La TUBE GHA è l’unica macchina da caffè che rispetta la salute del consumatore consentendo inoltre di assaporare tutti gli aromi tipici del caffè.
Cos’è il GHA
Il trattamento GHA è la più recente ed innovativa tecnologia applicabile alle leghe di alluminio. GHA è un brevetto di origine giapponese ed anche brevetto europeo N°EP1207220, che consiste in una ossidazione anodica seguita da sigillatura delle microporosità con ioni d’argento la quale conferisce alle superfici caratteristiche e prestazioni superlative.
La tecnologia GHA, applicata in diversi settori alimentari, trova un principale impiego nel settore delle macchine da caffè perché conferisce alle superfici dei componenti particolari proprietà biotecnologiche preservando la macchina da ogni contaminazione e senza alcuna cessione nociva nell’acqua e nella miscela del caffè.

What is GHA
The GHA treatment is the most recent and innovative technology that can be applied to aluminium alloys. GHA is a patent of Japanese origin and also European patent no. EP1207220, consisting of an anodic oxidation with subsequent sealing of the micro-pores with silver ions that gives the surfaces superlative qualities and performance.
The GHA technology, applied to various sectors of the food processing industry, is especially popular in the coffee machine manufacturing sector because it gives the surfaces of the components special biotechnological properties that protect the machine from all contamination and without producing any harmful effects on the water or on the coffee blend.

• High antibacterial and mould-inhibiting capabilities(bactericidal complying with ISO 22196:2011 and JIS2801:2010 standards)

• Eliminati i trafilamenti di acqua della cialda e lo sporco sulla parte sottostante (problema costante nei sistemi tradizionali).
• Eliminata la regolazione del gruppo, il compensatore si adegua autonomamente ad ogni erogazione agli schiacciamenti della guarnizione che avvengono nel tempo, con conseguente risparmio sulle parti di ricambio.
