PLANTS FOR THE TREATMENT OF THE SPECIAL WASTE ASSIMILABLE TO THE MUNICIPAL ONESI.T.R. company offers plants for the treatment of waste that can be assimilated to the municipal ones, proceeding from sales and industrial activities, where it is possible a manual and automatic selection, by a material’s mechanical cleaning, of the recyclable products, like: paper, cardboard, wood, plastic materials deriving from packa-gings, textile, iron and no ferrous metals. The not recyclable material is destined to a mechanical refi ning treatment, aimed to RDF production, in order to reduce to a minimum the quantity of material to be carried to the dumps.

Proper systems, suitable to extract all the dusts deriving from all the working stages, allow a change of air in the working rooms with workers (selection rooms), to obey the rules related to the working environments, as well as the subsequent abatement of the dusts, before the emission in the atmosphere.

INSTALACIONES PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS RESIDUOS ESPECIALES ASIMILABLES A LOS RESIDUOS URBANOSLa empresa I.T.R. ofrece instalaciones para el tratamiento de los residuos asimilables a los residuos urbanos, procedentes de actividades comerciales e industriales, donde es posible la selección tanto manual como automática, previa una limpieza mecánica del material, de los productos reciclables, cuales: papel, cartón, madera, materiales plásticos procedentes de embalajes, textile, hierro y metales no ferrosos. El material no reciclable es destinado a un tratamiento mecánico de refi nación dirigido a la producción de combustible derivado de los residuos, de manera de reducir al mínimo la cantidad de material a llevar en vertedero.

Adecuados sistemas de captación de los polvos procedentes de todas las fases de elaboración, permiten un cambio de aire en los locales de elaboración con presencia de operadores (cabinas de selección), a garantía del respeto por las normas relativas a los ambientes de trabajo y además de la siguiente depuración de los polvos, antes de la emisión en atmósfera.

I.T.R. offre impianti per il trattamento dei rifi uti assimilabili agli urbani, provenienti da attività commerciali ed industriali, dove è possibile selezio-nare sia manualmente che automaticamente, previa una pulizia meccanica del materiale, i prodotti riciclabili quali: carta, cartone, legno, materiali plastici derivanti da imballaggi, tessili, ferro e metalli non ferrosi. Il materiale di fi ne linea (non riciclabile) è destinato ad un trattamento meccanico di raffi nazione, fi nalizzato alla produzione di combustibile derivato dai rifi uti (CDR), in modo da ridurre al minimo il quantitativo di materiale da conferire in discarica.Idonei sistemi di captazione delle polveri derivanti da tutte le fasi di lavorazione, consentono un ricambio d’aria nei locali di lavorazione con presenza di operatori (cabine di cernita), a garanzia del rispetto delle norme relative agli ambienti di lavoro; nonché il successivo abbattimento delle polveri prima dell’emissione in atmosfera.

IMPIANTI PER IL TRATTAMENTO DEI RIFIUTI SOLIDI URBANI DA RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA

I.T.R. offre impianti, sia fi ssi che mobili, con tecnologie di trattamento fi nalizzate a favorire il recupero e a minimizzare l’utilizzo delle discariche. Nella prima fase è previsto un trattamento meccanico dei rifi uti, fi nalizzato alla separazione del rifi uto solido urbano nelle due componenti, secca ed umida, con recupero dei materiali ferrosi e non ferrosi.Successivamente un sistema più complesso e completamente automatizzato prevede un trattamento meccanico e biologico (Mechanical Biological Treatment), integrato con una successiva fase di raffi nazione, fi nalizzato alla produzione di combu-stibile derivato dai rifi uti (CDR) per la frazione secca; mentre per la frazione umida fi nalizzato alla produzione di compost.

Un idoneo sistema di trattamento aria e di captazione degli odori derivanti da tutte le fasi di lavorazione consente un ricambio d’aria dei locali di lavorazione, mantenuti in depressione a garanzia del rispetto delle norme relative agli ambienti di lavoro, nonché l’abbattimento degli inquinanti, intesi come carica odorigena, prima dell’emissione in atmosfera.

MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE TREATMENT PLANTS DERIVING FROM THE SEPARATE COLLECTIONI.T.R. company offers both fi xed and movable plant systems, with treatment technologies aimed to fostering the recovery and minimize the use of dumps. In the fi rst stage a mechanical treatment of the waste is foreseen to share the municipal solid waste in two components, solid and organic one, with the recovery of the ferrous and no ferrous materials. Following, a more elaborate and completely automated system foresees a mechanical and biological treatment (Mechanical Biological Treatment), fi nally integrated with a next refi ning stage, aimed to RDF production, while for the municipal organic waste is aimed to the production of compost.A proper extraction system, suitable for the treatment of air and smells deriving from all the working stages, allows the change of air in the working rooms, kept in depression to obey the rules related to the working environments, as well as the abatement of the pollutant substances, considered as odorous charge, before the emission in the atmosphere.

INSTALACIONES PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS URBANOS PROCEDENTES DE LA RECOGIDA SELECTIVALa empresa I.T.R. ofrece instalaciones, tanto fi jos como moviles, con tecnologías de tratamiento encaminadas a favorecer la recuperación y a minimizar el empleo de los vertederos. En la primera fase es previsto un tratamiento mecánico de los residuos dirigido a la separación del residuo sólido urbano en las dos componentes, seca y húmeda, con recuperación de los materiales ferrosos y no ferrosos. A continuación un sistema más complejo y completamente automatizado prevee un tratamiento mecánico y biológico (Mechanical Biological Treatement), integrado con una sucesiva fase de refi nación, dirigido a la producción de combustible derivado de los residuos para la fracción seca, mientras que para la fracción húmeda es dirigido a la producción de compost.Un adecuado sistema de captación y tratamiento del aire y de los olores procedentes de todas las fases de elaboración, permite un cambio de aire de los locales de elaboración, mantenidos en depresión, a garantía del respeto por las normas relativas a los ambientes de trabajo y además la depuración de los contaminantes, considerados como carica odorigena, antes de la emisión en atmósfera.

IMPIANTI PER LA SELEZIONE DEL MULTIMATERIALE PROVENIENTE DALLA RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA DEI RIFIUTI URBANI

I.T.R. offre impianti completi di selezione MANUALE, SEMIAUTOMATICA ed AUTOMATICA per il multimateriale proveniente dalla raccolta differenziata.A seconda della tipologia del multimateriale da trattare, I.T.R. progetta, costruisce ed installa impianti che con l’ausilio di idonei sistemi meccanici di pretrattamento e pulizia del materiale in alimentazione, consentono di selezionare i materiali riciclabili quali: vetro, carta, plastica, metalli ferrosi e non ferrosi. Gli impianti di selezione variano da quello più tradizionale, del tipo manuale, a quello automatico con sistemi dotati di innovativi lettori ottici che consentono una selezione automatica dei vari prodotti ed un elevato recupero dei materiali riciclabili.Impianti di questo tipo sono utilizzati anche per la selezione e valorizzazione della frazione secca residua dei rifi uti urbani provenienti dalla raccolta differenziata; in questo modo oltre ad ottenere una riduzione di circa il 30% della quantità di rifi uti da destinare a discarica, con il conseguente allungamento della vita residua della stessa, si ottiene una valorizzazione delle diverse tipologie di rifi uti urbani.Tutti gli impianti sono dotati di un moderno sistema di gestione software che consente un costante monitoraggio e taratura dell’intero impianto.Idonei sistemi di captazione delle polveri derivanti da tutte le fasi di lavorazione, consentono un ricambio d’aria nei locali di lavorazione con presenza di operatori (cabine di cernita), a garanzia del rispetto delle norme relative agli ambienti di lavoro; nonché il successivo abbattimento delle polveri prima dell’emissione in atmosfera.

PLANTS FOR THE SELECTION OF THE MULTI-MATERIAL DERIVING FROM THE SEPARATE COLLECTION OF THE MUNICIPAL WASTE I.T.R. company offers plants complete of MANUAL, SEMI-AUTOMATIC AND AUTO-MATIC selection for the multi-material deriving from the separate collection.

According to the typology of multi-material to be treated, I.T.R. designs, builds and installs plants that, with the help of adequate mechanical systems for the pre-treatment and cleaning of the supplying material, allow to select the recyclable materials, like: glass, paper, plastic, ferrous and no ferrous metals.

The selection plants vary from the most traditional ones, manual type, to the auto-matic ones, which are equipped with systems provided of innovative optical charac-ter readers that allow an automatic selection of the different products and a high recovery of the recyclable materials.

Plants of this type are also used for the selection and increase in value of the resi-dual dry part of the municipal waste deriving from the separated collection; in this way, besides obtaining a reduction of the 30% of the quantity of waste to destine to the dump, considering the consequent lengthening of the residual life of the same, it is possible to obtain an increase in value of the different typologies of municipal waste.

All the plants are equipped with a modern software management system that al-lows a constant monitoring and setting of the whole plant.

INSTALACIONES PARA LA SELECCIÓN DEL MULTI-MATERIAL PROCEDENTE DE LA RECOGIDA SELECTIVA DE LOS RESIDUOS URBANOS La empresa I.T.R. ofrece instalaciones completas de selección MANUAL, SEMIAU-TOMÁTICA Y AUTOMÁTICA para el multi-material procedente de la recogida se-lectiva.

Según la tipología de multi-material a tratar, I.T.R. proyecta, fabrica e instala insta-laciones que, con la ayuda de adecuados sistemas mecánicos de pre-tratamiento y limpieza del material en alimentación, permiten seleccionar los materiales recicla-bles, cuales: vidrio, papel, plástico, metales ferrosos y no ferrosos.

Las instalaciones de selección varian de el más tradicional de tipo manual, al au-tomático con sistemas dotatos de nuevos lectores ópticos que permiten una selec-ción automática de los varios productos y elevada recuperación de los materiales reciclables.

Instalaciones de este tipo se emplean también para la selección y valorización de la fracción seca residua de los residuos urbanos procedentes de la recogida selectiva; de esta manera además de conseguir una reducción alrededor del 30% de la can-tidad de residuos a destinar al vertedero, con la consiguiente extensión de la vida restante del mismo, se saca una valorización de las diversas tipologías de residuos urbanos.

Todas las instalaciones están provistas de un moderno sistema de gestión software que consente una constante monitorización y calibrado de la instalación entera.
