Founded by Vittorio Livi in 1973, Fiam was born from the passion of a man for glass and is synonymous, in Italy and in the world, of culture of glass. The company, working with designers and internationally renowned architects such as Daniel Libeskind, Massimiliano Fuksas, Philippe Starck, Marcel Wanders and Cini Boeri, designs, develops and produces items of furniture in curved glass made at the same time of craftsmanship and industrial processes, actually merging tradition and innovation, hand-crafting and design. It is also recognized globally as an example of excellence as evidenced by the numerous awards received in the years, including the Compasso d’Oro alla Carriera Award and the Premio Leonardo Qualità Italia, and the presence in various international museums.
