1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1.2. Tubo flessibile:in tombacco (similoro), calza e raccordi in ac-ciaio zincati oppure tubo calza e raccordi inacciaio inossidabile. I raccordi maschio-fem-mina e maschio fisso saranno saldati alle estre-mita' del tubo flessibile come in Fig. C.

1.3. Raccorderia diversa:nipplo, manicotto, tap-po, controdado, dado, testatubo, testatubo conpresa di terra come da Fig. D a M.

1.4. Curve: a 90° con imbocchi filettati femminacome in Fig. N; a gomito apribile con coperchioe viti in acciaio inox, imbocchi filettati femminacome in Fig. O e P.Scatole rompitratta con coperchio e viti in ac-ciaio inox, imbocchi filettati femmina come inFig. Q.

1.5. Sostegni per tubi:gaffetta, morsetto e caval-lotto come da Fig. R a U.

1.6. Contrassegni:i suddetti accessori sarannoprovvisti di contrassegni di identificazione se-condo quanto stabilito nella norma di riferimento.

1.7. Grado di protezione:degli accessori di Fig. C-O-P-Q. IP55 (IEC 529).

1.8. Viteria esterna:acciaio inossidabile.

2. MATERIALI

2.1. Acciaio al carbonio per raccorderia:caricounitario di rottura alla trazione 360 N/mm² (MPa).

1.1. Reducer:nipple type male-female threadedas per Fig. A; coupling type female-femalethreaded as per Fig. B.

Flexible coupling:1.2.tomback tube, zinc plated carbon steel braidand couplings, or stainless steel tube, braidand couplings. The couplings shall be male-female and male fix type welded on flexibletube ends, as per Fig. C.

Sundries fittings: nipple, coupling, screw plug,1.3.lock nut, screw cap or nut, bushing, bushing withearthing tap as per Fig. D to M.

The threads and the contact surfaces faced of3.3.covers shall be protected during installationwith silicone grease.Unpainted surfaces shall be protected, afterinstallation, with two epoxy-paint layers of 30µm thickness each. The zinc plated cast ironboxes shall be preventively protected with onewash-primer layer.

Notes:

1) For all fittings the ''Explosion-proof (Ex-d) typetest certificate'' is not required but shall besufficient the ''Manufacturer certification'' only.

2) Threads:- shall comply with the reference standard and

as specified in the documents attached tothe ''Type test certificate''

- shall be adequately protected against dama-ges.
