“Per mettere in grado i giovani di creare collaborazioni scientifiche anche con le industrie è necessario offrire loro sia un training tecnologico in vari ambiti scientifici che una formazione complementare, in materie economiche. Importante è lo sviluppo della capacità di comunicare all’esterno obiettivi e risultati scientifici.”

WP4.1 - Training tecnologicoOgni ricercatore ha svolto il suo training tecnologico (profili individuali disponibili nella sezione “T2C BOOKS”

di www.trans2care.eu) presso la sede di lavoro. Inoltre, ha realizzato ricerche in collaborazione con altri Partner.

Queste attività hanno portato alla pubblicazione di articoli scientifici (vedi appendice).

Realizzazione del WP6.3 Trasferimento tecnologicoI ricercatori hanno identificato delle aziende o enti di loro interesse ed hanno condotto degli audit tecnologici. Queste

visite sono state l’occasione di creazione di collegamenti, già sfruttati per creare partenariati misti. Inoltre, in questo modo le

finalità e le realizzazioni del progetto Trans2Care hanno avuto ampia pubblicità. I risultati sono descritti nella sezione specifica
