The furniture of Former creates a visible lifestyle in the home. They are not to be considered simple furnishing elements,

but by combining innovation and design, they become an integral part of the architectural ambiance. Plinto 1.6, which

represents the prestigious new name of the company for containment and aesthetics inside the living room, perfectly

obeys this golden rule. It contributes in a determined way adding value to the homogeneous domestic furnishing. Its

base units, combined with containing elements which are either wall hung, standing or stacked, overturn in an original

way the classical concept of ‘wall compositions’. Enriched by shelves and vertical bookcases with optional illumination

the system also allows for central free-standing solutions, perfectly finished and of impeccable design from all 4 angles.

The hanging and stackable containers are characterized by doors with different widths, which combined give way to an original look. Lateral andcentral containment spaces characterize these elements even more. Both doors and drawers are without handles, but easy opening is assuredby a slightly higher superior or inferior edge.All containers and base units are constructed with 45° cuts, a precious construction detail for our renewed container system.
