Il Grand Hotel Terme Roseo è situato nel cuore del caratteristico centro storico di Bagno di Romagna, davanti alla Basilica romanica di Santa Maria Assunta, nell’antico Palazzo toscano dei Conti Biozzi risalente alla fine del ‘700. Tornato allo splendore di un tempo dopo un attento restauro, che ha saputo conservare le armoniose caratteristiche architettoniche dell’antica provincia toscana. Si distingue per le sale e i salottini raffinati, con arredamenti d’epoca che si affacciano sull’antica piazza del paese. Il Ristorante è composto da sei salette separate, ricavate dalle cantine dell’antico Palazzo. Da quelle più rustiche con pareti in pietra e travi di legno, a quelle più raffinate con tovaglie ricamate delle storiche sarte di Bagno di Romagna.

The Grand Hotel Terme Roseo is situated in the heart of the characteristic center of Bagno di Romagna, in the ancient Tuscan Palace of Biozzi Counts which dates back to the end of the 18th century, in front of Santa Maria Assunta church. It has been brought back to its former glory after a meticulous restoration, which has preserved the architectural characteristics of the ancient Tuscan province. It is known for its rooms and parlors, with period furniture which overlooks the ancient square. The Restaurant is composed of six separate rooms, obtained from the Ancient Palace’s basements. From the most rustic with stone walls and wooden beams, to the more refined with tablecloths embroidered by Bagno di Romagna’s historical seamstresses.

Light and genuine tastes are made with love from selected ingredients that are reminding me of home. I like to define my cuisine as an aesthetic one, always oriented towards quality, never forgetting tradition.”

It has been well known since the Roman era. Water gushes out at 45°C. Geologists believe that the rainwater that falls in Mt. Comero’s area penetrates in the subsoil and re-emerges after a long subterranean itinerary which lasts 700 years.
