I cittadini e la salute: empowerment, trust e bisogno di condivisione

1 In area salute cresce la centralità dell’individuo, la consapevolezza e il bisogno

di competenze (engagement e empowerment).

2 Complesso e articolato il percorso di ricerca di informazioni, ove il web ha un

ruolo centrale (1 persona su 2 negli ultimi 3 mesi è andata su un sito web a

cercare informazioni sulla salute)…ma rimane fondamentale il confronto con

un interlocutore esperto (il medico, il farmacista….)

3 Appare fondamentale rafforzare l’area dell’informazione

«garantita/autorevole» sul web --> per aiutare il consumatore paziente nella

ricerca di informazioni sulla salute

4 … e supportare il medico nella relazione con il paziente «informato»
