C.L.P.2 Srl utilizza macchinari che gli permettono di raggiungere la massima precisione e dinamicità, tra questi la TRUMPF 5000 punzonatrice di ultima generazione, la quale ha un campo di lavoro di 3.000x1.500 mm, con uno spessore massimo lavorabile di mm 6, in grado di eseguire lavorazioni tridimensionali, svasature, filettature a rullare e molte altre lavorazioni atte a soddisfare ogni qualsivoglia esigenza del cliente.

LASERTRUMPF3030La tecnologia avanzata dei macchinari impiegati nel taglio laser, garantisce a C.L.P.2 srl la massima affidabilità nei confronti del cliente, la TRUMPF 3030 è una di queste con un campo operativo di 3.000x1.500 mm, 3.000 W, ed il suo magazzino automatizzato sia in carico che scari-co, garantisce una notevole riduzione dei tempi operativi.

The advanced technology of the machinery used in laser cutting, grant C.L.P.2 Srl maximum reliability for the customer, the TRUMPF 3030 is one of them with an operating range of 3.000x1.500 mm, 3.000 W, and its automated stock in loading and unloading, it guarantees a significant reduction in operating times.

Nel reparto laser di C.L.P.2 srl si trovano altri due laser della SALVAGNINI: l’L1-18 con campo operativo di 3.000x1.500 mm, 2.000 W, el’ L1-122, con campo operativo di 4.000x1.500 mm, 4.000 W, entrambe automatizzati sia in carico che nello scarico.

A rafforzare ulteriormente il reparto di taglio laser, C.L.P.2 srl nel marzo del 2016 andrà ad inserire il nuovo SALVAGNINI L5 a fibra con le sue 4 torrette di carico ed i suoi 2 robot atti allo carico e scarico,permettendo alla stessa di posizionarsi tra le prime aziende del settore operanti nel Triveneto.

In C.L.P.2 Srl’s laser department you can find two other laser machines: SALVAGNINI, L1-18 with the operating range of 3.000x1.500 mm, 2.000 W and L1-122 with the operating range of 4.000x1.500 mm, 4.000 W, both automated in loading and unloading.

To further strengthen the department of laser cutting, C.L.P.2 Srl in March 2016 will introduce the new SALVAGNINI L5 fiber with its four turrets for load and its two robot for loading and unloading it will allow the company to rank among the top industry companies operating in Northeast.

Un parco di 7 piegatrici BYSTRONIC ed AMADA SCHIAVI tutte gestite da software di ultima generazione garantisce a C.L.P.2 srl una produttivitàcostante e precisa. Grazie all’esperienza ed il supporto del nostro personale è in grado di effettuare lavorazioni di piegatura, garantendo ai nostri clienti la massima qualità, affidabilità ed efficienza. La vasta gamma di piegatrici ci consente di lavorare componenti che varianoda 20mm fino a 4.000 mm.

BENDING:A park of 7 bending machines as BYSTRONIC and AMADA SCHIAVI all managed by software of latest generation ensures C.L.P.2 Srl a constant and precise productivity. With the experience and support of our staff we are able to carry out bending activities, ensuring our customers the highest quality, reliability and efficiency. The wide range of bending machines enables us to work components ranging from 20mm up to 4.000 mm.

Il reparto saldatura è composto da 7 postazioni di cui un’isola gestita da un robot KUKA. Gestito da personale con oltre trent’anni di esperienza è in grado di eseguire saldature tig mig/mag. Esperienza che garantisce la massima qualità, affidabilità e precisione su ogni tipologia di materiale, dall’acciaio all’alluminio.

WELDING :The welding department consists of 7 positions, including a station ran by a KUKA robot. The staff with over thirty years of experience is able to perform welds tig mig/mag. Experience that guarantees the highest quality, reliability and accuracy of any type of material, from steel to aluminum.
