Le nostre e-bike sono testate e conformi alla norma

EN15194:2018 per garantirne la sicurezza e il rispetto

delle normative vigenti; inoltre la produzione al 100%

interna all’azienda rende ogni nostra bici un prodotto di

alta qualità assemblato con cura e professionalità.

Il motore OLI SPORT è il motore 100% italiano. Con una potenza nominale di 250W, un pic-co di 720W e una coppia massima di 85 Nm è semplicemente perfetto per i riders che dal proprio motore pretendono il massimo. Grazie alle dimensioni ridotte si integra perfettamente nel telaio, e con il peso di soli 3,3 kg non impatta sulla performance del rider. Per la partenza in salita c’è la funzione ZERO EFFORT : non serve nessu-na rotazione, basta una pressione più forte e la bici assisterà la ripartenza. Sulla via del ritorno dopo un’uscita di forte inten-sità, con il livello LAZY si potrà accedere alla piena potenza del motore col minimo supporto da parte del ciclista. Con la fun-zione INTEGRATED POWER METER si potrà accedere facilmente ai dati relativi alla po-tenza sia del ciclista che del sistema elet-trico. Inoltre, grazie al BSD (battery self diagnostic), il numero dei cicli di ricarica e le informazioni sullo stato di salute delle celle della batteria sono facilmente con-sultabili.

SPORT motor is small and perfectly integrated to the frame, and the light weight of 3,3 kg does not interfere with the rider’s performance. For starting up hill, SPORT offers the ZERO EFFORT mode: the start will be possible with no ro-tation of the pedal but just a slightly more powerful pressure on it. On the way back after a high-intensity session, the LAZY mode will allow to have the maximum of the motor power with the minimum effort of the rider. The INTEGRATED POWER METER function have access to the power data both of the electric system and of the rider. The BSD (battery self-diagnostic) will show the charge cycles and the health status of the cells.

Il motore OLI MOVE PLUS è affidabile, silenzioso e potente. Abbiamo due diverse versioni: la più performante EXTRA URBAN con un picco di 650W e coppia a 80 Nm, e la più smart CITY, con un picco di 550W e coppia a 75 Nm. Grazie alla funzione LAZY si può otte-nere il massimo della potenza con il minimo sforzo di pedalata. Inoltre con la funzione ZERO EFFORT si potrà ri-partire agilmente in salita applicando solo una leggera pressione sul ped-ale, senza neanche farlo girare. Con la funzione INTEGRATED POWER METER si potrà accedere facilmente ai dati relativi alla potenza sia del ciclista che del sistema elettrico; inoltre grazie al BSD (battery self diagnostic) si potrà conoscere non solo il numero dei cicli di ricarica, ma anche lo stato di salute delle celle.

OLI MOVE PLUS is reliable, silent and powerful. There are 2 different ver-sions: the performing EXTRA URBAN version (up to 650W) with a maximum torque of 80 Nm, and the smart CITY version (up to 550W) with a maximum torque of 75 Nm. La garanzia ha inizio dalla data di acquisto, purché tale acquisto sia avvenuto presso un riv-enditore autorizzato.In caso di difett i di fabbricazione o imputabi-l i ai material i impiegati e purché i l telaio sia sottoposto alle normali condizioni d’uso, MBM si impegna a riparare o sostituire le parti in garan-zia risultate difettose, mentre saranno a carico del cl iente le spese di trasporto.

OLIeds® (motori elettrici) r iconosce un periodo di 24 mesi di garanzia sui prodotti di propria costruzione. I l periodo decorre dalla data del documento di trasporto. La garanzia non è ap-plicabile a seguito di rotture e/o difett i causati da errata installazione o uti l izzo, oppure da manutenzioni non corrette o modif iche apportate senza autorizzazione del costruttore. NORME DI UTILIZZO DELLE BATTERIE:Dopo le prime cariche, la batteria raggiunge la sua piena capacità. La capacità nel tempo diminuisce senza che ci sia percezione nella performance.La batteria è considerata esaurita quando rag-giunge i l 60% della sua capacità originale e non oltre.Non esporre a temperature troppo elevate, evi-tare aree umide che possono causare corrosioni e contatt i .Util izzare SEMPRE il caricatore abbinato alla batteria.Non lasciare MAI la batteria al di sotto del 20% di carica. Raccomandiamo di caricare completa-mente la batteria dopo ogni uti l izzo. Caricare inoltre la batteria completamente prima di lunghi periodi di inutil izzo, specie prima dell’ inverno, e ogni 6/8 sett imane per evitare danni.Dopo ogni uti l izzo spegnere l’ interruttore della batteria per evitare chesi scarichi.Raccomandiamo di custodire la batteria in luoghi secchi con temperaturatra 5° e 25°.

PERFORMANCE DELLE BATTERIELa durata della batteria varia in relazione a molteplici fattori come la t ipologia e pendenza del percorso, i l l ivello di assistenza richiesto, lo stato della batteria.Tutti i valori indicati nel catalogo sono da rite- nersi indicativi e rappresentano la miglior performance raggiungibile in condizioni ideali (percorso pianeggiante con una velocita media di 15 km/h, assenza di vento contrario, temperatura esterna di 20°, pressione ideale degli pneumat-ici , ut i l izzo ideale dei rapporti del cambio, peso dell’uti l izzatore non superiore a 70 Kg). Le performance delle batterie saranno soggette a riduzioni in caso di percorsi non pianeggianti , forte vento contrario, temperature di uti l izzo in-feriori ai 20°, velocità medie fra i 20km/h ed i 25 km/h, inappropriata pressione degli pneumatici , peso dell’uti l izzatore maggiore di 85kg.

NOTE L’unità motrice è destinata esclusivamente all’uti l izzo su e-bike come propulsore motrice. Impieghi diversi da quell i previsti e non conformi a quanto descritto in questo manuale, oltre ad essere considerati impropri e vietati , scaricano i l costruttore da qualsiasi responsabil ità diretta e/o indiretta.

Prima di procedere all’uso della bicicletta, l’utente dovrà aver cura di verif icare se i l model-lo ordinato corrisponde a quello in suo possesso e che non abbia subito danni durante i l trasporto, o presenti anomalie.

In case of manufactory defects or problems imputable to the materials used, as long as the frame is used normally, MBM wil l repair or substitute the parts under warranty that result defect ive, while freight and trans-portat ion costs wil l be held by the customer. I f the e-bike is a rental model either for private or publ ic faci l i t ies, some warranty length reductions wil l be appl ied.

OLIeds® grants a 24-months warranty on the products. The period starts from the date speci-f ied on the transport document. The warranty can-not be appl ied to fai lures and/or defects caused by incorrect installat ion or use, or by improper maintenance or any changes made without the manufacturer’s authorizat ion. The warranty and compliance with regulat ions shall become null and void i f the drive unit or display unit : - Is tampered with or modif ied.- Is used incorrectly.- Is used not fol lowing the l imits specif ied in this manual and/or is subjected to excessive mechan-ical stress. - The maintenance has been carried out only in part and/or incorrectly or by improperly trained personnel.- Has been damaged due to carelessness during transport, installat ion and use.- Non-original spare parts have been installed. Once received, the recipient must ensure the product does not have any faults or damage due to transport and/or incompleteness of the supply. Any defects, damage or incompleteness shall be immediately reported to the manufacturer with written notice with the countersignature of the carrier.

BATTERY USAGE GUIDELINESAfter the init ial recharges, the battery wil l reach i ts maximum capacity. The capacity wil l diminish in t ime with no consequences on the performance i tself.The battery is considered to be at the end of i ts service l i fe when i t reaches the 60% of i ts original capacity.Do not expose to high temperatures, avoid humid areas which might cause corrosion and fai lure in electr ical contacts.ALWAYS use the proper charger paired with the battery.Never leave the battery under the 20% of charge. We recommend to charge the battery after every use. Charge to i ts ful l capacity the battery before long periods of inact iv i ty , especially before winter, and charge i t anyway every 6/8 weeks to avoid damages.After each use turn off the switch to avoid i t runs out of charge. We recommend to keep the battery in a dry place with a temperature between 5°and 25°.

BATTERY PERFORMANCEBattery autonomy varies due to many dif ferent factors, such as terrain type and incl inat ion, assistance level , battery health status. All the values indicated on this catalogue are only indic-at ive and they represent the best performance reachable for any e-bike in ideal condit ions (Flat terrain with a medium speed of 15 km/h, zero headwind, outside temperature of 20°C, good t ires pressure ideal gear shift ing, user’s weight of no more than 70 kg). Performance wil l drop in case of uneven terrain, strong headwind, outside temperatures lower than 20°C, average speed of 20-25 km/h, user’s weight over 85 kg, unusual gear shift ing and low t ires prof i le pressure.

NOTE The drive unit is designed exclusively for e-bikes as the driv ing engine. Uses other than those intended and not in accordance with the contents of this manual, besides being considered improper and forbidden, shall rel ieve the manufacturer from any direct and/ or indirect l iabi l i ty. Before using the bike, the user must make sure that the model owned matches the ordered model and that i t has not been damaged during transportat ion or has any overall faults. Maintaining the basic characterist ics, we reserve the r ight of technical variat ions or accessories for any model i l lustrated on the catalogue.
