Facilities: SPES and SPIRAL2(Spiral - Excyt – Alto)

Discussion on the common interests and definition of the major points of collaboration in a MOU:

•Targets

•Charge Breeder

•Safety and Radioprotection

•Following the proposal in the MOU it was agreed :To organise a meeting on the technical issues: list of questions and issues to be discussed (for example on the comparison of cost of the two facilities) should be prepared in advance.To organise a specific meeting on safety issues scheduled in the close future during the SPIRAL 2 week in January 2009)To evaluate the possible interest in the Charge breeder for SPES using the same design as for SPIRAL 2. SPIRAL 2 will handle interfaces if additional work (adaptation) should be done for SPES (adaptation for the high voltage at SPES). It is proposed that the work package on the charge breeder done by SPIRAL 2 includes also its commissioning. This will also be discussed in a technical meeting dedicated
