OBIETTIVIGrazie alla completa automazione dell’impianto, con tracciabilità del lotto di produzione fino al punto vendita, non sarà più necessario alcun movimento manuale della materia prima. Inoltre la Scolari Engineering sente tutta la responsabilità, nei confronti dei suoi clienti, di progettare, produrre e quindi fornire attrezzature cablate e testate completamente prima della loro spedizione, e poi di facile e veloce assemblaggio in fase di istallazione.
SICUREZZATutte le macchine di produzione Scolari Engineering sono progettate seguendo i principi di sicurezza e sono dotate di sistemi di rilevamento guasti collegati ad un software per l’assistenza remota per la risoluzioneimmediata dei problemi. Ogni operatore poi, in caso di bisogno, potrà sempre ottenere l’aiuto richiesto in tempo reale oppure ricevere formazione o accedere ad un programma di addestramento specifico con simulatore.
Caffé MacinatoMacchine macinatori a rulli a tre stadi modelli da 500 a 1200. I macinatori sono dotati di accurato controllo delle velocità indipendenti dei singoli rulli e di un omogeneizzatore ad alta densità. I macinatori sono particolarmente idonei alla produzione di capsule, mono porzionato, espresso, caffè turco o americano. Il settaggio della macchina è automatico a secondo del codice prodotto. Il sistema di degasaggio Scolari con controllo della concentrazione di ossigeno e con la protezione mediante azoto assicura qualità e velocità del processo.

Caffé TostatoSistema di stoccaggio e trasporto del caffè tostato verso le confezionatrici o verso l’aria del macinato. I trasporti del caffè vengono realizzati o con sistemi dense phase o meccanici che garantiscono percentuali di rottura molto basse. Il sistema assicura la possibilità di miscelare dopo tostatura (blend after roasting) per esaltare le qualità dei caffè impiegati ed ottenere la miscela perfetta.

Caffè verdeSistemi di ricevimento, pulizia, trasporto e stoccaggio di caffè verde che può essere ricevuto in sacchi, bulk o container. I nostri sistemi partono da una capacità di 9 ton/h fino a 24 ton/h. Il sistemi di trattamento del caffè verde sono tutti completamente automatici, in esecuzione ATEX per le polveri, con particolare cura agli aspetti strutturali e all’efficienza del processo di pulizia, spietratura e eventuale classificazione.
TostatriceMacchine tostatrici a tamburo FIMT da 120 a 600 kg per batch, e macchine a letto fluido HYC. Tutte le macchine sono equipaggiate del nostro software avanzato di controllo profilo di tostatura GT.PRO. Costruite con ampio uso di acciai Inox e parti strutturali in fusione che le rendono idonee ad utilizzo continuativo.

Green CoffeeSystems for receiving, cleaning, transporting and storing of green coffee that can be received in bags, bulk or containers. Our systems start from a capacity of 9 tons/h up to 24 tons/h.The green coffee system is fully automatic, in ATEX execution or powders, with attention to the structural aspects and to the efficiency of the cleaning process, destining and any classification.
Ground CoffeeThree-stage roller grinders models from 500 to 1200. The grinders are equipped with an accurate control of the independent speeds of the single rollers and of a high density homogenizer. The grinders are par-ticularly suitable for the production of single portioned capsules, single portion, espresso, Turkish or American coffee. The setting of the machine is automatic depending on the product code. The Scolari degassing system with oxygen concentration control and nitrogen protection ensures quality and speed of the process.

Fondata da Antonio Scolari prima della seconda guerra mondiale, la Scolari Engineering è, e rimane, una realtà familiare sui generis. Oggi infatti, sotto la supervisione di Dario, figlio del fondatore, una squadra di ben 70 persone è di supporto alla famiglia nella gestione aziendale.Nel 1953, la Scolari Engineering, si distingue nella produzione di torrefatori a infrarossi e soli due anni dopo acquisisce il brevetto “BAVA e GAMBA” per la progettazione e la produzione di di tostatrici a tamburo. Vera pioniera nei controlli di processo delle lavorazioni del caffè sviluppa negli anni macchine tostatrici a tamburo e a letto fluido con un sofisticato controllo a profili. Primi nel settore e poi seguiti dagli altri.Completano la gamma di produzione macinatori a rulli automatizzati e una tecnologia globale per la progettazione, realizzazione e messa in funzione di impianti completi per il trattamento del caffè.

Scolari Engineering was founded by Antonio Scolari
before the Second World War and remains a family
business. Today, under the tutorage of Antonio’s son
Dario, the third generation, Carlo Scolari is heavily
involved in the operation of the company, along with
a team of about 70 people.
In 1953, Scolari Engineering distinguished itself in the
production of infrared coffee roasters and only two
years later acquired the “BAVA and GAMBA” patent
for the design and production of drum roasters.
A pioneer in the process controls of coffee
processing, over the years Scolari developed drum
and fluidized bed roasting machines with a
sophisticated profile control. First in the sector and
