Il valore delle certificazioniLe certificazioni diventano uno degli strumenti

fondamentali per facilitare il riconoscimento delle

professioni ICT e, quindi, per costruire un linguaggio

comune e un sistema di riferimento per aziende e

professionisti. In particolare:

� Aiutano la costruzione di una identità professionale

all’interno delle comunità dei professionisti ICT

� Assicurano il controllo della qualità delle skill e delle

competenze acquisite e riconosciute dal mercato

� Sviluppano un linguaggio comune tra gli attori ICT

� Contribuiscono alla diffusione dei principi di una società

dell’informazione per tutti

Il valore delle certificazioni professionali:

da vendor specific a vendor indipendent

� Le certificazioni principali sono ancora “vendor specific” e

questo spesso risulta un ostacolo ad una loro maggiore

diffusione perché sono viste come troppo legate a prodotti

e fornitori specifici, a scapito della flessibilità

� Le più recenti ricerche sulla diffusione delle certificazioni

informatiche in Europa hanno messo in evidenza come le

aziende guardano con favore a certificazioni vendor

neutral o, addirittura, vendor independent, perché

svincolate da logiche di prodotto e più orientate a una

valutazione delle competenze “di processo”

• presenta un “portfolio” che contiene i titoli ed esempi di materiale prodotto in progetti; dopo un prima valutazione del portfolio, una commissione d'esame EUCIP discuterà con il candidato i contenuti presentati e ne valuterà la competenza attraverso un esame orale
