Since 1986 C.S.Impianti provides to industrial companies itsengineering services such as Basic and Detailed PolidisciplinaryEngineering in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical andPower Plants. In the years following C.S.Impianti started tosupply also Skid mounted Units and Packages and has grown tobecome a medium size EPC Contractor.

Since 1995, in line with its spirit of innovation and cost saving,C.S.Impianti has been using 3D intelligent project designsystems. After 20 years C.S.Impianti has reached top levelcompetence in the most popular programs: Intergraph PDS, AvevaPDMS, Smartplant3D, Tekla, Smartplant P&ID.

Since 1997 C.S.Impianti is Quality Certified. C.S.Impiantimanagement system complies with ISO 9001:2015.In the same year, C.S.Impianti was awarded its first EPC contract

Since 2000 C.S.Impianti operates in central Italy with its first Italian branch locatedin Fano. Fano is a small town located on the Adriatic coast, and is a strategiclocation for Pipeline, Pumping Stations and Compression Engineering.

Since 2004 C.S.Impianti founded and lead several consortiums, in order toprovide integrated engineering services for Oil & Gas “Jumbo” Projects. Thefirst was Polaris followed by Hexagon and Polimtech.

Since 2012 C.S.Impianti also operates overseas with its Canadian affiliatedcompany C.S.Impianti Industrial Services and in Saudi Arabia withC.S.Impianti Arabia.A new branch in southern Italy was opened in Val d’Agri (Marsicovetere).In this year C.S.Impianti founded and is actually leading COB Marine the mostrecent consortium created in order to develop EPC Projects up to 50M€.

Since 2017 CS Impianti entered in joint venture with Libyan partner.The joint venture is named C.S. Impianti Libya.

Since 2018 C.S. Impianti is part of a consortium with Arkad-ABBfocused on development of process engineering, feasibility studies,FEED development, cost estimation, preparation of technical ITTpackages and detail engineering.

In 2018 C.S. Impianti founded and is actually leading C.S.I Group, aconsortium having as partners Seingim Global Service S.r.l. andClarineT S.r.l. with the aim to develop polidisciplinary engineeringincluding HSE study, provide site engineering services as sitetechnical assistance and commissioning.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Polydisciplinary detailed engineering. The design has been developed using 3D PDMS Design System and TEKLA for the execution of the Structural design. To minimize the project execution it was determined the modularization of the Pipe rack:• 42 modules of Pipe Rack has been designed

including all the construction, lifting and erection details

• The typical pipe rack module is composed by 6 frames with 6m spam, 15 m high . Total empty weight is about 37 ton.

• Each module is divided in 2 sub-modules: pipes are installed in in the lower level, while in the upper level hosts the cable trays.

• The connections between the modules are bolted type in order to allow a faster assembly .
