Tenuta Sant’Ilario was born in 1982 by the will of Elio Cerquitelli and now,despites equipped with latest generation machinary for olives pressing,

it remains a family-run. The company plays farming activities,production,transformation,bottling and marketing of typical farm products;specializingin the olive oil sector and winw sector. With more than 30 years of experiencethe company has managed to combine tradition with modern tecnologies.

Currently it produces mainly �avored condiments with special care in packaging design.

The flavored oil is a touch of style for your dishes. A flavor oil can have different purposes : sometimes you try to color oils forsplashing dishes with colored notes of flavor, sometimes you try to infuse typical flavoring of a spice or herb.

The wine vinegar is a condiment obtained with a long natural fermentation of the wine, both Montepulciano that Pecorino,in fine wooden barrels. The result is an important vinegar with an old flavor.It is ideal for game meat and it’s perfectly with vegetable salads.

Some of these salts have been expertly flavored with natural flavors exotic, herbs and citrus, to create ideal combination for a careful and fine cooking.The company gave new life to old traditions of manual work with the target of recovering flavors and tastes now disappeared.

Elio Bio : Bio Oil is characterized by the hand-picking of olives from old trees. They are separated into individual lots and cold pressed within 12 hours of collection. It is available in format of 500 mL.

Elio D.O.P DOP Petruziano of Teramo hills is mainly produced with olives of the variety of Leccino, Frantoio and Dritta, complemented with other local cultivars, as the Carboncella, Castiglionese and the autochthonous Tortiglione. It is available in format of 500 mL.
