Questi i requisiti principali di una CasaClima A più:- consumo energetico per

il riscaldamento di 27 kWh/m2 per anno (=casa passiva);

Energy saving The building meets the Ita-lian requisites for both low energy consumption and green construction, and is aiming to attain the Italian energy class CasaClima A più. These are the main requirements for a CasaCli-ma A più building: - 27 kWh/m² energy con-

sumption for heating per year (making it a “passive house”).

- Natural-origin energy sources: woodchips, the

sun and small amounts of methane.

- The use of panels in wood fibre as natural insula-tion. The panels must be assembled without the use of glue.

- Larch wood floors, hemp carpets, cement and mar-ble grit tiles, doors in pine or oak.

- No use in closed areas of chemical wood stains or paints and varnishes containing solvents.

- Use of siloxane products for external paintwork.

- Use of certified wood.
