Bottle Safe

This system takes advantage of the plen flute itself, sized to be the perfect fit for the diameter of the bottle. The bottle is simply slipped into the sleeve and is surrounded by protective material. This solution has passed the ISTA 2A e ISTA 3A certifica-tions, requested by all the major international couriers. The system can be adapted for bottles of varying diameters and is available in 1, 2 and 3 bottle capacities and two customized box styles, as shown. The 1, 2 and 3-capacity sizes are available on Amazon in the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France and Spain. Bottles should be 7-8 cm in diameter and 30-32 cm in height.

Bottle Divider

This unique and visually appealing solution has been created by die cutting rectangular strips of plen with holes corresponding to the neck, shoulder and base of the bottle. The bottle is progressively inserted into each custom-sized hole so that the plen strip forms an “S” profile, kept in shape by the perfectly fitted cardboa rd box. The result is a very secure protection that works just as well for single, double and triple bottle packs, as shown below.

This protective packaging solution for bottles uses two blocks of plen that have been die-cut and inserted into a custom fitted box with locking cover. The bottle is well-cushioned and held safely in place during shipping and handling, with the added advantage of leaving the label in plain view for branding purposes. This solution is suitable for applications in which an extremely high level protection is necessary, as in the case of highly prized wine or champagne, or uncertain shipping conditions. Thick layers of plen are die-cut to match the bottle profile and are perfectly fitted into a sturdy cardboard box. The bottles are firmly secured; they will not move a millimeter inside the box. Available in 1, 2 and 3 bottle capacities. This solution has passed the ISTA 3A certifications, requested by all the major international couriers.

The ExaBottle is an extremely robust protective solution. It’s attractive hexagonal construction also makes it perfec t for gift boxes. The bottle is wrapped in a thick layer of plen and then inserted into the hexagonal tube where it rests on a die-cut disc of polyethylene foam. Another disc is place over the cap and the box can then be closed. This solution is available for standard shaped bottles up to 75mm diameter or magnums up to 90mm diameter.

The box is filled with specially cut strips of plen, a corrugated cushioning material made from 100% recyclable polyethylene foam providing high performance protection. Just open the box, press the item into the plen foam, place the foam cover on top and then seal the box. The plen Shape Box is perfect for situations in which multiple product shapes and sizes need to be packed quickly and efficiently, insuring that the products remain separated and in place during transport.
