Sabino Di Bartolomeo was born in Civita Castellana (VT) on 1948. He graduated inCivil Transportation Engineering at the University of Bari, in 1973. Tester and Advisorto the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Contract Professor 2005/06 at the Faculty ofArchitecture of " La Sapienza" University of Rome. Ministry Public Works : ExpertMember at the Assembly of the Higher Council and at the Technical AdministrativeCommittee to Public Works for Puglia, Lazio, Abruzzo and Sardinia. From 1973 to1981 has been employed by the undertaking Fondedile, as a technical manager in thecontext of large public works. Since 1981 he has been working in the field of publicworks as a freelancer doing designs, supervision, consulting and testing. Franco Rubini was born in Torino, Italy, October 4th 1954. Roberto Cagnoni, was born in Novara, on 1965, bachelor 1993 in Architecture:Architecture Planning at the Politecnico di Milano. In 1996, he founded the FabricaAssociates Architects as a partner until 1998. In 1998 he founded the Arch RobertoCagnoni & Partners and was winner of the Ph.D. in Urban and Architectural Design. Atthe end of his completed a PhD was appointed as a Professor at the Faculty ofArchitecture at the Politecnico di Milano.From 2003 he is developing the themes of building restoration and architectural designthat engage both in terms of recovery of monumental buildings. in newly constructedresidential developments. Finally he was committed by one side in the development ofa wide area next to the logistics infrastructure networks, on the other hand, in thereconstruction of large areas. He was involved in developing in a large area of mixeduse in the Technology Centre of Sant'Agabio. He was charged with follow the design ofunderground parking and new construction of residential housing agreement, restyledhotel. He is currently engaged in the coordination of the development of the industrialAgognate which has over 1,500,000 square meters.
