scopo di sviluppare - non soltanto a livello

nazionale, ma in Europa - il format di Tourism

Investment, che dal 2014 è diventato, per

il mondo del real estate turistico, il punto

di riferimento del settore grazie ad una

serie di tavole rotonde e convegni itineranti

che coinvolgono investitori, sviluppatori,

costruttori, gestori di grandi e piccole catene

alberghiere, singoli alberghi, istituzioni,

consulenti e fornitori di prodotti e servizi

per l’hospitality. L’obiettivo della newco è

quello di unire le forze (Milano e Monaco di

Baviera) per dare vita a un vero e proprio

circuito integrato di eventi, quello di Milano in

programma ad aprile e quello di Monaco nel

mese di ottobre, in grado di offrire al mercato

europeo una proposta complementare

unica. Focalizzato sempre di più sul design

e sull’area mediterranea, l’evento di Milano

inizierà lunedì 8 aprile per concludersi in

coincidenza con la fine della Settimana del

Mobile (14 aprile). Uno spazio di oltre 4000

metri quadrati ospiterà sale conferenze,

spazi espositivi e futuristiche installazioni

rappresentative di quelli che potranno essere

gli spazi comuni dell’hotel nei prossimi anni.

Based in Milan, its purpose is to develop - not just in Italy, but on a European scale - the format which was previously known as Tourism Investment. Since 2014, this has become a benchmark for the hospitality & tourism real estate sector. It brings together investors, developers, construction companies, hotel groups, individual hotels, public institutions, consultants and suppliers for the hospitality sector. The objective of the new entity is to join forces (Milan, Munich and beyond) to create an integrated circuit of events. The two events under the new name hotel & tourism forum take place annually in Milan (parallel to Salone del Mobile in April) and Munich (parallel to the real estate fair EXPO REAL in October) and will create a complementary offer for the European market. hotel & tourism forum Milan focuses on hospitality investment & design. The event has a geographic emphasis on Italy and the whole Mediterranean area. In 2019, it will consist of a hospitality-focused exhibition (from Monday, 8 April to Sunday 14 April). A venue of over 4000 square metres will host conference rooms, display areas and futuristic installations illustrating what the public areas in hotels may look like in the next few years.
