Come costruttore di recipienti a pressione diqualità superiore (es.: autoclavi, reattori, colonne, condensatori, scambiatori di calore) edapparecchi speciali ad alto contenuto tecnologico (es. piastre per liofilizzazione,apparecchio criogenici), Tec-Sim S.r.l. ha progettato e costruito centinaia di impianti perl’industria biotecnologica, farmaceutica, cosmetica, chimica ed alimentare. I materialiutilizzati sono l’acciaio inox (classe 304, 316, 321) e le leghe speciali di nickel (es. Hastelloy,Duplex, Inconel). Gli apparecchi sono progettati meccanicamente secondo le specifichedei Clienti e certificati in conformità con i principali Codici e Standard in uso in tutto ilmondo (es. Asme “U”Stamp, National Board “R” Stamp, PED - certificato CE, S.E.L.O. peresportane nella R.P. Cinese, Korean Gas Safety); sono collaudati e controllati da Entinotificati di livello mondiale al fine di assicurare la massima sicurezza degli impianti per moltianni. Il “vecchio” concetto di fornitore viene sostituito con collaboratore e la tecnologiadiventa sinonimo di qualità e di affidabilità. As manufacturer of high quality pressure vessel (i.e.:chambers/autoclaves, reactors, columns, condensers, heat exchangers) and specialequipment with high technology content (i.e.: shelves for lyophilization, cryogenic equipment),Tec-Sim S.r.l. has designed and constructed hundreds of plants for biotech, pharmaceutical,cosmetic, chemical and food industry. The materials used are stainless steel (i.e.: class 304, 316,321) and special nickel alloy (i.e.:Hastelloy, Duplex, Inconel).
