SCHEDA PRODOTTO 1 DESCRIZIONE Resina silano acrilica in grado di penetrare nel- le malte di allettamento e nei materiali porosi per realizzare uno strato impermeabile in grado di impedire la risalita d’acqua per capillarità. Il componente silanico conferisce alla barriera caratteristiche idrorepellenti aumentandone l’efficacia. UTILIZZO Dopo aver realizzato alla base della muratura una doppia linea di fori distanziati tra loro 15 cm, quasi passanti, (diametro a scelta da 12 a 28 mm), effettuare l’iniezione del formulato utilizzando una pompante, oppure serbatoi con pressione di esercizio variabile da 1.5 a 3 bar. In caso di utilizzo degli iniettori con tappo di chiusura Tecnored, il diametro della perforazio- ne non dovrà essere inferiore ai 20 mm. Il formulato può essere inserito anche a caduta utilizzando imbuti con tubi di collegamento più o meno lunghi in funzione della pressione che si vuole esercitare. CONSUMI Mediamente occorrono circa 30 litri di TRV300 per il trattamento di un metro di mu- ratura di spessore 100 cm equivalenti a circa 3 metri di muro con spessore di 30 cm. Le quantità intermedie possono essere ottenu- te per interpolazione prevedendo in ogni caso consumi superiori per murature porose ed infe- riori per il trattamento di calcestruzzi “magri” e per le murature in pietra. BOIACCHE ANTISALINE Prima dell’applicazione dei nuovi intonaci risul- ta di particolare importanza l’applicazione delle boiacche antisaline di sottofondo TRH745 additivate a TRB305, per chiudere definitiva- mente il ciclo umidità e sali. Senza tali boiacche, infatti, durante l’applica- zione del nuovo intonaco, l’acqua dell’impasto potrebbe idratare i sali presenti nella muratura facendoli trasmigrare in superficie durante la fase di asciugatura. CARATTERISTICHE E PRECAUZIONI Prodotto non infiammabile. Non ingerire. Tene- re lontano dalla portata dei bambini. Protegge- re accuratamente le pavimentazioni in cotto e pulire subito eventuali tracce del formulato con acqua e/o acido cloridrico diluito. DESCRIPTION This acrylic silane resin is able to penetrate into mortar beds and porous materials to create a waterproof layer that prevents rising damp. The silane component provides the barrier with water repellent characteristics and increases its level of effectiveness. USE After boring a double line of through holes 15 cm apart at the base of the masonry (diameter from 12 to 28 mm), inject the formula using a pump or tanks with operating pressure from 1.5 to 3 bar. In the event of using Tecnored injectors with closure cap, the diameter of the perforation must not be less than 20 mm. The formula may also be applied using the drop method with funnels and connecting tubes of varying lengths depending on the desired operating pressure. CONSUMPTION On average about 30 litres of TRV300 are ne- eded to treat a metre of wall with a thickness of 100 cm, or 3 metres of wall with a thickness of 30 cm. Other amounts can be obtained by interpolation, anticipating a higher consumption for porous walls and a lower consumption for treating “lean” concrete and stone walls. ANTI SALT GROUTS Before laying any new plaster on previously dehumidified walls apply two crossed coats of special anti-salt grout “TRH 745”, made up of zinc stearate with low aggregate grading and organic additives, mixing it with water and broad-based acrylic primer “TRB305”. After the plaster has been carefully removed and the wall has been smoothed out, the grout must be applied to the foundation of the wall using 2 Kg per square metre. The mix ratio is 8 litres of TRB 305 for every 25 Kg of TRH 745. CHARACTERISTICS AND PRECAUTIONS Non-flammable product. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. Take care to protect terracotta paving and wash off any traces of the formula immediately with water and/or diluted hydrochloric acid.
