Dopo la ristrutturazione finanziaria e la fusione con Praga Holding Real Estate S.p.A - gruppo noto, tra l’altro, per lo sviluppo della location di Serravalle Scrivia e la realizzazione del primo Designer Outlet in Italia - conclusa con successo a luglio 2015, dal 1° gennaio 2016 Aedes, a seguito dell’esercizio dell’opzione per aderire al regime delle società di investimento immobiliare quotate (c.d. regime SIIQ) è diventata SIIQ cambiando denominazione in Aedes SIIQ.Oggi Aedes SIIQ, si presenta sul mercato con un competitivo progetto industriale gestito da un management con consolidata esperienza nel settore immobiliare.
Aedes, fondata nel 1905, è stata la prima società immobiliare ad essere quotata alla Borsa Valori di Milano nel 1924. La strategia di Aedes SIIQ ha come obiettivo quello di creare e ampliare il proprio portafoglio “commercial” focalizzato su “asset retail” di nuova generazione e “office” con rendimenti superiori alla media di settore, che generi flussi di cassa ricorrenti in coerenza con il modello SIIQ/REIT.
Aedes, founded in 1905, was the first real estate company to be listed and publicly traded on the Italian Stock Exchange in 1924. Aedes SIIQ’s strategy consists of the creation and expansion of its “Commercial Portfolio”, with a particular focus on new-generation “Retail Properties” and high-quality “Office Spaces” exceeding the industry average, in order to generate recurring cash flows in line with the SIIQ/REIT model.
Following the financial restructuring and the merger with Praga Holding Real Estate S.p.A. – known for the Serravalle Scrivia development and the construction of Italy’s first Designer Outlet – successfully closed on July 2015, from January 1, 2016 onwards, Aedes, after exercising the option to adopt the model for listed real estate investment companies (the so-called REIT), became a REIT and changed its name to Aedes SIIQ.Today, the Company is actively present in the industry with a competitive business plan managed by a highly-skilled team in the Real Estate market.

L’azionariato di Aedes SIIQ risulta detenuto come segue: 51,20% da Augusto S.p.A. (Fondo Sator- Famiglia Amenduni - Famiglia Roveda), 9,91% da Vi-Ba srl, 5,30% da Itinera S.p.A. e per il rimanete 33,59% detenuto dal mercato.
Aedes SIIQ’s shareholder structure is composed of: 51.20% held by Augusto S.p.A. (Sator Fund – Amenduni family – Roveda family), 9.91% held by Vi-Ba srl, 5.30% held by Itinera S.p.A. and the remaining 33.59% are free floating.
