale mais également européenne une porte coupe-feu en acier inoxydable classée et homologuée EI60/EW60, de dimensions importantes, avec l’ensemble des accessoires complètement intégrés et invisibles. En outre, et toujours dans un esprit « avant-gardiste » de la sécurité incendie, afi n de répondre aux exigences architecturales les plus élevées, la gamme Vision Line voit le jour.Vision Line est une solution qui permet la réalisation de cloison de largeur illimitée sans l’ajout de montants verticaux intermédiaires entre chaque verre. Ce système met en œuvre des modules de verre collés «bord à bord», autorisant ainsi une liberté de création maximale dans la conception de la cloison.Le Vision Line est testé et homologué avec des classements EI30, EI60, EI90 et EI120; de plus, ce système est également conforme à la norme EN 12600 pour la sécurité des personnes et offre une isolation acoustique performante selon la norme EN 12758.Afi n d’offrir au client un service complet, Picco & Martini prend soin de tous les besoins et de toutes les problématiques d’un projet par l’utilisation de diverses solutions techniques qui allient perfor-mance et esthétique.Ce service est entièrement géré en interne; du développement du projet, à la prise de dimensions, jusqu’à la pose. The system uses multiple fi re-rated glazing panels, separated by a fi re re-sistant silicone joint - providing customers with clear, unobstructed views and the ultimate in fi re protection. With the absence of intermediate framing, the Pyrobel Vision Line transparent wall offers continuous views and uncompromising beauty. The Pyrobel Vision Line has been tested for 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes integrity and insulation (EI-Insulation) in steel, aluminium and wooden frames.In addition, this system also complies with EN 12600 for the security of persons and provides a powerful sound reduction according to EN 12758. To offer our customer a full service, Picco & Martini will take care of all needs and all problems related to a project, by the use of var-ious technical solutions that combine performance and aesthetics. This service is fully managed internally; development of the project, taking dimensions on site, to installation. Vetro stratifi cato con intercalari in-tumescenti che permettono l’inte-grità e un basso irraggiamento (EW) o l’ integrità e un isolamento termico (EI) al fuoco. In caso di fuoco gli inter-calari si espandono e diventano uno scudo rigido, opaco e che assorbe il calore.

Laminated glazing assembled with clear intumescent interlayers that meet the Integrity and Low Radiation criteria (EW) or the Integrity and Insulation criteria (EI). In the event of a fi re, the interlayers will expand and transform themselves into arigid, opaque and heat absorbing fi re shield.

Istruzioni sui vetri Tagliafuoco

• Il vetro tagliafuoco non può essere tagliato sul posto e la banda di protezione posta perimetralmente sul bordo non deve essere tolta o danneggiata.

• Prima dell’installazione, il vetro tagliafuoco deve essere controllato per assicurarsi che non sia danneggiato, soprattutto lungo gli spigoli e i bordi.

• Le proprietà di resistenza al fuoco possono essere alterate in caso di rotture, crepe o danni di altro tipo. In questi casi il vetro non deve essere installato.

• Evitare ogni contatto dei bordi del vetri con l’acqua.

• Evitare ogni contatto diretto del vetro con metalli.

• Non esercitare delle pressioni sul vetro.

• Non installare il vetro tagliafuoco nei luoghi dove la temperatura sul vetro potrebbe superare +50°C

• Far sempre riferimento ai dettagli costruttivi dei Rapporti di Prova.

• Per applicazioni esterne, o in caso d’irraggiamento solare diretto sul vetro, Pyrobel è disponibile in soluzione EG, con protezione ai raggi UV. La protezione per l’ esterno deve essere posizionata correttamente, con l’etichetta d’istruzioni.

Instructions concernant le vitrage

• Le verre résistant au feu ne peut pas être recoupé sur place et le ruban de protection des bords ne doit pas être enlevé ou endommagé.

• Avant l’installation, le verre résistant au feu doit être contrôlé pour s’assurer qu’il n’est pas endommagé, surtout le long des bords.

• Les propriétés de résistance au feu peuvent être altérées en cas de casses, fi ssures ou dommages d’autre type. Dans de tels cas, le verre ne doit pas être installé.

• Éviter tout contact des bords du vitrage avec de l’eau.

• Éviter tout contact du verre avec le métal.

• Ne pas exercer des contraintes sur le vitrage.

• Ne pas installer le verre résistant au feu dans des endroits où la température du verre pourrait dépasser +50°C

• Toujours se référer aux détails du rapport d’essai au feu.

• Pour une application externe, ou en cas de rayonnement solaire direct sur le vitrage, Pyrobel est disponible en version pour l’extérieur (EG), avec fi ltre UV. La version pour l’extérieur Pyrobel doit être correctement orientée, avec l’étiquette reprenant les instructions.

Glazing Instructions

• Fire Resistant Glass cannot be cut on site and the edge protection tape must not be removed nor damaged.

• Before installation, Fire Resistant Glass must be checked to ensure that it is not damaged, especially along the edges.

• The fi re resistant properties can be altered if it has been chipped or otherwise damaged. In such cases, it must not be installed.

• Do not allow any contact of the glazing’s edges with water.

• Avoid any contact between glass and metal.

• Do not apply any restraint on the glazing.

• Do not install Fire Resistant Glass in locations where the glass temperature might exceed +50°C

• Always refer to the fi re test report details.

• For external application, or in case of direct solar radiation on the glazing, Pyrobel is available as an external grade (EG), with a UV fi lter.

Pyrobel External Grade must be correctly oriented with its instruction label.

En fonction des homologations, il est possible d’obtenir des solutions complètes sur bois de haute densité, en acier isolé, en acier gammiste ou en aluminium.

Fire Rated FIXED partitions The company Picco & Martini is able to offer a complete fi re resistant system (glass + frame) which complies with the regulations and the test report. These solutions are approved either in hard wooden, steel or aluminum framing systems.

Strutture APRIBILI tagliafuoco Picco & Martini nel 2009, per prima, a livello non solo nazionale, testa la porta tagliafuoco in interamente in inox, di notevoli dimensioni e con accessori (cerniere e chiudiporta) a scomparsa totale. Questa tipologia propone una porta tecnica e al contempo esteticamente molto pulita. Inoltre, il fatto di non avere accessori a vista, la rende inattaccabile da un punto di vista di manomissioni e/o forzature sulle cerniere. Passing Full diventa un punto di riferimento tecnico ed estetico per tutto il mercato.

Châssis OUVRANT antifeu Picco & Martini fut l’un des pionniers en 2009, au-delà du niveau national, à tester une porte antifeu entièrement en inox, de dimensions importantes, avec des accessoires (charnières et ferme-porte) complètement intégrés et maqués. De ce fait, cette solution offre non seulement une réponse technique aux exigences feu, mais également sur le plan esthétique. De plus, le fait de ne pas avoir d’accessoires visibles réduit fortement le risque d’erreur et/ou de pression inappropriée sur les charnières. Passing Full devient par conséquent une référence technique et esthétique pour l’ensemble du marché.

Fire Rated Doors and WindowsPicco & Martini was a pioneer in 2009, not only on a national level, to test a fully fi reproof door stainless steel, of large dimensions, with accessories (hinges and door closers), completely integrated. Therefore, this solution provides not only a technical response to fi re requirements but also from an aesthetic point of view. Moreover, the fact of having hidden accessories greatly reduces the risk of mistakes (wrong items) and / or inappropriate pressure on the hinges. «Passing Full» has become a technical and aesthetic reference to the market.
