Il legame tra il cinema e il Tartufo bianco d’Alba iniziò nel 1949 quando Giacomo Morra, ideatore della

Fiera, inviò un prezioso esemplare all’attrice statunitense Rita Hayworth. La mostra “Cinema &Tartufo ”

propone le numerose citazioni cinematografiche dei tartufi, visti come status symbol o come suggestione

afrodisiaca, come protagonisti in cucina o come presenza intrecciata a storie noir. Presso il Palazzo

Mostre e Congressi. Orari: Lunedì: 10.00 - 17.30, da Martedì a Venerdì: 14.30 - 17.30, Sabato e
