Nel 1944, Giovanni Longhini fonda la SAL, societàspecializzata nella fabbricazione di prodotti per parrucchieriche si afferma subito sul mercato italiano per la tecnologiae la qualità dei propri prodotti e grazie anche ad una seriapolitica comunicazionale, diventa immediatamente fornitricedei più importanti Grandi Magazzini nazionali ed esteri. Oggi la SAL è leader in Italia ed occupa anche una grossaquota di mercato europeo nella fabbricazione di pettini,bigodini, clips e minuteria per parrucchieri. Fiore all’occhiello della SAL è il centro ricerche e sviluppo,composto da uno staff di tecnici e designers, che progettano abbinando la propria conoscenza nel campodei materiali plastici avanzati alle tendenze della moda. Ed è grazie al centro ricerche ed a una politica industriale ecommerciale particolarmente elastica che la SAL oggi sidistingue anche per la produzione di prodotti personalizzatia seconda delle richieste della clientela. 5000 mq coperti,3500 di magazzino (per garantire una sollecita evasionedegli ordini), macchine con controllo numerico,capacità di diversificazione nellaproduzione, sono altri elementi chehanno fatto diventare famosi in tuttaEuropa marchi come “MagicCalamit” per i bigodini, “Donatella”per i pettini fabbricatiesclusivamente con Derlin, ed“Ellaross”, per le spazzole.

In 1944, Giovanni Longhini founded company SALspecialized in the manufacture of products forhairdressers. SAL immediately made a name for itself inthe italian market for the technology and quality of itsproducts and thanks to a serious communication policy,immediately became the supplier of the most importantDepartment Stores in Italy and abroad. Today, SAL isleader in Italy and occupies also a large european market quota in the manufacture of combs, rollers, clips and small items for hairdressers. The research anddevelopment centre, the pride of SAL, is composed of astaff of technicians and designers who combine theirknowledge in the field of advanced plastic materials withfashion tendencies. It is thanks to the research centre andto a flexible industrial and commercial policy, that SAL,today, stands out also for the production of personalizedproducts according to the customers’ request. A built-uparea covering 5000 SQ/MT, 3500 of which occupied by

the warehouse (to guarantee rapid orderexecution), machines with numerical

control, ability in diversifying theproduction, are other elements which

Per l’operazione di piega-styling, posizionare il velcro sul settore e fissarvi la ciocca. In casodi utilizzo per la permanente, NON applicare il velcro.2 - BORDO INIZIALEPresenta il bordo con una parte ridotta per facilitare ilposizionamento della punta della ciocca avvolta nella tradizionalecartina, in caso di utilizzo per la permanente.3 - BORDI INTERNIHanno la funzione di tenere separate le ciocche avvolte, settoreper settore.4 - SETTORI A e BPresentano diametri di diversa misura, alternati fra loro. The rolling up of the NEW AGE CURLER must be done by usingthe curler in vertical way, starting from the neck.Create hair lock with size-volume such as the size of section A.Before starting with the rolling up, roll up the hair lock on itself.1 - STARTING SECTIONSide from which starting with the rolling up of the hair lock.For styling service apply the small oval Velcro on section 1 and fixthe hair lock end. In case of perm service DO NOT apply the smalloval velcro.2 - STARTING SIDEIt is reduced on one side to allow the positioning of the hair lockend rolled up on the traditional paper in case of perm service, orrolled up on the small oval Velcro in case of styling.3 - INSIDE SIDESThey take the hair lock separated, section per section.4 - SECTION A - BThey have diameters of different alternating sizes. They allow tochoose the volume of the curler: section 4A to have smoothcurlers, section 4B to have tight curlers.
