Framinia Srl supports its clients in selecting the most suitable solutions to O. H&S problems by providing a global service - competitive both in terms of price and quality – concerning technical and legal aspect in the implementation of the provisions set forth by Legislative Decree 81/08. Our technical consultants are competent, professional and capable to find the most suitable, customized and specific SOLUTION for each case. HEALTH AND SAFETY Framinia Srl supports its clients in performing all the necessary activities to guarantee the observance of the prescriptions set forth by the scurrent H&S regulation, Leg.D 81/08, ensuring the preparation of all the required documents and related assessments. OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE Framinia Srl, in partnership with Cinemed Srl proposes its qualified and referenced services in Occupational Medicine, by guaranteeing the appointment of Qualified Medical Doctors and the performance of all the Health Surveillance tasks required for the employees. SAFETY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY Framinia Srl, in performing its H&S consultancy and management tasks, supports its clients in the construction industry in fulfilling all the duties pertaining to this specific field, both during the design and construction stages.




FIRE-FIGHTING Framinia Srl, in partnership with Best Partners Srl, offers its proven experience in the industrial sector through its qualified team of experts in fire-fighting, personal protection equipment and signage. It is therefore able to design, build and certify any type of fire-fighting/prevention device and system in addition to preparing all the necessary paperwork which the Fire Authority requests for licensing public events. HACCP The HACCP (Hazard Analysis Control Point) system originates from the need to guarantee the quality of food and to implement a self-check system which each food producing and distributing operator must use in order to assess and estimate dangers and risks and identify the control measures to prevent the insurgence of health and hygiene issues.




TRAINING AREA

Framinia Srl is ISO 9001 certified with regard to designing and applying O.H&S training programs. It provides its clients with a total support in issuing the mandatory H&S courses, taught by its team of qualified tutors. The courses include:

Framinia Srl, in partnership with our Compliance experts, performs the following activities: CONSULENZA OHSAS 18001 OHSAS 18001 CONSULTANCY The OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health Assets Series) norm is an internationally acknowledged reference rule adopted to certify an Occupational Safety Management system. Framinia Srl, in partnership with Framinia E.C.S., aims at detecting the potential dangers and risks of the work environment, allowing Companies to arrange a “management system” focused on reducing and/or removing all the risks to which workers are exposed in performing their tasks. QUALITY ISO 9001 The ISO 9001 Quality management System consists in a method to find Customer satisfaction through the efficiency of the corporate actions and, if constantly and correctly applied at any production and distribution step, it allows businesses to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its own activities through the rationalization of its own productive, logistic processes and related management, the involvement at any level of the in-house resources, a controlled management of the dealings with its suppliers and contractors.




CONSULENZA ISO 14001 ISO 14001 CONSULTANCY The complexity of the environmental Law, its constant evolution and the growing public attention for eco-friendly companies and goods have made Environmental Management Systems a prominent qualifying element for the most advanced companies. Within this frame Framinia Srl, in partnership with Framinia E.C.S. provides design, development and implementation services of Environmental Management Systems conforming to rule UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 with the purpose to set a truly effective and user friendly system aimed at achieving an improvement of the corporate services. ADMINISTRATIVE LIABILITY 231 Leg.Decree 231/01 defines a source of administrative liability, with a marked criminal profile, for those agencies, legal entities, companies and associations – even those without a legal status – whose top and/or ordinary staff have/attempted to perpetrate a series of crimes aimed at gaining an advantage for their agency. Agencies are entitled to be freed of such liability if able to prove – in addition to other aspects – to have set a Model of arrangement, management and control (hereinafter Model 231), prior to the commitment of the crime. Framinia Srl, in partnership with Framinia E.C.S., proposes to agencies and companies the specific consultancy dealing with Leg.Decree 231/01 and Model 231 by setting up – among other things – the implementation, by mapping the corporate activities at risk of crime, specific control procedures (protocols) to be adopted in order to prevent possible risks deriving from a crime, the arrangement of a control system led by a Monitoring Authority and a customized internal penalty system. PRIVACY Each firm, professional or, in general, any legal entity, public administration, agency handling personal data (the “Data Controller”) is bound to define actions and procedures aimed at conforming to the legal provisions for the protection of personal data (Leg. D. 196/03 aka “Privacy Code”).
