La prenotazione è da considerarsi valida solo dopo la ricezione della caparra e la conseguente conferma scritta da parte dell’ufficio prenotazioni. L’importo richiesto, pari al 100% del prezzo piazzola, va inviato tramite bonifico o carta di credito entro massimo sette giorni. Trascorso tale termine, la struttura verrà considerata libera. 2. In caso di rinuncia del soggiorno, la caparra verrà restituita: • al 100% se la comunicazione scritta giunge al campeggio almeno 90 giorni prima della data di arrivo; • al 50% se la comunicazione scritta giunge al campeggio almeno 50 giorni prima della data di arrivo; • al 15% se la comunicazione scritta giunge al campeggio almeno 20 giorni prima della data di arrivo. 3. L’ospite che dovesse interrompere il soggiorno già iniziato sarà rimborsato: • Piazzole A e B: del 50% della somma relativa al periodo non goduto ma pernottato; • Per piazzole BLU e XL non è previsto alcun rimborso. 4. In caso di ritardo, la piazzola prenotata è tenuta a disposizione fino alle ore 23 del giorno di arrivo. Si prega di comunicare eventuali contrattempi. 6. Il check-in è dalle ore 15 fino alle ore 21 e la partenza entro le ore 10, altrimenti verrà conteggiata una giornata in più. 7. La prenotazione assicura solo il tipo di piazzola e il periodo di permanenza, non il numero della stessa. 8. Il saldo del soggiorno va effettuato entro il giorno successivo a quello d’arrivo. Tassa di soggiorno in vigore. 9. Il regolamento interno del campeggio è parte integrante delle presenti “Norme di prenotazione”. Reservation Rules 1.
