STANZE

Le camere standard (20 – 24 m²) si trovano nella casa madre e sono dotate di mobili d'abete nostrano. Dispongono di bagno con doccia / WC, bidet, phon, telefono, TV satellitare e cassaforte. In parte è possibile aggiungere un terzo letto.

Le camere superior (25 – 28 m2) dispongono inoltre di un balcone.

Die Standard Zimmer (20 – 24 qm) befinden sich im Stammhaus und sind mit Möbeln aus einheimischer Fichte ausgestattet. Sie verfügen über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC, Bidet und Haartrockner, SAT-TV, Telefon und Safe. Es besteht zum Teil die Möglichkeit ein drittes Bett (Kinderbett) hinzuzufügen.

Die Superior Zimmer (25 – 28 qm) verfügen zusätzlich über einen Balkon.

The Standard rooms (20 – 24 sqm) are located in the main building and are furnished with local spruce furniture. These units are equipped with bathroom with shower / WC, bidet and hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone and safe. In some rooms a third bed (cot) can be added.

The Superior rooms (25 – 28 sqm) are provided also with a balcony.

Le camere deluxe (27 – 30 m²) si trovano nell'ampliamento «Ara Nöia» e sono arredate con mobili in larice naturale. Sono dotate di un bagno spazioso con doccia / WC, bidet, phon, TV satellita-re, telefono, cassaforte. Sono orientate verso sud con un balcone sul giardino e un favoloso panorama sulle Dolomiti.

Le suite (40 – 48 m²) sono arredate come le camere deluxe, ma disposte su due piani e godono quindi di un soggiorno separato. Le suite sono adatte per famiglie con fino a 3 bambini.

Die Deluxe Zimmer (27 – 30 qm) befinden sich im angeschlossenen Neubau „Ara Nöia“ und sind mit zeitgemäßen Möbeln aus natur-belassenem Lärchenholz ausgestattet. Sie verfügen über ein sehr schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche / WC, Bidet, Haartrockner, sowie SAT-TV, Telefon, Safe. Diese Zimmer sind alle nach Süden ausge-richtet und haben einen Balkon mit Traumblick auf die Dolomiten.

Die Suiten (40 – 48 qm) verfügen über die gleiche Ausstattung der Deluxe Zimmer, sind aber größer und auf zwei Etagen mit separa-tem Wohnbereich eingeteilt. Sie können auch als Familien-Suiten mit bis zu 3 Kindern gebucht werden.

The Deluxe rooms (27 – 30 sqm) are located in the connected new building “Ara Nöia“ and are equipped with contemporary furniture made of natural larch wood. They are provided with a very nice bathroom with shower / WC, bidet, hair dryer, as well as SAT-TV, telephone and safe. These rooms are all facing south and feature a balcony with a fantastic view on the Dolomites.

The Suites (40 – 48 sqm) are equipped like the deluxe rooms, but are larger and feature two floors, with a separate living area. They are the ideal solution for families with up to 3 children.

I prezzi s’intendono per persona a notte con mezza pensione in camera doppia.Nei prezzi sono inclusi il pernottamento, la primacolazione abbondante a forma di buffet, la cena a quattro portate che comprende il buffet di insalate, due primi e due secondi a scelta e il dessert, un aperitivo della casa ed una cena ladina a settimana, internet Wi-Fi, l’uso gratuito delle nostre saune, nonché la «HolidayPass Premium Card», che permette fra l‘altro di usufruire di tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblico in Alto Adige. In estate proponiamo settimanalmente anche una gita (con partecipazione gratuita) guidata dal titolare. Ai prezzi indicati va aggiunta la tassa di soggiorno pari a 1,70 € a persona e giorno (a partire dai 14 anni). Consideriamo definitiva la prenotazione dopo avere ricevuto una caparra confirmatoria del 30% dell’ importo totale. Per le cancellazioni effettuate con più di 40 giorni di anticipo dalla data di arrivo prevista, rimborsiamo la caparra confirmatoria, detraendo 10 € per diritti di segreteria. Per le cancellazioni effettuate fra i 39 giorni e i 15 giorni di anticipo dalla data di arrivo prevista, tratteniamo la caparra confirmatoria.

Se un altro soggiorno ha luogo entro 6 mesi, l’impor-to della caparra verrà accreditato. Per le can-cellazioni effettuate fra fra 14 e 8 giorni dianticipo dalla data di arrivo prevista, tratteniamo la capar-ra come risarcimento. Per le cancellazioni effettuate con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo dalla data di arrivo prevista (o «no show» = non arrivo), tratteniamo la caparra e richiediamo un’indennità pari al prez-zo di pensione per posto letto a notte.

Alle angeführten Preise verstehen sich pro Personund Nacht mit Halbpension im Doppelzimmer. In den Preisen inbegriffen sind jeweils die Über-nachtung, ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, ein Abendessen mit 4-Gang Menü welches aus Salatbuffet, zwei Vor- und zwei Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl und Dessert besteht, einmal wöchent-lich Aperitifempfang und ladinisches Abendessen, kostenlose WLAN-Verbindung, die freie Benützung der Saunalandschaft, sowie die „HolidayPass Premium Card“, mit welcher Sie unter anderem mit allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Südtirols kosten-los fahren können. Im Sommer zusätzlich wöchent-lich eine vom Hausherren geführte Wanderung.Die angegebenen Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich1,70 € „Tourist Tax“ pro Person (ab 14 Jahren) und Tag. Die Reservierung wird als fix anerkannt, sobald ein Angeld zur Bestätigung in Höhe von 30% vorliegt. Bei Stornierungen, welche mit mehr als 40 Tagen vor geplanter Ankunft getätigt werden, er-statten wir die Anzahlung zurück, unter Abzug einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 20 €. Falls ein neuer Aufenthalt innerhalb von 6 Monaten stattfindet, wird der Betrag der Anzahlung gut-geschrieben. Bei Stornierungen, welche zwischen 14 Tagen und 8 Tagen vor geplanter Ankunft getätigt werden, behalten wir die Anzahlung als Kostendeckungsbeitrag. Bei Stornierungen, welche mit weniger als 7 Tagen vor geplanter Ankunft getätigt werden bzw. bei Nichterscheinen, behalten wir die Anzahlung und verlangen darüber hinaus ein Schadensersatz in Höhe des Übernachtungs-preises pro Person und Tag.
