Astra 3 assi è una moderna fresatrice PLC a ponte mobile a 3 assi interpolati. La struttura macchina ed il piano di lavoro sono realizzati in acciaio elettro-salda-to con trattamento di zincatura a caldo, in immersione, che garantisce elevata resistenza agli agenti esterni.

La movimentazione degli assi X / Y / Z è realizzata con trasmissione a mezzo di guide lineari, temprate e retti�cate con relativi pattini a ricircolo di sfere, il tutto protetto da so�etti.

Il motore lama ha una potenza di Hp 18 - kW 13.20, e può arrivare ad una velocità max di 3000 Rpm con inverter, tagliando spessori �no a 145 mm, con disco da Ø 500 mm, (200 mm con disco opzionale da Ø 625 mm.)

La rotazione manuale della testa prevede bloccaggi meccanici in tre posizioni 0° - 90° - 180°, mentre in caso di rotazione automatica (opzionale) avremo regolazio-ne in due posizioni 0° e 90°.

L' inclinazione manuale della testa è gestita con volan-tino con settaggio in multiple posizioni da 0° a 90°, in caso di inclinazione automatica (opzionale) avremo regolazione in due posizioni 0°- 45°.

Il Pannello di controllo touch-screen da 10”, con display a colori e gra�ca interattiva, presenta un'inter-faccia di facile utilizzo.

Il tavolo di lavoro basculante, (opzionale) con aziona-mento idraulico, favorisce il carico delle lastre, velociz-zando il processo produttivo.

Astra 3 è ideale per realizzare Design da interno ed esterno come, top da cucina, top da bagno, capitelli, tavoli, scale, pavimentazioni e arte funeraria.

Astra 3 Axis is a modern PLC Bridge saw machine with structure and work table made of hot galvanized dipped electro-welded steel, that guarantees high water resistance.

X / Y / Z-axis movements are accomplished on slideways with ball-bearing guide blocks protected by bellows.

The blade motor has Hp18 – kW 13.2 power, it can reach a maximum speed of 3000 Rpm with inverter, cutting thicknesses up to 145 mm. with disc Ø 500 mm. (200mm. with disc Ø 625 mm. Optional)

The head can manually rotate in three positions, 0°- 90°-180° and manually tilt from 0° to 90° with handweel.

In case of automatic rotation (optional) of the head, we have two possible position: 0° or 90°.

If we choose the automatic tilting blade (optional), we have two settings: 0° or 45°.

Panel control touch screen 10”, with colour display and interactive graphics, has a interface easy to use and very intuitive.

The tilting work table with hydraulic pump, (optional) promotes slab loading, speeding up the production process.

Astra 3 is ideal for indoor and outdoor designs such as kitchen counters, bathroom counters, capitals, tables, stairs, �oors and funerary art.

Emmedue o�ers numerous solutions in order to cut, mill and polish natural stone and agglomerates.

Emmedue can provide customized machines, from monolithic to on steel shoulders or on concrete wall versions.

The products can be subdivided into four main families:

BENCH SAWS: simpler and slimmer typical of construction works.

CNC BRIDGE SAW MACHINES: available a wide variety of models with or without manipulator.

WORKING CENTRES: with 3 o 4 interpolated axis good for pro�ling, polishing and for realizing bass-reliefs.

COMBINED MACHINES: able to perform the work both of a saw machine and of a working center.
