VERNICIATURA ELETTROSTATICAL’applicazione di vernici liquide con la tecnologia “elettrostatica” permette di razionalizzare e automatizzare in modo ottimale i consumi di vernice; riduce le perdite di prodotto e l’emis-sione di composti organici volanti. Il sistema “elettrostatico” rientra anche nei sistemi di verniciatura a basso impatto ambientale. In questo tipo di verniciatura “l’effetto elettrostatico” viene ottenuto sfruttando il principio fisico della ionizzazione. All’uscita della vernice un elettrodo posto sulla pistola a spruzzo, crea un potenziale di corrente negativa che produce un campo elettrico con linee di campo convergenti verso il pezzo da vernicia-re messo a terra. La vernice nebulizza-ta, passando attraverso il campo di forze acquisisce il potenziale (si carica negativamente, si ionizza) venendo cosi attratta dal pezzo da verniciare. Inoltre, poiché cariche uguali si respin-gono (Legge di Coulomb), la nebuliz-zazione dello spruzzo di vernice viene notevolmente migliorata conferendo al pezzo una finitura superiore. E’ intuiti-vo che buona parte della vernice che prima veniva aspirata dalla cabina o dispersa in aria verrà qui “catturata” dal pezzo da verniciare, ottenendo quindi i seguenti benefici: velocità di produzione, parziale copertura anche sul lato opposto del pezzo, risparmio di prodotto verniciante, risparmio di filtri cabine, qualità superiore del manufatto.

PISTOLA MANUALE ELETTROSTATICA LIQUIDSPRAY ML3La pistola Liquidspray ML3 è stata concepita appositamente per l’appli-cazione di pittura elettrostatica con-venzionale la cui resistenza varia dai 3 ai 12 megahoms per prodotti con una resistenza molto bassa quando il siste-ma di alimentazione della vernice è stato isolato e protetto in modo ade-guato. L’uso di vernici elettrostatiche miscelate richiede cabine studiate per lavorare con una pistola aerografica convenzionale, cioè provviste di un sistema di filtraggio aria e velo d’ac-qua.

LIQUID LINE ELECTROSTATIC PUMP ELECTROSTATIC PAINTINGLiquid paint application with “electro-static” technology enables to optimally rationalize and automate paint consu-mption and, during manufacturing, to improve labour employment signifi-cantly increasing productivity; moreo-ver it reduces material lacks and flying organic compounds emissions. “Electrostatic” system is among pain-ting systems with low environmental impact. “Electrostatic effect” for this painting system is achieved by ioniza-tion physical principle. When paint goes out, the electrode placed on the spray gun creates a negative current potential that produces an electric field with field lines that converge to the piece to be painted, placed on the ground. The nebulised paint, getting through the electric field, is charges by negative ions and in this way it is attracted to piece to be painted. Moreover, as equal charges reject themselves (as per Coulomb Principle), paint spray nebulisation is highly improved and painted pieces get an excellent finish. Normally a large amount of paint get sucked by the cabin or is dispersed in the air; in this case it’s captured by the piece to be painted, with the following advanta-ges; quicker production, partial pain-ting also on back of the piece, paint saving, cabin filters saving, higher qua-lity finish.
