    ANALYSIS:

    Public

    Works

    has

    reviewed

    existing

    City

    records,

    found

    no

    conflict

    with

    existing

    utilities

    o

    land use

    and,

    therefore,

    recommends

    granting

    a

    nonexclusive

    easement.

    The non-

    exclusive

    easement

    will be

    granted

    to

    FP&

    L for

    the

    installation

    and

    maintenance

    of an

    underground

    transmssion

    system

    and

    for the transformervault

    area

    in

    that

    portion

    of Lots
