Since 2007 I’ve been appointed with Program/Senior Project Manager leading role working as contractor at FCA EMEA ICT (current - 1 year) and before then spent 9 years at IBM ITALIA IMT GTS - leading Global IT Solution Delivery organisation for relevant heavy automotive area industries. In this role I’ve been fully responsible of transition and transformation programs/projects for the following core business critical services’ solution delivery:

1. 2007 - CNH EU INS program - File Service transformation centralization, 2. 2008 - CNH EU INS program - SNA Services decommissioning by transforming Mainframe communication over IP, 3. 2008 - CNH EU INS program - Print Service transformation, 4. 2009 - CNH EU Fleet management transformation program toward a single European support model, Account’s

convergence to a single Company Group contract while re-defining global IT infrastructure management process. 5. 2009 - CNH EU Service Delivery Transition & Transformation program to uniform and include the CNH EU Account into

FSA service contract standards and deploy the service delivery model (program scope: Service Governance management, IT Service delivery, Security services)

I worked as PM on “Portafoglio Commerciale: Fusione SPIMI-BdN” extremely critical and strategic fixed price project, managing deployment with phased approach, client business constraints and a large staffing with many unskilled resources applied to the project. I managed 50+ resources applied to many sub-projects, leaded by some project leaders, leveraging teams aimed to discover, design, develop and deploy applications on both side of merging banks’ Portfolio application (namely SPIMI and BdN, two of greatest Italian banks and CSC major strategic accounts based in Turin and Naples). Due to its criticalities, constraints and hard deadlines, this project was inserted in Project Watch List and had been conducted and successfully completed with the guidance and daily direct reporting both to client and CSC Senior Management. In addition to my skills and competencies, determination, planning, listening and leadership skills have been surely part of the success.
