    NOTE:

    Whenever the student fails to wear any of theofficial uniform, he must obtain permit from the

    Guidance/Discipline Officer s office. Such permitwill be issued upon presentation of an explanatorynote from the students parent/guardian .Repeated violation of wearing incomplete uniformis subject to disciplinary action by informing the

    parents of the violation.Students should bring extra PE t-shirt or white

    plain t-shirt to enable them to change whenevernecessary.

    D HaircutBoys:The hair should not cover the eyes and ears

    andshould not touch the collar. No afro look,

    punk look and bald look. Hair dye is not

    allowed.The checking of the hair cut will be done

    every first Monday of the month.Girls:Hair should be neatly combed away from the

    face. Headband or simple clip could be used ortied in a pony tail. Hair dye is not allowed.

    PERSONAL GROOMING

    All students are expected to observe the

    standard of good groomingSee to it that the pupils/students areproperly groom before leaving the campus.

    II. ATTENDANCE

    The following permits are to beissued to the students

    as the need arise :

    1. GATE PASS

    2. LUNCH PASS

    3. VISITORS PASS4. PARENTS/GUARDIANS PASS

    Absence from classes for any number ofperiods or days shall be explained in a

    formal letter and duly signed by his/herparent or guardian and to be presented tothe adviser. A student who comes to classwithout an excuse slip makes a temporaryexcuse slip signed by theGuidance/Discipline Officer but an excuseslip signed by the parent/guardian ispresented next day to be given to theGuidance/Discipline Officer for file.

    IN CASE OF REPEATED OFFENSE PARENTSWILL BE CALLED FOR A CONFERENCE.

    b. If the student is taken ill at school,the adviser will notify the parent asadvised by the nurse. A gate pass will

    be issued to be signed by the adviser ,and the Guidance/Discipline Officerand it is the nurse who will issue the

    permit to be given to the securityguard on duty.

    If the student must leave the school campusduring class hour, he should present a letterfrom his parent/guardian.

    PERMISSION WILL NOT BE GRANTED WITHOUTA LETTER FROM THE PARENT.

    III. TARDINESSIn the case of tardiness, the student who

    will be late by 15 minutes after theopening prayer he/she should secure an

    admission slip from the Guidance/DisciplineOfficer.

    IF REPEATED FIVE TIMES THE PARENTS WILL BECALLED FOR A CONFERENCE

    III. ASSIGNMENTS

    If the student is not able to do his

    assignment repeatedly, theparent/guardian should be informedof his/her offense.

    1. In the classrooma. Maintained silence and order at all times especially inentering and leaving the classrooms and in during class

    hours.b. Students are expected to maintain order even if the

    teacher is not yet in.c. Eating is not allowed during class hours.

    d. Eating is not allowed inside the classroom.e. Cleanliness and orderliness of the classrooms must be

    maintained at all times.f. Playing, running and shouting during and between class

    hours is not allowed.g. Observe the KEEP RIGHT RULE ALONG CORRIDORS AND

    STAIRWAYS.h. Students are not allowed to leave their things especially

    their books inside the classroom or under their chairs.

    a. Students are not allowed to stay inside thebuilding during recess and lunchtime.

    b. Students are not allowed to use the schoolcampus or any room in any activities during

    weekends without the permit from theadministration and without the guidance of theconcern teacher and they should be in P.E.uniform.

    c. Students should go home right after school

    hours.d. Students should always be present during the

    ceremony accompanied by the adviser.
