Nata in Spagna ad Oviedo, studia alla Facoltà diArchitettura di madrid e di Milano, dove si laureacon Achille Castiglioni nel 1989, di cui diventaassistente ai corsi tenuti presso il Politecnico diMilano. Nei primi anni Novanta lavora nell’ufficiotecnico della De Padova, dove entra in contattocon Vico Magistretti.Nel 1996 entra nello studio di Piero Lissoniper collaborare nel settore dedicato al design.Cinque anni dopo apre il suo studio a Milanoe si dedica al progetto di interni, allestimentoe design. Per Agape, Alessi, B&B, De Padova,Driade, Flos, Foscarini, Kartell, Molteni e Morosodisegna prodotti che rivelano non solo unaspiccata sensibilità femminile, ma anche unaprofonda conoscenza del design di scuola italiana.Born in Oviedo Spain, Urquiola studies at theSchool of Architecture of Madrid and Milan, whereshe graduates in 1989 with Achille Castiglioni. Shebecomes his assistant at courses at the MilanPolytechnic. In the early 1990s she works in the DePadova technical office, where she comes intocontact with Vico Magistretti.In 1996 she enters Piero Lissoni’s studiocollaborating in the design sector. Five years later,she opens her own studio in Milan and devotesherself to designing interiors, installations andobjects. Jean Nouvel – nasce a Fumel nel sud della Francia.Apre il suo primo studio nel 1970, presso il qualecontinua ad operare oggi. Da allora un incessantelavoro che lo porta a raggiungere innumerevoliriconoscimenti, il più recente il Pritzker Prize nel2008. Il suo lavoro spazia dalle operearchitettoniche imponenti passando dall’interiordesign per approdare al design. E’ del 1976 la suaprima realizzazione di spicco, la Casa Dick (Saint-André-les-Vergers, Aube, 1976) vista comel’esemplificazione di ciò che usava chiamare"architettura critica". La collaborazione conOlivari inizia nel 2005. Jean Nouvel - was born in Fumel in the south ofFrance. He opened his first office in 1970, wherecontinues to operate today. Since then, a relentlesswork that led him to achieve numerous awards,most recently the Pritzker Prize in 2008. His workranges from architectural impressive passingfrom interior design to the design. In 1976 his firststriking achievement, the Dick House (Saint-André-les-Vergers, Aube, 1976) seen as theexemplification of what used to be called "criticalarchitecture". Daniel LibeskindLodz, 1946

Nato in Polonia, cresciuto a Tel Aviv, grazie aduna borsa di studio si trasferisce a New York perstudiare Architettura presso la Cooper Union.Dopo la laurea prosegue gli studi teorici presso laEssex University a Londra e diventa docente dellaCranbook Academy of Art and Design.Nel 1986 fonda a Milano un laboratorio didatticosperimentale no-profit, ArchitectureIntermundium. I suoi progetti fortementesperimentali vengono esposti nella fondamentalemostra Deconstructivist Architecture tenutapresso il MoMa di New York nel 1988.L’anno seguente è Los Angeles come docente alCenter for the Arts and the Humanities. Nel 1990vince il concorso per il Museo Ebraico a Berlino,che lo porta ad essere uno degli architetti piùacclamati del panorama internazionale. Libeskind is born in Poland, grows up in Tel Aviv,and moves to New York to study architecture atCooper Union on a scholarship. After graduating,he continues his theoretical studies at EssexUniversity in London and becomes a teacher at theCranbook Academy of Art and Design.In 1986, he founds a nonprofit experimental andteaching laboratory in Milan called ArchitectureIntermundium. His highly experimental projectsappear in the baseline exhibition DeconstructivistArchitecture held at New York’s Museum ofModern Art in 1988. The next year he is in LosAngeles teaching at the Center for the Arts and theHumanities. In 1990, he wins the competition forthe Berlin Jewish Museum, leading him to becomeone of the most acclaimed architects in theinternational panorama.
