I’m an experienced IT T&T Senior Project / Program Manager, since 20+ years in this role, PMI/PMP certified (2007), Master in European Project Management qualified. With this role I’m currently appointed as contractor in a Global IT Service Company - Transformation Project Services competency. I’ve managed and completed successfully all assigned IT projects (having budget >> 15M Euro) for strategic Clients, managing team staffed with 50+ resources, operating in several business areas while working in Italy and abroad. All along with my professional life I’ve increased IT Governance experience, competency and knowledge in many delivery areas, especially in value added IT delivery services (Transition & Transformation, server, storage, network operations/infrastructures, internet Web applications, strategic outsourcing, application development and maintenance services) for several business areas (mainly in Automotive / Heavy machine industry: production, engineering, services, logistic, manufacturing, automation; financial industry: banking transformation, insurance transition). I’d internally managed corporate delivery model transformation and deployment, service delivery and business process change management in the SEMEA region. Since 2007 I’ve been appointed with Program/Senior Project Manager leading role working as contractor at FCA EMEA ICT (current - 1 year) and before then spent 9 years at IBM ITALIA IMT GTS - leading Global IT Solution Delivery organisation for relevant heavy automotive area industries. In this role I’ve been fully responsible of transition and transformation programs/projects for the following core business critical services’ solution delivery:
1. 2007 - CNH EU INS program - File Service transformation centralization, 2. 2008 - CNH EU INS program - SNA Services decommissioning by transforming Mainframe communication over IP, 3. 2008 - CNH EU INS program - Print Service transformation, 4. 2009 - CNH EU Fleet management transformation program toward a single European support model, Account’s

Despite all of them were challenging - all designed projects’ deliverables had been achieved on targeted time&cost and those solutions are now supporting the most critical business area for Global Account IT / IS infrastructure and organisational units. As a result - solutions apply and span nearly on 30+ countries in all Geo’s, 40,000+ beneficiaries/users, 25,000+ Client workstations, 8+ warehouses, 50+ production plants, 30+ major manufacturing sites, 90+ overall sites, 3,600+ servers transformed, 400TB+ of business critical shared data moved, 1200+ LAN printers transformed, #1 IT Hub deployed in European Data Centre, by managing the transformation of +50 business critical applications when integrating infra including various high availability server system’s platforms and applications platforms and LAN/WAN network solutions - leading edge technology.

Working closely with and reporting to Company Senior Management, I had the lead – as Program Manager – of the transition to GTS organisational and service delivery model, to deploy corporate global process and standard tool to Delivery organisation in the SEMEA region countries, liasing with transition’s stakeholders and peers in EMEA and US. As GTS pioneer, I got a wide experience on corporate process and tool as well, recognised soon as a guru in the organisational transition, service delivery and change management matter. Therefore I had been appointed as GTS SEMEA lead of Subject Matter Experts’ team too, aimed to support SEMEA users’ community (approx.2,000 GTS res.), leading a core team (6+ res.) spanning over SEMEA and liasing with US corporate team for applying escalation process. Programme / Project Description
I worked as PM on “Portafoglio Commerciale: Fusione SPIMI-BdN” extremely critical and strategic fixed price project, managing deployment with phased approach, client business constraints and a large staffing with many unskilled resources applied to the project. I managed 50+ resources applied to many sub-projects, leaded by some project leaders, leveraging teams aimed to discover, design, develop and deploy applications on both side of merging banks’ Portfolio application (namely SPIMI and BdN, two of greatest Italian banks and CSC major strategic accounts based in Turin and Naples). Due to its criticalities, constraints and hard deadlines, this project was inserted in Project Watch List and had been conducted and successfully completed with the guidance and daily direct reporting both to client and CSC Senior Management. In addition to my skills and competencies, determination, planning, listening and leadership skills have been surely part of the success.

I managed and successfully completed on time and on budget several infrastructure services projects, with teams staffed for a total amount of 40+ resources (internal, external, contractors, suppliers) aimed to design, develop and deploy network infrastructure services client-server applications for dealers area delivery network, facing centrally corporate enterprise legacy systems. I met country-based end-user communities in order to collect requirements and prepare the deployment phase.
