Emilos befindet sich in Cavriago, einem kleinen Dorf in der Provinz Reggio Emilias. Das Unternehmen entsteht vor über 35 Jahren aus einer Idee innovative der Absiebungssysteme kreiert hat, die heute noch zur Avantgarde gehören; entwerfen er mit Begeisterung und Energie neue technologische Systeme, um die Produktselektion immer weiter zu verbessern.

Zur Produktion von Emilos gehören kreisförmige Rüttelsiebe von einem Mindestdurchmesser von 450 mm bis zu einem Höchstdurchmesser von 1800 mm; das Unternehmen stellt außerdem rechteckige Rüttelsiebe für sehr hohe Durchsatzleistungen und Rüttelsiebe mit seitlichen Motorisierungen anstelle der klassischen darunter befindlichen her. Emilos produziert außerdem automatische und manuelle Magnete.

Si tratta di un pratico sistema di tensionamento della rete, che abbatte gli elevati costi di manodopera e trasporto, oltre ai lunghi tempi d’attesa, che l’utilizzatore finale sarebbe costretto ad affrontare se il telaio portarete non avesse questo sistema di tensionamento e l’intervento di sostituzione della rete dipendesse dal costruttore.

Con questo telaio portarete, l’utilizzatore finale è completamente autonomo-indipendente per quanto concerne la sostituzione della rete in caso di rottura.

With this screen holding frame, the end user is completely independent as regards the replacement of the screen in case of breakage.

Con este bastidor portared, el usuario final es totalmente autónomo e independiente por lo que concierne la sustitución de la red en caso de rotura.
