LE OPPORTUNITÀ IN HORIZON 2020

IL PROGRAMMA H2020
- HORIZON 2020 è il nuovo Programma della Commissione europea,
destinato a finanziare attività di ricerca e innovazione
(continuazione del 7° Programma Quadro).
- Il Programma è attivo dal 1° gennaio 2014 fino al 31 dicembre
2020, e supporta l'UE nelle sfide globali fornendo a ricercatori e
innovatori gli strumenti necessari alla realizzazione dei propri
progetti e delle proprie idee.
- Il budget stanziato per Horizon 2020 è di 78,6 miliardi di € a
prezzi correnti.

La suddivisione di Horizon in diverse sfide sociali o tecnologiche cui
l’Unione è chiamata a rispondere tramite progetti collaborativi (pilastri
Societal Challenges ed Industrial Leadership) ed in altre iniziative di
diverso funzionamento (pilastro Excellent Science ed altre di
complemento) si riflette nell’organizzazione dei bandi all’interno di
Programmi di Lavoro (Work Programmes) tematici
Programmi di lavoro per bienni: per facilitare il lavoro di
programmazione da parte di tutti i potenziali partecipanti, Work
Programmes ora pubblicati per archi biennali; all’interno delle
diverse aree tematiche prioritarie sono cioè individuati tutti i bandi
previsti per i due anni successivi (aggiustamenti comunque possibili
in corsa per quelli del secondo anno)

• Innovation Action (max. 70% cofinanz. per enti for profit, 100%
per enti non-profit)
• Ingresso sul mercato entro 3 anni dall’inizio del progetto
• Durata dei progetti: indicativamente tra 12 e 24 mesi).
• Eleggibilità: Il consorzio deve essere composto da almeno 3 e al
massimo 5 enti.
• Almeno una delle due seguenti condizioni deve essere soddisfatta:
- il 60% del budget della proposta deve essere allocato
ai partner industriali
- il numero di partner industriali deve essere
maggioritario
• Sono eleggibili solo le proposte presentate da consorzi di cui tutti i
partner sono afferenti a Stati Membri UE o Paesi Associati
• Non ci sono tematiche pre-definite
• Contributo per progetto: indicativamente tra € 1 e 2 Mln; sino a 3
ove motivato15
