Sapil è un’azienda situata a Villanova sull’Arda, in provincia di Piacenza, a pochi chilometri

da Milano, altamente specializzata nel settore dei prefabbricati: da oltre 35 anni mette a

disposizione del cliente la propria professionalità e garantisce un supporto qualificato dai

Sapil is a company located in Villanova sull’Arda, in the province of Piacenza, near Milan, highly

specialized in the field of prefabs. Since more than 35 years we have been offering our clients

our professionalism and expertise and we guarantee a qualified customer service from an early

I prefabbricati Sapil sono frutto di una continua ricerca nel campo dell’ingegneria strutturale

(antisismica) e dei materiali più performanti. I prodotti sono resistenti agli agenti atmosferici

e sono in grado di abbattere i costi di una manutenzione frequente offrendo un elevato

isolamento termico. Ciascuno degli elementi prefabbricati presenta una rifinitura accurata e può

essere personalizzato con particolari e complementi a richiesta.

Sapil prefabs derive from a continuous research in the field of the structural (antiseismic)

engineering and the most performing materials. Our products are resistant to atmospheric

agents and cut down the costs of a frequent maintenance service by offering a high thermal

insulation. Each prefab is characterized by high quality finishes and can be customised with

details and accessories upon request.

Mediante l’uso di tecnologie avanzate e materiali altamente selezionati, Sapil progetta e

sviluppa prodotti di qualità certificata. Tutta l’attività di Sapil è impostata e si sviluppa secondo

un Sistema Qualità in conformità alla norma ISO 9001:2008. Sapil ha inoltre conseguito

l’Attestazione di qualificazione all’esecuzione di lavori pubblici: SOA categoria OS18A.

Sapil designs and develops certified quality products through advanced technologies and

highly selected materials. The whole Sapil activity is developed on the basis of a Quality System

in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Furthermore, Sapil has also obtained the SOA

Certification, which enables the company to execute public works for the OS18A category.

Prefabbricati industriali

Sapil produces galvanized sheets or insulated prefabricated warehouses in order to meet each single need. The price of galvanized sheets prefabricated warehouses is very low and they have a long duration. In addition to these advantages, insulated prefabricated warehouses are characterized by a high thermal insulation through the use of hot painted sandwich panels. Sheds can be personalized according to clients’ aesthetic and functional needs.

Sapil produce capannoni prefabbricati in lamiera zincata o coibentati per rispondere alle più disparate esigenze. I primi vantano un costo particolarmente contenuto e una lunga durata nel tempo. I capannoni coibentati aggiungono ai suddetti vantaggi un ottimo isolamento termico grazie all’utilizzo di performanti pannelli sandwich preverniciati a fuoco. Tutti i capannoni sono ampiamente personalizzabili in base alle esigenze estetiche e funzionali del cliente.

Highly flexible facilities, which can be quickly installed, to be used for building sites and events, but also permanently in sports facilities or long-lasting activities. Sapil toilets are provided with electrical and hydraulic systems and guarantee the same quality as traditional toilets.

Sapil produces mobile prefabs where people can install and protect highly technological devices (for laboratory, tests, photovoltaic and biogas use). Sapil Shelters are an intelligent answer as far as relocation and laying handiness is concerned. They also guarantee a long duration and are resistant to the worst weather conditions.

Sapil produces mobile prefabs with containment tanks to be used to solve problems of storage of pollutants and materials classified as dangerous for the environment, according to the laws in force. Facilities can be personalized on the basis of clients’ needs and are built by using highly resistant materials.

Ricovero automezziGarage

Sapil offers two complete lines to be used as garage and tools shed: one of them is a galvanized sheets line, the other one is in the insulated version. Galvanized sheets prefabs are very cheap, long-lasting and very simple to assemble. Insulated prefabs also guarantee an excellent thermal and acoustic insulation and let the structure integrate with the environment. All the garage lines can be highly customised.

Sapil offre due linee complete destinate all’uso garage e al ricovero attrezzi: una in lamiera zincata, l’altra in versione coibentata. I box in lamiera zincata hanno un costo particolarmente contenuto ed offrono durata e grande semplicità di montaggio, i moduli coibentati garantiscono anche un ottimo isolamento termo/acustico e si prestano ad interventi estetici capaci di integrare completamente la struttura con l’ambiente circostante. Tutta le linee dei box auto si prestano ad ampie personalizzazioni.

Sapil designs and creates customised canopies for any purpose. They are light and resistant, appropriate for bad weather conditions. This is a quick, reliable and cheap answer in order to create canopies for agricultural, industrial, commercial and residential purposes.

Feste ed eventiFestival and events

Sapil is specialized in creating prefabricated kitchens and ticket offices used during festivals and open air events. Prefabs are built by using galvanized sheets or in the insulated version. They are modular structures which can be quickly assembled and disassembled. For quick and rational logistic reasons, structures can be integrated with electrical and hydraulic systems and any openings and shelves to be used for reception activities. Upon request, floors can be waterproof and completely washable.

Sapil è specialista nella realizzazione di box cucina e biglietterie per allestire feste e manifestazioni all’aperto. I prefabbricati sono realizzati in lamiera zincata o in versione coibentata e sono strutture modulari che si montano e smontano in tempi rapidi. Per consentire una rapida e razionale logistica, nelle strutture possono essere integrati impianti elettrici, idraulici, ed eventuali aperture e mensole necessarie al rapporto col pubblico. I pavimenti delle strutture, quando richiesti, sono impermeabili e completamente lavabili.

Upon request, Sapil designs and creates mezzanines which allow increasing the available space without building new structures, as to store handled goods with or without lift trucks. The metal mezzanines allow saving time and money while achieving high quality, flexible and long-lasting results.

Sapil progetta e realizza su misura piani rialzati in grado di moltiplicare l’area disponibile senza opere di edilizia, strutture sulle quali è possibile effettuare lo stoccaggio di merci movimentate con o senza l’ausilio di carrelli elevatori. I soppalchi in metallo permettono di eseguire la produzione di progetti in tempi brevissimi e a costi contenuti ottenendo risultati di alta qualità, flessibili ed inalterabili nel tempo.

Sapil produces and provides modular prefabs intended for offices and/or houses and containers to be temporarily used as warehouses in building sites. Our highly comfortable structures are built with greatly insulated sandwich panels and are provided with base, doors, windows, and hydraulic and electrical systems.

Sapil produce e fornisce prefabbricati modulari ad uso ufficio e/o abitativo e container ad uso magazzino per uso temporaneo in cantieri. Le strutture, che offrono un grande comfort, sono realizzate in pannelli sandwich ad alta coibentazione e sono dotate di basamento, porte, finestre ed impiantistica idraulica ed elettrica.
