La totale riuscita di un pavimento ARIOSTEA dovuta,

oltre che alle qualit tecniche ed estetiche del materiale,anche ad un insieme di elementi (sottofondo, stratolegante, giunti di dilatazione ecc.) che costituiscono un

vero e proprio sistema pavimento.Una corretta esecuzione delle operazioni di posa quindiindispensabile per assicurare un perfetto risultato finale.La posa pu essere indifferentemente effettuata concollanti o con malta cementizia. Nella scelta delladesivopi indicato e per le modalit di applicazione, si consiglia

di attenersi alle istruzioni della ditta produttrice delcollante stesso.

Nei luoghi soggetti ad elevato transito o al passaggio dicarichi pesanti consigliabile effettuare la posa con ilsistema a colla.I materiali ARIOSTEA sono naturali, sia per le materieprime utilizzate che per le particolari tecnologie produttivetendenti a simulare la casualit della natura; le variazioni

cromatiche ne sono quindi una caratteristica qualificanteche labilit del posatore pu esaltare, permettendo diottenere real izzazioni uniche ed irr ipetibi l i .Per valorizzare al meglio le caratteristiche del materiale,si consiglia di seguire, durante la posa in opera, leseguenti prescrizioni:> Stendere a terra alcuni pezzi (almeno 3 mq.)

per controllare leffetto dinsieme. Posare il materiale

attingendo da pi scatole.> Non immergere in acqua il materiale prima della posa.> Se si utilizza il sistema di posa tradizionale, battere

il materiale sino alla totale scomparsa di cavit o bolledaria nella malta e fino alla fuoriuscita del cementoliquido dalle fughe.

> Soprattutto nelle superfici levigate, per i tagli non

segnare la parte superiore da posare con matite opennarelli.

> Attendere 48-72 ore prima di sottoporre il pavimentoal normale transito.

STUCCATURA>

Nel caso di posa con collanti a presa normale,stuccare il pavimento dopo 24 / 48 ore, se siutilizzano adesivi rapidi dopo 4h.

Sui materiali levigati e lucidati utilizzarestucchi cementizi con colori tono su tono(evitare possibilmente, su materiali di colorechiaro, stucchi di colore scuro come nero, blu,rosso e viceversa).

Qualora si decida di utilizzare ugualmente stucchicon pigmenti a contrasto, attenersiscrupolosamente alle informazioni riportate sulleschede tecniche e , comunque, prima testare lostucco sul materiale.

Per la stuccatura d i queste super f ic i nonadoperare malte flessibili a base di materialisintetici, soprattutto se a contrasto col coloredel materiale, e non aggiungere additivi/ latticiallo stucco. Essi infatti rendono estremamentedifficoltosa leliminaz ione dei residui con i normaliprodotti di pulizia.

Stendere lo stucco con la spatola gommata sututta la superficie del materiale.

Stuccare piccole superfici per volta asportandole quantit eccedenti con spugne o stracci umidi(di sola acqua pulita) o utilizzare appositemacchine per togliere lo stucco eccedente,quando il velo di stucco ancora umido.

DOPO LA PULIZIA>

U n ' a d e g u a t a p u l i z i a i n i z i a l e d ifondamentale importanza, sia per valorizzarele caratteristiche estetiche e di brillantezza delmateriale, sia per ripristinare la caratteristicapulibilit e semplicit di manutenzione ordinaria.

E' perci molto importante che la pulizia inizialesia effettuata immediatamente dopo la posa

utilizzando prodotti a base acida, strofinandoenergicamente e, in seguito, sciacquandoabbondantemente con acqua.Cos facendo sar possibile eliminare i residui distucco, collante, cemento, ecc.

E' possibile utilizzare tutti i detergenti disponibilisul mercato, con unica esclusione dei prodotticontenenti acido fluoridrico (composti e derivati)come da norma EN 176.

Si raccomanda una accurata protezione delpavimento posato.

Qualora sia necessario eseguire altre operazionicome tinteggiatura, lavori idraulici o qualsiasialtro lavoro, si consiglia, terminata la posa, dicoprire il pavimento con teli PVC o AIRBALLS otessuti.

Occorre comunque attendere 48/72 ore primadi sottoporre il pavimento al normale transito.

CONSIGLI PER LA PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

Con il termine pulibilit si identifica la capacit di

un materiale di consentire la rimozione dello sporco edella polvere che si depositano sulla superficie, al finedi garantire le necessarie condizioni di igiene.

Poich tale prerogativa legata direttamente allacompattezza ed alla impermeabilit della superficie,nonch alla sua resistenza agli agenti chimici, si pusicuramente affermare che la pulibilit dei materialiARIOSTEA ottima.I materiali ARIOSTEA possono inoltre sopportare senza

problemi lazione di solventi e prodotti particolari chene agevolano la pulitura, essendo resistenti allazionedegli acidi e delle basi, anche concentrati (eccezion fattaper i prodotti contenenti acido fluoridrico).Trattamenti di pulizia piuttosto energici con lausilio dimacchine possono essere effettuati senza problemi,salvaguardando in questo modo le condizioni igienicheanche in ambienti soggetti a forti condizioni di sporcabilit.

Per quanto riguarda le operazioni quotidiane di pulizia, importante sottolineare che, anche nel caso dei materialilevigati, sufficiente lavare i pavimenti con normalidetergenti non grassi e che assolutamente da evitarelapplicazione di cere o altre sostanze per conservare labrillantezza della superficie.Tuttavia, il grado di praticit e di visibilit dello sporco

in materiali non smaltati come appunto quelli ARIOSTEA,pu essere condizionato anche dal tipo di colore scelto.

Infatti colori molto chiari o al contrario molto scuri,richiedono rispetto ad altri colori un tipo di manutenzionepi accurata.Si prega di far riferimento alla documentazione chesegue per l'indicazione dei detergenti pi adatti, sia perle normali operazioni di pulizia che per i tipi di sporco

particolarmente resistenti.Sono inoltre disponibili su richiesta i rapporti delle provedi resistenza alle macchie effettuate su campioni dimateriali ARIOSTEA con superfici naturali, strutturatee levigate.

Das perfekte Gelingen eines Bodenbelages der Marke

ARIOSTEA hngt auer von den technischen undsthetischen Materialeigenschaften auch von einer Reiheanderer Faktoren (Untergrund, Bindemittelschicht,Dehnungsfugen usw.) ab, die ein regelrechtesFubodensystem bilden.

Eine fachgerechte Verlegung ist daher unentbehrlich,wenn ein optimales Endergebnis erzielt werden soll.Die Verlegung kann unterschiedslos mit Klebstoffen oderZementmrtel erfolgen. Richten Sie sich bei der Wahl

des geeigneten Haftmittels und bei dessen Anwendungnach den Angaben der Herstellerfirma.In Rumen mit starkem Durchgangsverkehr oder beiBeanspruchung durch schwere Lasten empfiehlt sich die

Verlegung mit dem Klebstoffsystem.Die ARIOSTEA Materialien sind aufgrund der verwendetenRohstoffe und dank der speziellen, den Zufallsgesetzender Natur entgegenkommenden Produktionstechnologien

als Naturstoffe zu betrachten. Farbvariationen sinddaher Qualittsmerkmale, die ein guter Fliesenleger zurSchaffung eines einzigartigen, einmaligen Bodenbelages

zu nutzen versteht.Um die Materialeigenschaften am besten zur Geltungzu bringen, wird es empfohlen, sich bei der Verlegungan folgende Hinweise zu halten:> Legen Sie mindestens 3 m2 Material auf dem Boden

aus, um die Gesamtwirkung zu testen. Entnehmen Sie

das Material aus mehreren Kartons.> Legen Sie das Material vor dem Verlegen nicht

ins Wasser.> Bei Anwendung des traditionellen Verlegesystems,

klopfen Sie das Material, bis alle Hohlrume bzw.Luftblasen aus dem Mrtel verschwunden sind und bisder f lssige Zement aus den Fugen tritt.

> Vor allem bei polierten Oberflchen, zeichnen Sie den

Schnittverlauf an der zu verlegenden Materialoberflchenicht mit Bleistift oder Filzschreiber an.

> Warten Sie mit der normalen Begehung des Bodens48-72 Stunden.

VERFUGUNG>

Bei Verwendung von Klebern mit normalerAbbindung den Boden nach 24/48 Stundenverfugen, werden Schnellkleber verwendet, nach4 Stunden.

Auf geschliffenen und polierten Materialiensollten die Farben der Fugenmrtel Ton inTon gehalten werden(mglichst zu vermeidenist die Verwendung von dunklem Fugenmaterialwie schwarz, blau, rot auf hellem Material undumgekehrt).

Sollen Fugenmassen mit Kontrastpigmentenverwendet werden, mssen die in der technischenBeschreibung enthaltenen Informationensorgfltig beachtet werden; auf jeden Fall sollte

die Fugenmasse auf dem Material getestetwerden.

Bei der Verfugung dieser Oberflchen keineelastischen Mrtel auf synthetischer Materialbasisverwenden, besonders wenn ein Kontrast zurMaterialfarbe entsteh t, und den Mrtel nicht mitZustzen/ Latex versehen. Diese w rden dieBesei t igung der Rckstnde mit normalenRe in igungsprodukten ex t rem erschweren.

Den Fugenmrtel mit einem gummiertenVerfugbrett auf der gesamten Flche verteilen.

NACH DER REINIGUNG>

Eine grndliche Reinigung gleich zu Beginnist von fundamentaler Bedeutung, zum einen,weil sie die sthetischen Merkmale und denGlanz hervorhebt, zum anderen, weil dadurchdas Mater ia l se ine charakter ist ischePflegeleichtigkeit und einfache Unterhaltspflegewiedererlangt.

Daher ist es sehr wichtig, die erste Reinigungunmittelbar nach dem Verlegen mit Produktenauf Surebasis durchzufhren, dabei krftigreiben und danach grndlich mit viel Wasserabsplen. Auf diese Weise werden Fugenmasse,Kleber- und Zementreste entfernt.

Alle auf dem Markt erhltlichen Reinigungsmittelknnen verwendet werden, mit Ausnahme vonProdukten, die Fluorwasserstoffsure

(Verbindungen und Derivate) nach der Norm EN176 enthalten.

die Eigenschaft eines Materials, die es erlaubt, auf seinerOberflche abgelagerten Schmutz und Staub zu entfernen,um die notwendige Hygiene zu gewhrleisten.Da diese Charakteristik in direktem Zusammenhang mitder Kompaktheit und Wasserundurchlssigkeit derOberflche und seiner Widerstandsfhigkeit gegenChemikalien steht, kann man den ARIOSTEA Materialienmit Sicherheit eine optimale Reinigungsfhigkeit

besttigen.

ARIOSTEA Materialien vertragen auerdem problemlosdie Wirkung von Lsungsmitteln und Spezialreinigernzur Erleichterung der Reinigung, da es selbst gegenkonzentrierte Suren und Laugen resistent ist(ausgenommen Produkte mit Fluorwasserstoffsure).Ohne Probleme lassen sich selbst die energischsten

Reinigungsvorgnge mit speziellen Maschinen ausfhren,so da auch in stark verschmutzten Rumen optimale

Meister Proper,Lysoform oder Ajax zu verwenden, die in den vomHersteller empfohlenen Konzentrationen mit Wasserverdnnt werden.

La russite totale d'un sol ARIOSTEA dpend bien

sr des qualits techniques et esthtiques du matriaumais aussi d'un ensemble d'lments (fond, couche deliant, joints de dilatation etc.), qui forment un vritablesystme sol.La bonne excution des oprations de pose est parconsquent indispensable pour assurer un rsultat finalparfait.

La pose peut tre indiffremment effectue au moyendadhsifs ou de mortier. Pour le choix de l'adhsif le

plus appropri et les modalits d'application, on conseillede se conformer aux instructions du fabricant.Dans les endroits trs passants ou soumis au passagede lourdes charges, il est conseill de raliser une pose colle.

Les matriaux ARIOSTEA sont naturels, aussi bien dansles matires premires utilises que dans les techniquesparticulires de production visant simuler la casualitde la nature. Les variations de couleurs sont donc unecaractristique de ce matriau, qu'il appartient au poseurdexalter, pour obtenir un rsultat unique et inimitable.Pour mettre en valeur au mieux les caractristiques du

matriau, nous conseillons de suivre, lors de la pose,les prescriptions suivantes:> Poser quelques lments au sol (au moins 3 m2) pour

contrler l'effet d'ensemble. Prlever les carreaux dansplusieurs botes.

>Ne pas immerger le matriau dans l'eau avant la pose.>Dans le cas dune pose traditionnelle, battre le matriaujusqu' ce que toutes les cavits et/ou bulles d'air aient

disparu dans le mortier, et que le ciment liquide soitsorti des joints.

JOINTOIEMENT>

En cas de pose avec adhsifs prise normale,jointoyer le sol aprs 24/48 heures; si les adhsifssont prise rapide, aprs 4h.

Sur les matriaux polis et lustrs, utiliserdes mortiers - joints avec des coloris tonsur ton (viter si possible les mortier foncscomme le noir, le bleu et le rouge sur desmatriaux de couleur claire et vice versa).

Si vous dcidez d'utiliser malgr tout des mortiersavec des pigments en contraste, respectezscrupuleusement les informations figurant surles fiches techniques et testez tout d'abord lemastic sur le matriel.

Pour le jointoiement de ces surfaces, ne pasutiliser de mortiers flexibles base de matiressynthtiques, surtout en contraste avec la couleurdu matriau et ne pas ajouter d'additifs/latexau mortier. En effet, ces derniers rendentl'limination des rsidus extrmement difficileavec les nettoyants ordinaires.

Etaler le mortiers - joint avec une spatulecaoutchoute sur toute la surface du matriau.

Jointoyer de petites surfaces la fois, en enlevantles quantits excdantes avec une ponge ouun chiffon (humidifi exclusivement avec del'eau propre) ou utiliser des machines spcialespour enlever le mortier en excs, quand le voilede mortier est encore humide.

Un nettoyage initial adquat est d'uneimportance fondamentale, aussi bien pourmettre en valeur les caractristiques esthtiqueset de brillance du matriau, que pour rtablir lafacilit de nettoyage et la simplicit des oprationsd'entretien ordinaire.

Il est donc trs important que le nettoyage initial

soit effectu tout de suite aprs la pose, avecdes produits base acide, en frottantnergiquement et ensuite en rinant grandeeau. Ce faisant, il sera possible d'liminer lesrsidus de mortier, de colle, de ciment, etc..

Il est possible d'utiliser tous les nettoyantsdisponibles sur le march, l'exception desproduits contenant de l'acide fluorhydrique(composs et drivs) conformment la norme

EN 176.

nettoyants neutres ou alcalins, comme MonsieurPropre, Lysoform, Ajax, dilus dans l'eau suivantles concentrations conseilles par le fabricant dunettoyant.

In addition to the technical and aesthetic qualities of

the material, the success of a floor in ARIOSTEA materialis due to a series of elements (subfloor, binding layer,expansion joints, etc.) that constitute a true flooringsystem.The correct execution of the laying operations is thusabsolutely essential for ensuring a perfect final result.The materials can be laid using either adhesives orcement mortar. In choosing the most suitable adhesive

and application methods, the layer should follow the

instructions provided by the adhesive manufacturer.In places subject to heavy traffic or the passage of heavyloads it is advisable to choose a laying system withadhesives.The ARIOSTEA products are natural materials in termsof both the raw materials used and the particular

production technologies, which tend to simulate therandom aspects of natural formation. Colour variationsare thus a desired characteristic that the layer's skillcan enhance, making it possible to achieve unique andunrepeatable results.To highlight the characteristics of the material, werecommend that the layer follow these instructions:

> Spread out a number of pieces (at least 3 squaremetres) on the floor to check the overall effect. Whenlaying the material, mix the contents of differentboxes.

> Do not immerse the material in water before laying.> When using the traditional laying system, beat down

the material until any cavities or air bubbles in themortar are eliminated and until the liquid cement

comes out of the joints.> Especially on polished surfaces, when cuts have to be

made, do not mark the fine face with pencils or feltpens.

> Wait 48-72 hours before allowing normal traffic on

the floor.

GROUTING>

If installing with normal setting adhesives, groutthe floor after 24 / 48 hours; if using quick-setting adhesives, after 4 hours.

On honed and pol ished mater ia ls usecement grouts with colour shade on colourshade(avoid if possible dark coloured groutssuch as black, blue and red on light colouredmaterials, and vice-versa).

Should you decide to use contrasting colourgrouts anyway, carefully follow the informationgiven in the specifications and first test the grouton the material however.

Dont use flexible mortars based on syntheticmaterials for grouting these surfaces, especially

if there is a colour contrast with the materialsand dont add additives/l atices to the grout.These in fact make it extremely dif ficult to removeany r e s i dues w i t h common de t e r gen t s .

Spread the grout over the entire surface of thematerial with a rubberized spatula.

Grout small surfaces one at a time removingexcess quantities with a sponge or a damp cloth(with clean water only) or use a special machineto remove the excess grout when the layer ofgrout is still damp.

INITIAL CLEANING>

AFTER CLEANING>

Adequate initial cleaning is of fundamentalimportance, both for enhancing aesthetic andshine features and for restoring characteristicdurability and ease of ordinary maintenance.

It is therefore very important that initial cleaningis carried out immediately after laying using acidbase products, rubbing hard and then rinsing

with plenty of water.In this way it will be possible to eliminate theresidues of grout, adhesives, cement, etc.

It is possible to use any of the detergentsavailable on the market, with the only exceptionof products containing hydrofluoric acid(composites and derivates) as per Rule EN 176.

We recommend proper protection of theinstalled floor.

Should it be necessary to carry out otheroperations such as distempering, plumbing workor any other type of work, we recommend, afterthe installation is completed, to cover the floorwith PVC sheets, AIRBALLS or fabrics.

It is also necessary to wait 48/72 hours beforesubjecting the floor to normal traffic.

The term "cleanability" means the capacity of a material

to permit the removal of soil and dust deposited on thesurface in order to guarantee the necessary conditionsof hygiene. As this feature is directly linked to thecompactness and impermeability of the surface, as wellas to the material's resistance to chemical agents, wecan certainly confirm that ARIOSTEA materials featureexcellent cleanability.

ARIOSTEA materials also easily withstand the action ofsolvents and special cleaning products as they are

resistant to the action of acids and bases, even in highconcentrations (except for products containing hydrofluoricacid).Particularly forceful cleaning treatments using machinescan be carried out without problems, thus ensuring

hygienic conditions even in spaces subject to high levelsof soiling. As concerns daily cleaning, it is important tonote that for polished materials as well, it is sufficientto wash the floor with normal not-fat detergents, whileavoiding the application of wax or other substances forpreserving the surface sheen.Nevertheless, the level of practicality and dirt visibilityon an unglazed material, such as ARIOSTEA, can also

be conditioned by the type of colour chosen.In fact, very pale colours or very dark colours requiremore attentive maintenance with respect to other colours.Please refer to the following documentation for an

indication of the recommended detergents, both fornormal cleaning operations and for dirt or stains thatare particularly difficult to remove.
