per ogni impiego, nei settori food-beverage, petrolchimico, fluid-control e automotive.

Oltre ai tradizionali O-ring, la produzione è concentratasu guarnizioni e articoli a disegno, su specifiche del cliente,

In 2004, Sintoil launched a major internal renovation process which involved, in addition to strong investments into the very latestmachinery, the creation of an innovative quality control laboratory. This has been crucial to the success of a product that meets itsexpectations of use. The internal laboratory performs the dual function of research, by conducting chemical-physio-mechanical tests onpolymers and compounds, and monitoring of all the production stages, through the spectrophotometric analysis of raw materials, the rheometricanalysis of the compounds, the calorimetric analysis to determine the conformity of the production, and the dimensional analysis of finished products.

Even today, Sintoil’s commitment to reinvent itself and improve its product offer continues. This is confirmed by the setting up of theirnew manufacturing plant in Solaro and the attention paid to ensuring for certified and innovative products.

Il laboratorio interno svolge la duplice funzione di ricerca,effettuando test chimico-fisio-meccanici su polimeri e mescole,e di controllo su tutte le fasi produttive, attraverso analisispettrofotometriche sulle materie prime, reometriche sullemescole, calorimetriche per stabilire la conformità della produzionee dimensionali sui prodotti finiti.
