Mastici per la stuccatura in linea

Ideali per la stuccatura di marmi e pietre similari su linee automatiche. Sono caratterizzati da alta velocità di reazione, basso viraggio di colore, facilità di abrasione, basso ritiro.

Colori: Biancone, Botticino, Paglierino. Sono richiesti quantitativi minimi di acquisto per alcuni colori.Tonalità personalizzate su richiesta.

Modalità d’uso: Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito e asciutto. Prelevare dal contenitore la quantità di mastice desiderata, addizionare il 2-3% in peso di induritore in pasta, miscelare energicamente e procedere all’utilizzo. Non rimettere nel contenitore la parte di miscela non utilizzata. Nel caso si rendesse necessario correggere il colore del mastice, è possibile utilizzare le paste coloranti oppure gli ossidi metallici: è importante aggiungere al mastice prima il colorante e poi il catalizzatore. Un eccesso di pigmento potrebbe alterare le caratteristiche fi nali del mastice.

Stoccaggio: Se immagazzinato a temperature comprese tra i 10°C e i 25°C al riparo dalle intemperie nei contenitori originali ben chiusi, il prodotto ha una durata di 6 mesi (3 mesi se accelerato).

Glues for in-line fi lling

For in-line fi lling of marbles and similar stones. The main characteristics are: fast hardening, low change of colour, easy to polish, low shrinkage.

Colours: Biancone, Botticino, Paglierino. A minimum quantity is requested for special orders. Personalized colours on request.

Instructions for use: Ensure that the material to be treated is dry and clean. Take the necessary amount of glue from the can and add the catalyst in paste 2-3% in weight. Stir them energetically and use the product thus obtained. Do not return the mixture in the can. If it is necessary to correct the colour, use the appropriate colouringspaste or metal oxides (no more then 3 %). Add the colour before the catalyst. An excess of colour may infl uence the fi nalcharacteristic of the glue.

Storage: If the product is stored at room temperature between 10°C-25°C in the original sealed can, the shelf life is 6 months(3 months if accelerated).

Suitable for gluing, fi lling and repairing marbles and similar stones. Liquid/Flowing or Solid/knife grade, they have a fast hardening and a little change of the colour. Recommended for inside use. Easy to colour.

Transparent glues


Mastici trasparenti

Disponibili nella versione liquida e solida, sono adatti per incollare, stuccare e ricostruire marmi e pietre similari; dato il loro colore ambrato sono particolarmente indicati per la lavorazione di onici. Si caratterizzano per l’alta adesione e l’indurimento rapido. Consigliati per uso interno.

Colore: Giallino.

Transparent glues

Liquid/fl owing and solid/knife grade, they are suitable for gluing, fi lling and repairing marbles and similar stones. Thanks to their amber colour they are particularly indicated for Onyx. High adherence and fast hardening are the main qualities. Recommended for inside application only.

Colour: Yellowish.

Instructions for use: Ensure that the material to be treated is dry and clean. Take the necessary amount of glue from the can and add the catalyst in paste 2-3% in weight. Stir them energetically and use the product thus obtained. Do not return the mixture in the can. If is necessary to correct the colour, use the appropriate colourings pasteor metal oxides (no more then 3 %). Add the colour before the catalyst. An excess of colour may infl uence the fi nal characteristic of the glue.

Mastici semisolidi colorati

Ideali per stuccare marmi e pietre similari con fori medio-grandi. Ottimo per i Travertini. Il prodotto si caratterizza per grandemorbidezza, indurimento rapido, facilità di abrasione. È inoltre utilizzabile negli impianti automatici di stuccatura.Facilmente pigmentabile.

Colori: Botticino, Grigio, Nero, Paglierino, Paglierino Scuro, Travertino.Sono richiesti quantitativi minimi di acquisto per alcuni colori. Tonalità personalizzate su richiesta.

To fi ll marbles and similar stones with medium to large holes. Optimized for Travertines. The glues are smooth, easy to polish, fast hardening. They are also used for in-line fi lling. Easy to colour.

UV glues


Mastici UV

Ideali per la stuccatura di marmi e per l’abbellimento di graniti. Vengono utilizzati su apposite linee con forni a raggi ultravioletti necessarie per la catalisi. Sono incolori, vengono prodotti in diverse viscosità e si caratterizzano per la rapida velocità di reazione.Sono pigmentabili solo su richiesta e con una limitata gamma di colori.

Colori: Incolore, trasparente.

Modalità d’uso: Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito e asciutto. Prelevare dal contenitore la quantità di mastice desiderata e procedere all’utilizzo (non serve il catalizzatore). L’indurimento avviene nei forni UV.La velocità dipende dal tipo di forno utilizzato.Per ottenere un buon indurimento anche in profondità servono da 1’10” a 1’30”.

UV glues

To fi ll marbles and enhance granites. They are used on automatic plants equipped with UV ovens which are needed to harden themup. Produced in different viscosity. It is possible to change colour on request but only with few colours.

Colours: Uncoloured transparent.

Instructions for use: Ensure that the surface to be treated is dry and clean. Take from the can the necessary amount of glue and start the work (the hardener is not necessary). The hardening will occurs in the UV ovens. The hardening time depends on the type of system used.To obtain a good hardening in deep holes, it is necessary at least 1’10’’ to 1’30’’.

High adherence bicomponent glues


Mastici bicomponente ad alta adesione

Mastici epossidici a due componenti, indicati per l’incollaggio di materiali lapidei in genere anche in presenza di metallo.Forza di adesione, ottime caratteristiche meccaniche e resistenza agli agenti atmosferici sono le loro qualità migliori.Disponibili in diverse tixotropie, colorati e opalescenti incolori e diversi tempi di indurimento. Facilmente pigmentabili.

Modalità d’uso. Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito e asciutto. E’ buona norma carteggiare primadel lavoro. Prelevare dai contenitori A e B la quantità in peso indicata in tabella. Mescolare molto bene e procedere all’uso.Al primo utilizzo del mastice in cartuccia, è buona norma estrudere un po’ di prodotto (ca. 20-30 gr.) e miscelarlo manualmente.Negli utilizzi successivi la miscelazione avviene automaticamente durante la fuoriuscita del prodotto.

High adherence bicomponent glues

Bi-component epoxy glue, indicated to glue natural stones, also in conjunction with metal. The main qualities are: high adherence,very strong mechanical properties and high weather resistance. The product is available in different viscosity and hardening time, coloured or uncoloured. Easy to colour.

Instructions for use: The material must be dry and clean. Always scrub with sand paper fi rst. Remove from the cans A and B the quantity indicated below (weight). Mix it throughly and proceed with gluing. In case of cartridge is important to spurge the nozzle before using and mix the product manually. Later, the mixture of the components, occours during the exit of the product.

Storage: If the product is stored at room temperature between 10°C - 25°C in the original sealed can, the shelf life is 2 years.

Thassos glues


Mastici Thassos

Mastici indicati per la stuccatura, l’incollaggio e la ricostruzione del marmo Thassos e di altri marmi bianchi cristallini. Data la loroopalescenza sono particolarmente indicati per tutti i marmi bianchi. Molto soffi ci e facili da spatolare, induriscono in tempi medio-lenti. Consigliati per uso interno. Facilmente pigmentabili.

Colore: Opalescente.

Modalità d’uso: Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito e asciutto. Prelevare dal contenitore la quantità di mastice desiderata, addizionare il 2-3% in peso di induritore (per il tipo vedi nota sotto), miscelare energicamente eprocedere all’utilizzo. Thassos Glues

The glues are indicated for fi lling, gluing and repairing the Thassos marble and others white crystalline marbles. Thanks to theopalescent colour they are particularly indicated for all white marbles. Very smooth and easy to spread, low-medium reactivity.Recommended for inside use only. Easy to colour.

Crystal glues


Mastici Crystal

Si utilizzano per incollare con grande sicurezza e tenuta qualsiasi tipo di marmo. Data la trasparenza e opalescenza sonoraccomandati su marmi pregiati chiari quando non si deve vedere l’incollaggio. Sono disponibili nella versione solida (soffi ce tixotropia) o liquida (elevata trasparenza). Indurimento medio-lento. Consigliati per uso interno.

Colore: Opalescente.

Modalità d’uso: Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito e asciutto. Crystal glues

Usati per l’indurimento dei mastici/resine poliesteri.

Modalità d’uso: Prelevare dal contenitore la quantità di induritore necessaria (2-3% in peso), addizionare al mastice/resina e miscelare energicamente.

Stoccaggio: Se immagazzinato a temperature comprese tra i 10°C e i 25°C al riparo dalle intemperie nei contenitori originali ben chiusi, il prodotto ha una durata di 6 mesi (3 mesi per il tipo SA).


Catalysts

Used for polyester mastics and resins hardening.

Instructions for use: Remove from the cans the necessary quantity of hardner (2-3% in weight), add to the mastic/resin and mix throughly.

Storage: If the product is stored at room temperature between 10°C-25°C in the original sealed can, the shelf life is 6 months (3mounths for the tipe SA).

Sistemi ad alta adesione

Sono sistemi bicomponente a base epossidica, trasparenti/incolori indicati per la ricostruzione e l’incollaggio dei materiali lapideiin genere, anche abbinati ad altri materiali quali metallo e vetro. Sono insostituibili nella sanatura e nel rinforzo strutturale di lastre di marmo e granito. Sono caratterizzati da elevate resistenze sia meccaniche sia agli agenti atmosferici e quindi particolarmente consigliati per uso esterno. Prodotti in diverse viscosità e tempi di indurimento i sistemi Tenax rispondono pienamente alle svariate richieste del marmista, anche il più esigente. Disponibili anche indurenti compatibili con la normativa 90/128/CEE per il contatto con gli alimenti. Considerata la vasta gamma si fornisce a titolo esemplifi cativo un elenco di sistemi possibili:

Modalità d’uso: Assicurarsi che le superfi ci da incollare siano asciutte e pulite. Prelevare dal barattolo PART A la quantità (inpeso) di resina necessaria e addizionare l’indurente PART B secondo la percentuale di dosaggio (25, 50, ecc.) riportata sul barattolo (es.: 1 kg A + 250 gr B). Miscelare molto bene le due parti e procedere alla resinatura o retinatura. Non rimettere nel contenitore laparte di miscela non utilizzata. Nel caso si rendesse necessario correggere il colore della resina, è possibile utilizzare il coloranteTepox oppure gli ossidi metallici: è importante aggiungere alla PART A prima il colorante e poi la PART B.Un eccesso di pigmento potrebbe alterare le caratteristiche fi nali del sistema.Dopo 24 ore ca, a 25°C, è possibile lucidare i pezzi resinati. Con temperature inferiori a 10-15°C il prodotto non indurisce correttamente.

High adherence systems

They are two-component transparent system epoxy based indicated for repairing and gluing natural stones, also paired to other materials like metal and glass. They are essential in strengthening and structural reinforcement of marble and granite. The mainqualities are: high adherence, very good mechanical properties and high weather resistance. suggested for inside and outside use. Produced in different viscosity and hardening time Tenax systems have a wide array of products and can satisfy all the request of the customers. Hardeners safe for contact with food products are also available (according to European law 90/128/CEE).Considering the high range of products, this is just a list of possible systems.

Instructions for use: The surface to be resined must be dry and clean. Take out the required quantity (in weight) of part A and add the hardener following the percentage (25, 50, ecc) shown on part B label (i.e.: 1 kg Part A + 250 gr part B). Mix very well and start resining or netting. Do not return the mixture in the can. If is necessary to correct the colour, use the Tepox or metal oxides. Add the colour (no more then 2%) to the part A, and then add the part B. An excess of colour may infl uence the fi nal characteristicof the glue.At 25°C (77 F) the surface can be polished after 24 hours. Under 10 - 15°C (50-59 F) the hardening will not occur.

Uncoloured transparent resins


Resine trasparenti incolore

Per incollare e stuccare marmi e pietre similari. Ottimi sul Travertino. Vengono prodotti in diverse viscosità e differenti tempi direazione. Si caratterizzano per l’elevata trasparenza (incolori dopo l’indurimento). Consigliati per uso interno.

Colore: Incolore, trasparente.

Modalità d’uso: Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito e asciutto. Prelevare dal contenitore la quantità di resina desiderata, addizionare il 2-3% in peso di induritore liquido, miscelare energicamente e procedere all’utilizzo.Non rimettere nel contenitore la parte di miscela non utilizzata. Nel caso si rendesse necessario correggere il colore della resina, è possibile utilizzare le paste coloranti oppure gli ossidi metallici: è importante aggiungere alla resina prima il colorante e poi il catalizzatore. Un eccesso di pigmento potrebbe alterare le caratteristiche fi nali della resina.

Uncoloured transparent resins

To glue and fi ll marbles and similar stones. Very good on Travertines. Produced in different viscosity and reaction time, they arevery transparent after hardening. Recommended for inside use.

Colour: Uncoloured, transparent.

Instructions for use: Ensure that the material to be treated is dry and clean. Take the necessary amount of resin from the can and add the liquid hardener 2-3% in weight. Stir them energetically and use the product thus obtained. Do not return the mixture in the can. If is necessary to correct the colour, use the appropriate colourings paste or metal oxides (no more then 3%). Add the colour before the catalyst. An excess of colour may infl uence the fi nalcharacteristic of the resin.

Ravvivanti

Idonei per ravvivare il colore dei materiali lapidei. Vengono utilizzati generalmente su superfi ci grezze, sabbiate, levigate o lucide.Non creano fi lm superfi ciale e non ingialliscono.

AGER: Ravvivante ad alto grado di incremento di colore, antigraffi ti. Uso interno ed esterno.

GEAR: Ravvivante a medio grado di incremento di colore. Uso interno. Idoneo per il contatto con alimenti secondo la normativa europea 90/128 ECC.

NEROPLUS: Ravvivante per graniti neri, uniforma e incrementa il colore. Su richiesta, disponibile il pigmento nero da addizionare al prodotto.Modalità d’uso: Il materiale va levigato fi no alla grana 1000-1200, asciugato tramite l’utilizzo di forni o anche lasciandolo all’aria aperta uno due giorni in modo che perda l’umidità che ha assorbito durante la lucidatura. Il prodotto viene applicato a mano o conuna ceratrice automatica; è buona norma applicarne un leggero eccesso. Si lascia asciugare il prodotto per almeno 12 ore,l’utilizzodi forni o climi particolarmente caldi permette di accorciare questo tempo.Si procede quindi alla lucidatura fi nale utilizzando solamente le teste con i lucidanti.

PECTRO: Migliora l’aspetto della superfi cie di graniti lucidi eliminando le tipiche microfessurazioni.

PETROLUX: Migliora l’aspetto della superfi cie di graniti lucidi sia eliminando le microfessurazioni che incrementando il colore naturale del materiale.

Modalità d’uso: La superfi cie da trattare deve essere pulita e asciutta. L’eventuale presenza di acqua e/o polvere può rendere il trattamento non omogeneo. Quando una superfi cie viene trattata per la prima volta è bene valutarne l’effetto su un campione o su un angolo nascosto.Applicare in modo uniforme la quantità di prodotto adatta al tipo di materiale mediante pennello, spruzzo o con una spugna. Se siapplica in eccesso si crea un fi lm superfi ciale appiccicoso. Immediatamente dopo l’applicazione passare con un panno pulito. Nel caso di pavimenti attendere 24 ore prima di calpestare.

Color enhancer sealers

Suitable to enhance the colour of natural stones. They are used on raw, sand blasted, honed or polished surfaces. The products donot create superfi cial fi lms and are UV stable.

AGER: High grade Color enhancer sealer, anti-graffi ti. Indoor and outdoor use.

GEAR: Medium grade Color enhancer sealer. Indoor use. Suitable for food contact according to the European law 90/128ECC.

NEROPLUS: Color enhancer sealer for black granites. An additional black pigment is available on request to be mixed with the product.Instructions for use: The material must be honed to the grain 1000-1200. Dry completely the surface by using an oven or leaving the material outside at least a couple of days in a dry and warm environment. The product is then applied by hand or by an automatic waxing line. It is good norm to apply slightly in excess so to form a superfi cial fi lm.Dry the product for at least 12 hours. The use of ovens or particularly warm climates may shorten this time. At the end the polishing process must be resumed with the last heads 2 or 3 steps left according to the sequence of the polishing line.

PECTRO: Enhance the look of a granite polished surface hiding the typical micro-fi ssures.

PETROLUX: It enhances the look of a granite polished surface by hiding the micro-fi ssures, improving the natural colour of the stone and increasing the light refl ection coeffi cient (LUX).

Instructions for use: the surface to be treated must be clean and dry. The presence of water/dust may affect the even absorptionon the surface. When a surface is treated for the fi rst time always test the product on a small hidden part.Evenly apply the proper quantity of product with a brush, sponge or a clean cloth. Then buff off immediately the excess with a cleancloth. Any excess of product creates a sticky superfi cial fi lm. If applied on fl oor surface wait 24 hours before stepping on it.

Protettivi antimacchia trasparenti per materiali lapidei lucidi o levigati fi ni. Rendono il materiale trattato impermeabile all’acqua e alle sostanze oleose, non creano fi lms superfi ciali antiestetici e mantengono inalterato il colore originale della pietra. Idonei anche per uso esterno.

HYDREX: Idoneo per tutti i materiali lapidei lucidi. Ottimo su marmi cristallini.

DREXY: Controtipo dell’Hydrex approvato per il contatto alimentare secondo normativa europea 90/128 ECC. Solo per uso interno.

SKUDO MARMO: Il prodotto è a base d’acqua, completamente esente da solventi organici. Adatto per tutti i tipi di marmi e pietre similari anche grezzi o levigati. Ottimo su marmi calcarei sabbiosi.

SKUDO GRANITO: Il prodotto è a base d’acqua, completamente esente da solventi organici. Adatto per tutti i tipi di granitoe pietre similari. Particolarmente indicato per trattare piani da cucina poichè è certifi cato per il contatto con alimenti secondo normativa europea 90/128 ECC.

RESINSIL: Adatto per tutti i graniti e pietre similari lucidi che hanno subito il processo di resinatura con resina epossidica.Idoneo per il contatto con alimenti secondo normativa europea 90/128 ECC.

PROTEX:Adatto per tutte le superfi ci non lucide. Ottimo per Limestone, Sandstone e pietre grezze da spacco o da taglio.Idoneo per il contatto con alimenti secondo normativa europea 90/128 ECC.

Transparent sealers for polished and honed natural stones. Treated surfaces becomes oil and water-repellent. They don’t create superfi cial fi lms and change the colour of the stone. Suitable also for outdoor use.

HYDREX: Suitable for all type of polished natural stones. Excellent on Crystalline marbles.

DREXY: Twin product of Hydrex: approved for food contact according to the European law 90/128ECC. For indoor use only.

SKUDO MARMO: Water-based product, without organic solvents. It is suitable for polished marble surface and for rough surface. Excellent on sandstone.

SKUDO GRANITO: Water-based product, without organic solvents. It is suitable for all type of granite. Especially suggested for kitchen counter top. SkudoGranito is certifi cated for food contact according to the European law 90/128ECC.

RESINSIL: Especially formulated for all types of polished granites and natural stones that have been resined with epoxy system.Suitable for food contact according to the European law 90/128ECC.

SEALUX: Cera liquida a base d’acqua ad essicazione rapida.

CERA FLUIDA CLASSIC: Cera liquida ad essicazione super-rapida.

CERA FLUIDA: Cera liquida esente da trielina e suoi derivati. Essicazione normale.

CERA FLUIDA B: Cera liquida esente da trielina e suoi derivati. Ottima per impianti con dosaggio automatico.

CERA PASTA: Cera in pasta, facilmente pigmentabile, a rapida essicazione.

JET: Vernice lucidante per marmo e granito a rapida essicazione, non calpestabile. Particolarmente usata per angoli, coste, alzate eper parti dove risulta diffi coltosa la lucidatura meccanica. Disponibile la versione spray e liquida. Uso interno.

CERA DISTACCANTE: Cera semisolida utilizzata come distaccante resine/metalli. Unica confezione disponibile lt.19.

Modalità d’uso: La superfi cie da trattare deve essere pulita e asciutta. L’eventuale presenza di acqua e/o polvere può rendere il trattamento non omogeneo. Applicare in modo uniforme mediante pennello, spruzzo o con una spugna. Attendere che la superfi cie trattata sia asciutta ( pochi minuti dall’applicazione) e lucidare con un panno pulito.

Used to increase the brightness of the polished natural stones and to rejuvenate the polished effect.On smoothed surface the wax gives a higher gloss.

SEALUX: Water-based wax - Fast drying time

CERA FLUIDA CLASSIC: Liquid wax - Very fast drying time.

CERA FLUIDA: Liquid wax without trichloroethylene and its derivatives. Normal drying time.

CERA FLUIDA B: Liquid wax without trichloroethylene and its derivatives. It is recommended for automatic wax machines.

CERA PASTA: Solid wax, easy to colour, fast drying time.

JET: Varnish for polishing marble and granite, fast drying time. Used for corners, edges and areas where mechanical polishing isdiffi cult. Do not use on step or for fl ooring. Available spray or liquid, for indoor use only.

CERA DISTACCANTE: Semi-solid wax used for releasing resin bonded marble agglomerated blocks from steel frames.Packaging available 19 liters.

Instructions for use: the surface to be treated must be clean and dry. The presence of water/dust may affect the even absorption on the surface. Apply the wax evenly with a brush, sponge or cloth. Apply an uniform quantity on the surface. Let the wax dry in few minutes. Then buff it off with a clean cloth or a very fi ne steel wool.
