Stampiamo particolari da 50 gr. a 8 kg. in tutti gli acciai al carbonio, legati, inossidabili, leghe al Nichel e speciali. Per una produzione di massima qualità curiamo nel dettaglio il processo produttivo, con controlli a campione e visivi. Il nostro obiettivo è la soddisfazione del cliente.

We manufacture forged pieces weighing 50gr. up to 8kg. in all kinds of carbon, alloy and stainless steel, as well as nickel and special alloys. Our highest quality production is ensured by the care we place in the whole process, through spot and visual checks. Customer satisfaction is our aim.

COSA FACCIAMO WHAT WE DO

Progettiamo e realizziamo internamente le attrezzature che utilizziamo sulle 7 linee di stampaggio, tutte con forno a induzione, di cui è dotato il nostro reparto produzione.

We design and manufacture in-house the equipment to be used on the 7 forging lines, all provided with induction furnace, forming our production department.

Stamperia di Menzago is one of the main Italian companies specialized in steel hot forging. For 50 years we have been supplying Italian and European firms operating in different market sectors by following the whole development, from customers’ projects up to quality certifications. The plants and the organized production process guarantee quality and deliveries on time. All supplied pieces are covered by a proper third-party liability insurance.

Our working method is certified ISO 9001, IATF 16949, NORSOK and PED. We work complying with UNI EN ISO 14001 standards and being committed to reducing any environmental impact, well aware of our accountability towards customers and parties but, above all, towards the ecosystem.
