EDIT TEXT & IMAGESLEARN: In Acrobat DC, select the Edit PDF tool

and insert your cursor in the highlighted box of the text or image you want to edit. Read: Page 112-­‐114 in textbook

EDIT TEXT & IMAGESLEARN: Use the Edit PDF tool to update

text and resize, rotate, or replace images directly in your PDF

Click Add Image to insert a logo or new image into a PDF

To edit an image, use the options in the Objects section beneath the Format section in the right panel

ADDING LINKSLEARN: Auto-­‐create Hyperlinks, and add links to

A link can also act as a bookmark for page navigation in a PDF

Click Edit PDF tool, click Link, and use mouse to drag and draw a rectangle around text or an image

Select Link Type (Invisible Rectangle) and Link Action (Go to a page view) click Next

BOOKMARKSLEARN: A bookmark is a type of link in the

for page navigation in a PDF. Each bookmark goes to a different

view or page in the document. Open the page where you want the

bookmark to link to, and adjust the view settings (page zoom)

ORGANIZING PAGESLEARN: In a PDF you can replace, rotate,

delete, insert new or blank pages, re-­‐order or re-­‐position pages, and extract pages

In the Tools menu, select the Organize Pages tool

To save a few pages as their own PDF, click Extract and check the box for “Delete Pages after extracting”

To insert a page click Insert and select “From File” or “Blank Page” Read: Page 94-­‐96 in textbook

SPLITTINGLEARN: Watch: Split a Document In Acrobat DC, choose Organize

Pages > Split. Choose how you want to split the PDF file or whether you'll split multiple files.

Click Output Options to decide where to put the split file and how it should be named.

Separate by pages, file size or bookmarks.

Organize Pages: Rotate the blank page #1 once to be vertical/portrait orientation4. Organize Pages: Insert From File: “Crop-­Page.pdf” before the Last Page (btwn. 5 & 6)5. Add Text: On Page 1, create a Table of Contents;; Add and Edit text (color, size, leading) 6. Add Image: On Page 1, Insert “Logo.jpg” and resize 7.
