Remove the radiator scoops. Disconnectthe fuel pump cover cable and the fuelconnector as indicated in the diagram.Togliere i �anchetti. Sconnettere il cavo di alimentazione della pompa. Scollegare connettore benzina.

Remove seat screw (B) and the screws onthe side. Remove the tank screw (G), then empty any remaining fuel from thetank. Remove the (D/E/F) fasteners andremove the fuel pump. Togliere le viti (B) della sella, e degli attacchi laterali. Togliere la vite del serbatoio (G). Svuotare completamente la benzina dal serbatoio e rimuovere le utenze (D/E/F) .

3. On the fuel tank Acerbis (A), reconnect the fuel pump (E) with the original screws/hardware. Sul serbatoio Acerbis, rimontare la pompa(E) e le utenze (D/F).

Place the Acerbis fuel tank (A) on the bike. Insert the tank and seat screws (G/B) as indicated in the diagram. Reconnect the fuel pump power cableand the fuel connector.Posizionare il serbatoio Acerbis sullamoto. Riavvitare la vite serbatoio (G).Rimettere le viti (B) della sella e degli attacchi laterali. Connettere il cavo dialimentazione della pompa e il connettorebenzina.

ATTENTION: fuel line assembly detail.ATTENZIONE: dettaglio montaggio tubo/pompa.

Attach the KTM fuel line (F) to the Acerbis tank (A) as indicated in the diagram. Makesure the fuel line isn’t folded over, obstructing the fuel �ow.Fissare il tubo pompa come indicato.Fare attenzione che il tubo piegandosi noncrei strozzature.

WARNING!Clean tank interior thoroughly before installation. install this fuel tank only in a well ventilated area, as gasoline fumes are extremely dangerous. do not start operate the vehicle if there are any fuel leaks! acerbis recommends that installation be done by licensed mechanic. read all instructions first before beginning installation.

ATTENZIONE!pulire a fondo l’interno del serbatoio prima dell’installazione. svolgere l’operazione unicamente in un ambiente ventilato, poiche’ i fumi della benzina sono estremamente pericolosi. non avviare il veicolo se si riscontrano perdite di carburante! acerbis raccomanda l’installazione presso meccanici autorizzati. leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di inizare il montaggio.
